So, “why Subha being derived from Basu , the friend of Vijay and Sudha “ . It comes from SIDHA rocket or straight penalty stroke of Robert Vadra. Lets start with TAKLA’s call on that MANOJ day of SHOOL, related to Suraj Samal , in effect for SAMAL brothers .Now everything happening in public glare ,I want to ask everybody that “ how much time it took me in TCS , to convert AJAY SAIGAL the GL to waiter GL ?” . I joined in TCS on ist week of oct2010, come to the team of AJAY SAIGAL in november2010, and by june2011, he converted to waiter GL.  Overall it took me 6 months to convert a GL in TCS to waiter GL. I m following the protocol out here, this waiter prefix is not mine, its AJAY SAIGAL himself chosen for himself , after seeing my skill level . Here AJAY SAIGAL is no ordinary GL, he is the best person chosen from GL, who is supposed to take over from me , the revolutionary role . AJAY SAIGAL is at his home turf, he set his own rules, he choose his own team to deal with me, while I m all alone. Still it took me 6 months to convert him to waiter GL in TCS. Its something like one of case , if tomorrow I will call him somewhere to   introduce himself as waiter GL , he will readily comes across . I m not making big claims out here in TCS, the way everybody thought during HCL days “ mughe toh kuch ata nhai tha , bas kaise pahuncha gaya uper “ .Now coming to TAKLA’s defense of SAMAL: brothers from the day I left HCL on aug2008 to till now . I want to pose this question to everybody “if I took 6 months to convert AJAY SAIGAL as waiter GL in TCS, where nothing is in my favour. Then, how much time I would have taken to dismiss SAMAL brother, after I left from HCL? “ I don’t want  answer to this question from anybody , I want everybody answer this question to TAKLA , the way he defended SAMAL brother since the day I left HCL on august 2008 . After I left HCL , not only he stand between me and SAMAL brothers , he put all the family members one after others for SAMAL brothers , to defend then . What I will do in this case, I simply remain silent, apart writing then as emotional donkey to dictionary, I could not able to write much regarding them. This is why I m angry with TAKLA. I want to ask TAKLA “ kia lagti hain Swati Singla/Niraj for Manish Khanna , jinke liye unnone sab kuch chod diya , as senior as somebody as Ajay Saigal . Aur maine kia lagta hun TAKLA ke liye , jo ussne mere saath ek baar baat bhi karna sahi nhai samjha , while doing anything , since may2008 . Its not that I m lying anything with him ?”  I want to ask all those PWDwala’s out here “ jiske saath who log apne career start kia tha , kia retire hone ke time par uske saath hi kaam kar rahe the ?” Nahi na, then how I could be working with Suraj Samal lifelong, the way TAKLA is unwilling to move a inch out here. I m performed better , I will move ahead in professional ladder , Suraj Samal didn’t able to perform better so he will left behind , what’s the big deal in it . This happens, in every profession , what’s there to be feel emotional on it , without performing , the way TAKLA and his associated PWDwala’s felt for SAMAL brothers . The way , PWDwala’s behaved out here , they only exposed their , inefficiency towards administrative skills , in front of others . Maine toh KOLKATA chala jaunga , means go to a foreign country and settle over there “now u PWDwala’s just wait and see , how ur kids and next generation will be treated by others , not only in IT industry but in any profession . Since its happening in open public glare “. What TAKLA shown to me via Subhash uncle’s BRATA “ Suraj will become close friend like Sanjay Bhatt “ . My response to TAKLA , in my next assignment I neither need Sanjay Bhatt nor Suraj Samal , now is this ok , with TAKLA or not . While seeing him doing this, I had reacted sharply at HCL, I m fine with this explanation. Let SAMAL brothers do samething life long, I don’t have any problem . I will like TAKLA and his associated PWDwala’s like BASTRAD Upadhya and BASTRAD Simachala , to go wash the latern in their chief engineers house its Manish Khanna , so that they will realize the difference between “ how a chief engineer handles a situation and how a clerk handles a situation “ . TAKLA did not move away from Suraj Samal till now from aug2008 , but Manish Khanna didn’t mind slamming a important GL at TCS , for the sake of  continuity . Its not only AJAY SAIGAL who got stuck due to my resignation from TCS on feb2013 , its many senior persons got stuck , but Manish Khanna did mind that in larger interest of what’s going on . Aur yahan par TAKLA, ek Suraj Samal ko chod nhai saka, when I raised it via emotional donkey at the hands of bastard Bengali , “ who TAKLA ke dil par lag gaya “ . Once I raised this thing, TAKLA starts SINGHANI POCHA KAMA , rest of things follows . I don’t want TAKLA to do anything with me or my HCL colleagues , I want TAKLA and his PWDwala’s go wash the LATERN of their own chief engineers house , so they will realize , “ difference between administrative skills of clerk and chief engineer “ .  