Even I m tried to discuss same thing with Subha Sathpathy, for whom everything is planned. Real thing, I m discussed with my mom while returning from mandir, its about Vijay and Sudha’s friend BASU in odia if we twist, it becomes Subha. So, “why Subha being derived from Basu , the friend of Vijay and Sudha “ . It comes from SIDHA rocket or straight penalty stroke of Robert Vadra. Lets start with TAKLA’s call on that MANOJ day of SHOOL, related to Suraj Samal , in effect for SAMAL brothers .Now everything happening in public glare ,I want to ask everybody that “ how much time it took me in TCS , to convert AJAY SAIGAL the GL to waiter GL ?” . I joined in TCS on ist week of oct2010, come to the team of AJAY SAIGAL in november2010, and by june2011, he converted to waiter GL.  Overall it took me 6 months to convert a GL in TCS to waiter GL. I m following the protocol out here, this waiter prefix is not mine, its AJAY SAIGAL himself chosen for himself , after seeing my skill level . Here AJAY SAIGAL is no ordinary GL, he is the best person chosen from GL, who is supposed to take over from me , the revolutionary role . AJAY SAIGAL is at his home turf, he set his own rules, he choose his own team to deal with me, while I m all alone. Still it took me 6 months to convert him to waiter GL in TCS. Its something like one of case , if tomorrow I will call him somewhere to   introduce himself as waiter GL , he will readily comes across . I m not making big claims out here in TCS, the way everybody thought during HCL days “ mughe toh kuch ata nhai tha , bas kaise pahuncha gaya uper “ .Now coming to TAKLA’s defense of SAMAL: brothers from the day I left HCL on aug2008 to till now . I want to pose this question to everybody “if I took 6 months to convert AJAY SAIGAL as waiter GL in TCS, where nothing is in my favour. Then, how much time I would have taken to dismiss SAMAL brother, after I left from HCL? “ I don’t want  answer to this question from anybody , I want everybody answer this question to TAKLA , the way he defended SAMAL brother since the day I left HCL on august 2008 . After I left HCL , not only he stand between me and SAMAL brothers , he put all the family members one after others for SAMAL brothers , to defend then . What I will do in this case, I simply remain silent, apart writing then as emotional donkey to dictionary, I could not able to write much regarding them. This is why I m angry with TAKLA. I want to ask TAKLA “ kia lagti hain Swati Singla/Niraj for Manish Khanna , jinke liye unnone sab kuch chod diya , as senior as somebody as Ajay Saigal . Aur maine kia lagta hun TAKLA ke liye , jo ussne mere saath ek baar baat bhi karna sahi nhai samjha , while doing anything , since may2008 . Its not that I m lying anything with him ?”  I want to ask all those PWDwala’s out here “ jiske saath who log apne career start kia tha , kia retire hone ke time par uske saath hi kaam kar rahe the ?” Nahi na, then how I could be working with Suraj Samal lifelong, the way TAKLA is unwilling to move a inch out here. I m performed better , I will move ahead in professional ladder , Suraj Samal didn’t able to perform better so he will left behind , what’s the big deal in it . This happens, in every profession , what’s there to be feel emotional on it , without performing , the way TAKLA and his associated PWDwala’s felt for SAMAL brothers . The way , PWDwala’s behaved out here , they only exposed their , inefficiency towards administrative skills , in front of others . Maine toh KOLKATA chala jaunga , means go to a foreign country and settle over there “now u PWDwala’s just wait and see , how ur kids and next generation will be treated by others , not only in IT industry but in any profession . Since its happening in open public glare “. What TAKLA shown to me via Subhash uncle’s BRATA “ Suraj will become close friend like Sanjay Bhatt “ . My response to TAKLA , in my next assignment I neither need Sanjay Bhatt nor Suraj Samal , now is this ok , with TAKLA or not . Mughe abhi nhai chahiye , Suraj Samal ka dosti yaar , he is just like ordinary friend for me like all other . Jab jarurat tha, tabhi gand mar ke chala gaya , now I m readying to leaving the country , then I didn’t need him either . What, TAKLA is comparing Subha’s DHABA incident of Subha Sathpathy with Shyam uncle’s son’s washing of latern. While seeing him doing this, I had reacted sharply at HCL, I m fine with this explanation. Let SAMAL brothers do samething life long, I don’t have any problem . Now coming to TAKLA and his associated PWDwala’s , what TAKLA used to say related our BUH Shantanu Sir as chief engineer at HCL , then who is TAKLA’s chief engineer at TCS , its Manish Khanna . What TAKLA planned for me, washing latern in everybody’s house. I will like TAKLA and his associated PWDwala’s like BASTRAD Upadhya and BASTRAD Simachala , to go wash the latern in their chief engineers house its Manish Khanna , so that they will realize the difference between “ how a chief engineer handles a situation and how a clerk handles a situation “ . TAKLA did not move away from Suraj Samal till now from aug2008 , but Manish Khanna didn’t mind slamming a important GL at TCS , for the sake of  continuity . Its not only AJAY SAIGAL who got stuck due to my resignation from TCS on feb2013 , its many senior persons got stuck , but Manish Khanna did mind that in larger interest of what’s going on . Aur yahan par TAKLA, ek Suraj Samal ko chod nhai saka, when I raised it via emotional donkey at the hands of bastard Bengali , “ who TAKLA ke dil par lag gaya “ . Once I raised this thing, TAKLA starts SINGHANI POCHA KAMA , rest of things follows . I don’t want TAKLA to do anything with me or my HCL colleagues , I want TAKLA and his PWDwala’s go wash the LATERN of their own chief engineers house , so they will realize , “ difference between administrative skills of clerk and chief engineer “ .  Regarding Sanjay Bhatt, I can revive my friendship with Sanjay Bhatt anytime, our friendship is not limited to this one incident of, what happened in 13feb2013. I don’t want, Sanjay to take orders from TAKLA and AJAY SAIGAL, since those guys didn’t give him any respects to him. Reason, he stood by me, during my difficult times, what TAKLA didn’t. My conscience doesn’t permit me, Sanjay Bhatt to take orders from TAKLA, this is why I delinked that option. Until I m in problem, he will definitely listen to TAKLA’s orders, which I don’t want. Apart from that I knows everything , I didn’t need anybody’s help now , I think everybody must be knowing this thing by now . Let TAKLA took help from the guy, JISKA WHO LATERN SAAF KAR RAHA THA DHABA PAR. My stand is consistent and clear, TAKLA wont got any clearance until I m here, if anybody wants to stay over here for TAKLA, its their wish. I cant help that guy. Lets discuss about Sanjay Bhatt a bit, I had still not discussed about Anil’s response to what I said related to his outbursts during Sanjay Bhatt’s marriage .
