One of the things i got to know , when i reached at TCS is , " people at HCL doesn't know basics of administrative skills , unka maulik marg darshan hona chahiye, via some senior managers at TCS like Ajay Saigal " . HCL people used to attack innocent people , who were protesting peacefully , like in JALIYANAWALA BAGH massacre. Its too harsh reference to give , but people over there feel something like this . U must have friends over there in TCS , can cross check with them . One thing what found interesting is Deepak Bajpai's comments " TCS managers thinking like is something similar to that of FACTORY managers , so they can think in similar fashion ".

When somebody at TCS , pointed out , " we HCL people were first time wala party " , i m responded with them " TCS managers like something a traffic police wala in our locality . Who changed his shift , since he doesn't want to stand for long hours . Similar way all TCS managers , they were so scared of criticism , they prefer to hide behind some EXCUSEs" . App movie dekhte ho , did u seen the movie GANGAJAL . The way people over there feared of NONVA , i m also feared of HCL managers like this , final assessment like this . Mughe koi sacha officer like , Ajay Saigal comes , put in the jungle , maine aapne aap uske samange bhik mangne lagunga " humko bhi saath le chaliye sahab , NONVA aaya tha humara pura saman le kar chala gaya ",kyun ki HCL ki kisi senior persons ki samne koi galat baat nhai kar sakta . The way , i wrote about " we HCL people were first time wala party according to TCS guys" . During one christmas celebration Janmeet Dhillon able to find out Murali Sir being the santa clause masks , something similar way we HCL people got caught.

There is guy named Deepak Samal at HCL , who is used to my engg college mate, whose brother Suraj Samal worked in MISYS . He had followed the events at MISYS closely . His final assessment about the administrative work at HCL " he himself compares to Murali Sir via the MUNNA BHAI MBBS movie " , jisne HCL par cabaery karwaya to give some SMILE to Subha Sathpahy aka ZAHEER . According to him and many other persons , including my family members my relation with u , by Murali Sir is something like of GOVINDA and SHAKTI KAPOOR relation in RAJA BABU movie . The way , SHAKTI KAPOOR used to drink juice while RAJA BABU aka Govinda playing cards , i used to do something similar out there in HCL , while ur being promoted as project manager . I m NANDU PA of ur , this way JUICE getting derived by everybody out there . Once , Deepak Samal had done charity show at our college for raising money , via JO JEETA WOH SIKANDAR , they were say u had done something similar charity for TRISHUL movie . Once u want to see the repeat telecast , i m objecting like SHAKTI KAPOOR.

The team meeting u arranged at MISYS , while Anil Kulhar is leaving the HCL ,become the turning point of my career in IT industry . Over there everybody shouted at the MISYS managers , since their demands not getting fulfilled , only person remained silent over there is me . I m rewarded suitably for this purpose , with the total focus point coming into me over there and my career graph taken upward turn . I m reached at the top , with so much huge pace , it become envy for many people over there . With the entire team acting against me . This same team meeting is termed as JALIYANWALA BAGH incident in HCL , while everybody were protesting peacefully , HCL managers fired on then furiously . Its comes from BAISHKI celebration of PUNJAB , since this JALIYANAWALA BAGH incident happened on that day . IN odia calendar its MARGASIRA month (in english calendar its NOV-DEC) thursday celebration . On that meeting Subha Sathpathy raised the issue of Shravan Dabi leaving HCL reason " Deepak Bajpai sent to onsite" , Randip Singh talking of " we need emotional solution for these people" . Janmeet Dhillon talking of " Rama Pathy not getting selected in JDA , since i m MISYS guy " . Most importantly what u said related Anil Kulhar " tumhe acha offer mila hain tum jao , we also wished u best . Lekin yahan par batchon ko kyun bigad rahe ho " . This same thing i m said related to Girija Patro , when he wanted to enter my life again , during the aug2009 " while leaving HCL u didn't feel the need of contacting me, as personal friend or professional collegues , why ur entering my life again now? " U got a good offer stay happy with that, i m also wishing u best .While i m struggling with my life out here , why ur interfering now . On which capacity , u again entering my life . This things comes after my dad's RAYAGADA visit , which is home town of Girija Patro . Over there i m said to my dad "2 and half year back during the appraisal what i said is true as ever . I m said if Srini Sir does my appraisal and does not promote me , u cant contain the situation out here . To see what happened , Sridhar Sir done the appraisal for everybody , promoted everybody, left out me , after wards they had gone from HCL CEO to Barak Obama , but still not able to contain the situation . Ur rayagada visit is reminder of that ." Now that team meeting of JALIYANAWALA BAGH had been changed after the BACKPAIN of Swati Singla in TCS. Here Things were planned complicated ways , with Santoshi as UTTARA aka RAO sahab aka GANDHIJI , " who had been promoted as JAWAB or answer to what all happened in HCL and after wards, mostly when i wrote the mails to her from dec2008 to nov2009" . She become Dilip Prabhkar aka Gandhiji from LAGE RAHO MUNNA BHAI movie . After the incident of BACKPAIN she had been changed her character from Dilip Prabhakar to Surinder Rajan of LEGEND OF BHAGAT SINGH , who had called back the NON COOPERATION movement against the british people , by saying " abhi humara hindu tradition , bhai giri ki riwaz khatam karne ke liye tayar nhai hain " . Since the plan at TCS is to steal my ID card and misuse it to rewrite the HINDU tradition , there is guy named SUNA's father aka ACHYUT from cuttack , who wants to become Ambedkar of hindu tradition , over which every relation will be defined under the sex . Plan is that , its going to last for next 250 years , in comparison , what i said to 2.5 years of visionary statement . There is a lookalike of urs , at SHRAVANA hotel , who comes and sits at Debasmita lookalike's seat where she said SORRY to me . That lookalike even goes to ask for , 2nd time SAMBAR over there on that day . If anybody goes for 2nd time anything , its termed as JSP FORWARD or RD FORWARD . I m used to play forward , " ya isse team ho , ya usse team ho ,mughe koi koi pharak nhai padta " . There lookalike of urs alongside CHANDA also at LARA TECHNOLOGY out here . CHANDA , " the BLOODY LAWYER , who is suppose to say sorry to everybody , while HOT WATER is going to fall on me or mera NAK TODNE wala hain " . Yesterday , while talking with Mitchele Obama out here (this SUNA girl) " HOT WATER fall on me , she blocked me , without listening my complete message " . Lets see how much HOT WATER is falling on me over here in bangalore , before things actually got settled down over here .
