U must have remembered a guy named Sandeep Kumar in MISYS project. Who had been sent to EMI project alongside Himanshu and others, when the project got started. The same guy who is suppose to confirm tickets for the Sanjay Bhatt's marriage. During that time lots of horrific things were done by MISYS project guys and COE guys released from MISYS project. Everybody were on the process of impressing the managers of MISYS, for the onsite opportunity suppose to come over there. Everybody were indulging in some or other disturbing things over there. One such vulnerable guy during those days is Sandeep Kumar, once I m warned him also " jo log MISYS project par reh gaye , unka koi problem nhai hain . Problem with us guys, who come to COE. Yahan par agar thik tarah se apne aapko nhai sambhal payoge, toh kuch bhi ho sakta hain". But unfortunate thing is, he didn't listen to what ever I m said to him during those days. He keep on doing all those things, later he does biggest blunder of his life , by talking to Sridhar Sir " maine Rama Pathy ko team lead ki tarah nhai manta hun " . I don't know what forced him to take this step, which proved costly for him. There were no work during those days at COE, its only coming to office and leaving, not to report me as team lead or anything like this. Sirdhar Sir, only made me team lead, to cool down my nerves(so that I wont think of resigning or doing any thing emotionally), nothing more than that . Since I cant master JAVA in such a short period of time and lead a team of 4-5 people. If Sandeep Kumar would have understood this point, he won’t have done this mistake. I m had mentioned this thing to him also " as ur out of MISYS team , be careful while doing anything over here in COE , one wrong move , u will put urself in trouble " . Sridhar Sir used these words of Sandeep Kumar, " while not promoting me during 2007 , by asking me , did taken feedback from ur team mates on ur work as team lead ?. U know, what ur team mates talking about u as team lead ?" . Since I m objected big way , Srini Sir as my appraiser and forced Sridhar Sir to do my appraisal . Later to rectify their mistake, Sridhar Sir and others brought, Sandeep Gaur from citi financial project, to counter this Sandeep Kumar episode. Even forced Sandeep Gaur to sit in a seat of fresher, while I m returning from bangalore and he got released from MISYS project during same time. WhileSandeep Kumar is facing lots of problems at EMI project. Later , when I m at Ryder project , my appraisal sheet were given to Vijender Shrivastav , who is at my experience level , just to signify the Sandeep Kumar assertion to me " I don’t consider Rama Pathy as my team lead " . Even mail from Rahul Puri comes across as Shantanu Shrivastav, with the tag line as " FRONTLINE SALES LIMITED " . All these things revolved around me, for that statement of Sandeep Kumar towards me" I don't consider Rama Pathy as team lead". After I left HCL on aug2008, things were still revolving around same Sandeep Kumar here. Its still following over here in BALAJI PG and LARA TECHNOLOGY, same CURD RICE from fridge and Sandeep Kumar friend of my bengali roomet coming for drinks on the eve of new year on 2015. In effect trying to put across the lock over here . Sandeep Kumar's response to what he said during COE to Sridhar Sir "I don't consider Rama Pathy as team lead " . It comes from the movie COMPANY, when one of the friends of Vivek aka CHANDU said on speaker phone " maine pura tight tha bhai , usse time par yeh log mere se yeh sab bulwaya hain . Abhi yeh log ghoda le kar khade hain", on his words of "yeh Malik bhai kia kar raha hain bahar baith kar, jo karna hain hum log kar rahe hain mumbai par " . This Amrita's statement of " sab samjhati maine, yeh jo bhai bana hain na kisiko hata kar bana hain. woh dubai maine baith kar tum logon ko order deta hain , tum log usko manta hain . puri mumbai tum logon ko janta hain , isiliye bhai ka gang chod ne ka aur khud ka gang suru karne ka " . CHANDU's friend got shot over there, on the pretext of "baat woh nhai ussne kaise bol hain , aaj ek bande ne bola hain , kal koi aur bol sakta hain , isliye chance nhai le sakte hain " . This same thing is getting tried out here in bangalore, while making things TIGHT for me, so that I will start talking like Sandeep Kumar out here. On the day , I gone with my LAPTOP to LARA TECHNOLOGY , for attending the logical coding class of LARA TRAINER out here , he start talking of" tight and loose coupling .." , signifying abhi maine pura tight ho gaya hun , abhi maine Sandeep Kumar ki tarah baat karne wala hun . Reason why, he didn't look my project, that he assigned me and CHANDA come after my launch and called me to Deepak and Poonam's seat . Signifying "now start doing what u all said, as its time for u to say sorry to everybody aur tum bahut tight ho choke ho". Here also this formula being applied by Niladri Das, when he said "lots of girls were going for police complaint against me, from which he saved me ". Even today also Nitya said "Manas Behera is angry for what I said related to her sister, advising me, just check what the message I sent to her”. In other words, he is just checking whether “I m behaving as Sandeep Kumar's tight response or not “. Fortunate for Nitya and Manas Behera, I cant find out who is his sister in facebook , otherwise she would have got some really TIGHT stuff from me as message , uske baad maine Manas Behera ka gussa dekhana chahta tha . Here also situation is not tight enough, so that any girl will talk with me out here. There were still lots of time left out before this tight sort of situation of Sandeep Kumar will arrive. This CHOTA BHEEM concept of Rabi's wife, also pointed towards Sandeep Kumar's tight situation sort of thing . At LARA TECHNOLOGY, there were a girl lookalike to Rabi's wife comes for this purpose out here. At one instance after my return on june2015 from my hometown, Rashmi coming out with Rabi's wife lookalike just to check "mera situation tight hua ki nhai Sandeep Kumar ki tarah" . I had no answer to that hairy Rashmi, who wants to resemble the my fathers words of " tu ghar toh aaja maine tera khal khincha ta hun ". Everybody out here checking that tight pattern via SUNNY LEONE's father at Arun's room , whether my situation had become tight like that of Sandeep Kumar or not , and I will start like Sandeep Kumar or not . The "raat ka nasha utra ne liye ek aur bottle chahiye " of SUNNY LEONE related to CURD RICE . Reason why, SUNNY LEONE's parents Mr Ambedkar lookalike comes across over here to stay at Arun Das's room. Lets see what Mr Ambedkar were doing out here during launch time today, he is silent since yesterdays launch. Anyway, I m not attending the class tomorrow at LARA TECHNOLOGY, where TOM CRUISE will be present, since Savita had called . I even wont got to see the schedule for weekend batch classes today . Lets see how everybody taking me to LARA TECHNOLOGY out here tomorrow. But, ROSE AUNTY's CHANA and BISCUIT at Rashmi's place will happen during evening hours. Everybody were checking my position every few hours related to attending LARA TECHNOLOGY out here on weekends , reason why keep on updating on this front in every messages , since my bengali roomet changed his bed out here on Tuesday night . To check my TIGHTness on NASHA, aur mera NASHA UTARE NE CHAHTE yahan par, related to SUNNY LEONE. This thing had been told by a guy named Tarun out here differently “ everybody out here trying to block u from every where , reason why he left before Sunny Leone’s parents suppose to come over here “ . Now after revealing this Sandeep Kumar kissa, will my Bengali roomet leave from here, I don’t think. Since this tight sort of situation going to prevail over here for some more time, before any girl out here actually start talking with me.