Regarding Sanjay Bhatt, I can revive my friendship with Sanjay Bhatt anytime, our friendship is not limited to this one incident of, what happened in 13feb2013. I don’t want, Sanjay to take orders from TAKLA and AJAY SAIGAL, since those guys didn’t give him any respects to him. Reason, he stood by me, during my difficult times, what TAKLA didn’t. My conscience doesn’t permit me, Sanjay Bhatt to take orders from TAKLA, this is why I delinked that option. Until I m in problem, he will definitely listen to TAKLA’s orders, which I don’t want. Apart from that I knows everything , I didn’t need anybody’s help now , I think everybody must be knowing this thing by now . Let TAKLA took help from the guy, JISKA WHO LATERN SAAF KAR RAHA THA DHABA PAR. My stand is consistent and clear, TAKLA wont got any clearance until I m here, if anybody wants to stay over here for TAKLA, its their wish. I cant help that guy. Lets discuss about Sanjay Bhatt a bit, I had still not discussed about Anil’s response to what I said related to his outbursts during Sanjay Bhatt’s marriage . Birthday Celebration on July10 : TAKLA TANDORI CENTER

Every week, when I start writing, I m thinking which one to include and which one to omit . The reason why, I go with the events of the week . This TAILOR Kissa of AJAY SAIGAL, is something similar, which I put across as Shravan Dabi as MANGI RAM. I am suppose to write about it last week , since for a long time nothing happened anything related to the TAILOR issue , then at the last time I thought lets give some more time , TAKLA must do some sort of chutiyapanti somewhere . Since , everything going via that TAILOR,  where I put across  Shravan Dabi as MANGI RAM , at the same place where CHAI WITH ARVIND started , where I had discussed with Sunil and KANPUR girl , RAJ KUMAR aka Surya Dev Singh’s “ YEH DEEWARIN TOH HAIN ,LEKIN INKE KAAN NHAI HAIN “ . Once everything changed, I m started having ROLL at a specified place, this thing everybody must be knowing , still nobody suspects anything. I m also added this to my advantage. Everybody thinks, I consider ROLL as LIAR, let it be, I will talk about it at crucial time. Before coming to current event, lets talk about something that’s happening since the my TCS days, so that clarity comes across on this TAILOR front. TAKLA keep on pressuring me for last 2+ years, since my marriage, by thinking I don’t know anything related to TAILOR. So, I waited for longtime, who will do the chutiyapanti related to TAILOR. Even, I m included PANEER ROLL and GLASS of LASSI (yes LASSI of THANE were pointed towards this, LASSI of DDLJ were TEDA rocket. I had given LASSI to SPECIAL NAUKRANI, from the same place , where she started on a specified Saturday, when she is moving to BANGALORE for Robert Vadra’s house)into the TAKLA TANODRI CENTER of Saturday, still TAKLA and associated SLAVES didn’t understood this point. Once , LILLY shown me TAILOR sort of thing in BBSR , I m try to tell this TAILOR kissa to AJIT , but he is not interest to listen me , so didn’t understand my point on that day . Next day, I tried out myself, while discussing about the TAILOR sort of thing with the guys working at TAKLA TANDORI CENTER. I had opted for ROLL on the day , while discussing with MANDAWALI of Raghu with TAKLA TANDORI CENTER guys , even on the day SPECIAL NAUKRANI called me to GO PLANET along side Robert Vadra and his wife , I m opted for ROLL , where LOCK on SOUP were released . I m just reminding everybody, how close I m following TAKLA, still he and his associated SLAVES were clueless, my understanding of TAILOR issue.  