lets talk about the flop show of KABADIYA HP , via Rizwan Khan coming out of fridge for the WATER bottle sort of thing , what he and my dad put across for Subha Sathpathy for his 4 people coming out for me outside the HCL , when i m leaving after resigning from HCL over there . Jjman Here i would like to give my position to KABADIYA HP over here " but KABADIYA HP's planning is so poor he cant able to take it up over here " , what i can do . I had already placed more than 500+ people ( both male and female) placed over here , did anyone come out from the BOTTLE like Rizwan Khan and shown him 4 people like Subha Sathpathy shown to me over there at HCL. Jjman i m considering everybody's anger towards KABADIYA HP is something like Subha Sathpathy's anger towards me . How he able to manage this moderate voice towards me consistently , its hats off to him , i m really big fan of his thinking and approach towards life , the way he shaped up his opinion towards me . Probably he uses his brain while making opinion towards somebody " dont go by the crowd fury " JJman I m sure this guy Nitin Gupta will succeed in his life , compared to his friend big way " due to this approach towards life " . This is his original flavour in the Ashwin Panda's CHOWMEIN words . Now i want to ask this question to Saroj panigrahy led CTS CHENNAI out here " uska kia bigad jayega , if they had something similar moderate approach towards me like Nitin Gupta out here , while i m giving everything to them " . JJman but what i m experiencing his most hardline views were by the Saroj panigrahy led CTS CHENNAI who were SNEHA SAHU out here , since SNEHA SAHU cant act without SHASHANK . Lets talk it different way out here, as my dad is contractor out here . I want to ask my dad " when the actual work starts " . At ist tenders got floated , then its accepted , then estimation done , then start/end date were fixed ,then work starts and money comes . This is the normal procedure for doing work in contractor . Now , put the same formula when everybody seeks my dad . Did my dad evaluate the tender propers over here , before going ahead for work ?. Did he fix the start and end date over there ? Did calculate the risk attached to it , before going ahead for work ? JJman What is the thing " my dad done , before going ahead for work(the procedure he followed while doing a proper contractor work) , when everybody approached for his help ?". The way my dad helped all those CHUTIYAs of HCL " is this way business done anywhere in the world ?" , without any risk analysis and cost/benefit analysis . Now if i m gone to a MADAM TUSHAD museum and put some photos and shown to TCS managers after the Swati Singla episode , would they given this much responsibility to me ? Will i m reached here of putting VOICE command on 24dec2016 , where i m today , if i m keep harping of MADAM TUSHAD MUSEUM kissa over here again and again ?"

Now everybody at TCS and outside world will understand , why HCL people didn't able to plan properly due to my friend circle's repeated interference in my personal life and eventually everything fallen upon aug2008. I m asking TCS people and others " who planned the failed pregancy of my wife during feb2017 , via VANDANA KARIMI " , how they will check somebody like Saroj panigrahy knowing everything " will react such a insensitive way " and put everything to risk . As I m compared it to , Sneha Sahu's DOG incident .