As LILLY confidently shown alongside Arun, she is TAILOR, now I will going to write about the TAILOR issue in detail. While trying to prove my incompetency, its AJAY SAIGAL’s incompetence got exposed and he become waiter GL, remain stuck over there. I m taken to TCS for this purpose before meeting Robert Vadra and ACHYUT of cuttack , so that I m will leave DAL FRY and go for CHANA MASALA , which I m started after 31mar2011 . I understood everything, due to mishandling of Sharvan Dabi, aur baat Ajay Saigal tak pahunchi hi nhai, and he got stuck like, AJIT of 2012 movie. I understood, all the problem lies with Suryanarayan Pathy’s rakhita, if I wont handle sensitively, everything will fall “. Now coming to Suryanarayan Pathy’s rakhita’s birthday on july10, even TAKLA called me on that day for pick up. How that going to be celebrated by her, according to Robert Vadra, as he is going to take the penalty stroke straight.  It comes from Suvendu Panda’s nick name KUNI , yes Suryanarayan Pathy’s rakhita is KUNI aka Suvendu Panda , she wants to see me scrambling like mad , as ENVIRONMENT uske dil par lag gaya hain . Environment Dil par lag gaya : TAKLA TANDORI CENTER

This is the time of the week, JAB MAINE TAKLA KA GHAAON KO GHERA KARNEWALA HUN, VIA TAKLA TANDORI CENTER and GARAM CHICKEN PAKORA. Lets start the blog with my confidence on Robert vadra, why I m repeatedly missing the chances of meeting one of the Robert vadra’s in the last one week. On 9feb2011 its Suryanarayan Pathy’s rakhita brother suppose to come at TCS premises , on 29april2011 its Suryanarayan Pathy’s rakhita’s father suppose to come at TCS office , when Robert Vadra suppose to come at TCS office . Robert Vadra is doing arrangement at his hometown, he is not suppose to come anywhere in the original planning, this is why my thinking remained with him, he is toughest guy to handle. Lets talk about, how Robert Vadra is looking at my work in HCL and then after. It comes from Shravan Dabi’s groupism issue, which I raised in my mails from dec2008 to nov2009. Yes, groupism issue were diverted towards me, my sister keep on showing me YAHOO mail not GMAIL, while writing mail to PRASANT. The way , I created a fake ID of Saumendu Mohanty and keep on posting mails on his behalf in yahoo group and later used reply for the same , Robert Vadra feels , I m doing same thing in HCL and afterwards . In one way, I m doing MONO ACT out here in HCL and afterwards . This is reason why, Robert Vadra had planned a better MONO ACT out here then HCL. While doing MONO ACT, same person needs to change his position and talk in different tone and voice. What BALRAJ Chauhan aka AMRISH PURI said in the movie NAYAK after Anil Kapoor defused all the BOMBs “ who khud bomb lagta hain , phir unnhe jakar khud defuse karta hain , janta ka sympathy pane ke liye “ , on this somebody asked him “ bomb blast par uske parents mar gaye “ , Balraj Chauhan’s response “usko kuch nhai hua na . Apne swarth ke liye apne maa baap ko bhi marwa diya . Itna bada kamiya hain woh “. This MEHANDI kissa ends over here on BOMB remarks of Balraj Chauhan. This is what, Robert Vadra’s MONO ACT towards me from the NAYAK movie. As Balraj Chauhan is Shantanu Sir, reason why Shantanu Sir lookalike comes across as Robert Vadra’s father (Ankan’s father), reminding what I did with my parents. With these MONO ACT kissa of Robert Vadra , lets talk about TAKLA. Everybody were furious, when I m said “TAKLA doesn’t know anything about administration”, the reason why another university been be opened up, where he will become administrative officer.  Why I m angry with TAKLA for this simple reason, when everybody contacted him after may2008, he could have said to them “ what ever need to be done , that I will do . Don’t disturb our relative and friends “, at that time whatever he would have said, everybody would have listened. The problem is, he never handled any crisis on his own, so he doesn’t know the consequences of anything going wrong. If he said this much at that time, total control would have remained with him, but what TAKLA did is opposite, he involved everybody. Now the situation is something like, “all relatives and friends feel, I m creating problems for them, due to becoming successful “. For which I don’t have any answers now, the way TAKLA handled everything out here. Lets talk about this 2^nd position sort of thing via NEHA(the HR) in TCS , so that TAKLA and his associated PWDwala’s administrative skill will got exposed . When I left Kolkata, wrote in the mail why I want to stay one more day in Kolkata, instead of 2days, this become headache for everybody. TAKLA the administrator let everything got loose against me and the situation is right now in front of everybody, which didn’t got solved after 6 years also. Now compare this TAKLA’s administrative skills to that of TCS managers administrative skills, when I left TCS after NEHA come for launch with me, I think situation is something similar. In fact, NEHA the HR, had done nothing wrong at all in comparison with DEBA and LEENA. But, here managers like MANISH KHAAN feels, what’s going on is more important than, then changing everything for NEHA, they didn’t let everybody get loose, like TAKLA did after my Kolkata visit . Meri thodi koi personal dushmani hain NEHA the HR ke saath, jo maine TCS chod diya uske launch par ane par, my problem is with AJAY SAIGAL that’s why I left. Something similar were, while leaving from Kolkata after 2 days, I m never had any problem with Deba and Leena, the way they reacted, with the support of TAKLA and BASTRAD Lokesh Singh. My problem is with Subha Sathpathy, I m just trying to convey to Deba just be careful next time, while doing clone act of Subha Sathpathy. I wan to ask TAKLA ,” LEENA ka aisa kia rash nikal raha tha, jisko pi kar tum madhosh ho jaye aur sab kuch bhul gaye mere Kolkata visit ke baad(mughe inactive RED button dikha rahe ho) . Now NEHA, ka aisa kaun sa rash nhai nikal raha hain in comparison to LEENA, jisko launch par dekh kar maien TCS chod diya “ . The answer lies in, TCS managers like Manish Khanna were better administrators than, TAKLA and his associated PWDwalas like BASTRAD Upadhya and BASTRAD Simachala. Now how TAKLA had distributed power among everybody, it comes from Srinivas (Sri + Nivas aka GHAR) in hyderbad. TAKLA ko lagta hain ki maine kuch nhai samjhata hun. I m so upset, I didn’t write any mails on that Sunday, until Manish called me for movie alongside Abhishek . This incident must be in everybody’s mind.  How it’s connected to Srinivas in hyderbad (APOLLO guy repeatedly going to hyderbad for his medical check up, for same purpose) , it comes from AMADNI ADANI KHARCHA RUPAIYA , this one ruppes kissa in Subhash uncle’s BRATA . Reason why, again Subhash uncle’s daughter’s marriage comes across, over which while searching for the person who kept money, APOLLO GUY entered the GIRLs room , which I didn’t followed . Its natural reaction after more than one year , since we don’t know each other , how much sensitivity I will show in my mails , without knowing anything about her . Till now, I m not confused with names, the way TAKLA and his associated slaves had retrofitted. Let’s see what happened in future. Now talking of Pradeep reference, what’s related to him so significant. It comes from Manish’s “there were lots of politics happened in office place”, its TEDA rocket , SIDHA one with Pradeep , with whom BASTRAD Lokesh Singh associating . In IT offices, if somebody goes to onsite then he is deserving one, wahan par koi politics nhai hota , then why I m making lots of issue related to Manish’s politics reference “ . Now coming to MUNNA the SNACKS guy, why he is so important, because he is cheering Srilanka during the 1996 world cup, which sri lanka won. This incident I hope everybody would have remembered. I m totally surprised by her samjhadari, I m silent related to LOCK , so that she wont get hurt , but she is sending me EXTRACT mail . TAKLA wants to punish me like this , since I don’t know how to behave with SENIORs , their seniority will be restored like this by administrative officer TAKLA. The way HEMA said to RAVI “ tumhe koi ladki pyar kargi, tum darane ki cheez ho. Kabhi sakal dekha hain aaina maine , agar nhai hain toh bazaar se kharid kar lao aur dekho . Paisa nhai hain toh maine deta hun “ This is what my sister giving money for past 2 years , so that I will bring a mirror and see my face . After HEMA(Hema Malini won from MATHURA on BJP ticket this time),  everybody would have given me money for this purpose , so that they can see me on their given prescribed face . Rest of the thing everybody knows. To celebrate the seniority of Tarun Varshney, I will alter my plans a bit in TAKLA TANDORI CENTER today, for this purpose. In one way , giving the alternative to the TAKLA TANDORI CENTER , its only for this  week(next week everything will back to normal) , planned in coincidence with Tarun Varshney encounter and towards that EMPIRE STRIKES BACK_TCS mail , towards which everybody diverting me .  I m telling it in advance, so that TAKLA will plan out something over there, by guessing it right . Let me clarify everybody, lock wont be released this way today, everything will return to normal next week related to TAKLA TANDORI CENTER.
