Environment Dil par lag gaya : TAKLA TANDORI CENTER

This is the time of the week, JAB MAINE TAKLA KA GHAAON KO GHERA KARNEWALA HUN, VIA TAKLA TANDORI CENTER and GARAM CHICKEN PAKORA. Lets start the blog with my confidence on Robert vadra, why I m repeatedly missing the chances of meeting one of the Robert vadra’s in the last one week. On 9feb2011 its Suryanarayan Pathy’s rakhita brother suppose to come at TCS premises , on 29april2011 its Suryanarayan Pathy’s rakhita’s father suppose to come at TCS office , when Robert Vadra suppose to come at TCS office . Robert Vadra is doing arrangement at his hometown, he is not suppose to come anywhere in the original planning, this is why my thinking remained with him, he is toughest guy to handle. Lets talk about, how Robert Vadra is looking at my work in HCL and then after. It comes from Shravan Dabi’s groupism issue, which I raised in my mails from dec2008 to nov2009. Yes, groupism issue were diverted towards me, my sister keep on showing me YAHOO mail not GMAIL, while writing mail to PRASANT. The way , I created a fake ID of Saumendu Mohanty and keep on posting mails on his behalf in yahoo group and later used reply for the same , Robert Vadra feels , I m doing same thing in HCL and afterwards . In one way, I m doing MONO ACT out here in HCL and afterwards . This is reason why, Robert Vadra had planned a better MONO ACT out here then HCL. While doing MONO ACT, same person needs to change his position and talk in different tone and voice. What BALRAJ Chauhan aka AMRISH PURI said in the movie NAYAK after Anil Kapoor defused all the BOMBs “ who khud bomb lagta hain , phir unnhe jakar khud defuse karta hain , janta ka sympathy pane ke liye “ , on this somebody asked him “ bomb blast par uske parents mar gaye “ , Balraj Chauhan’s response “usko kuch nhai hua na . Apne swarth ke liye apne maa baap ko bhi marwa diya . Itna bada kamiya hain woh “. This MEHANDI kissa ends over here on BOMB remarks of Balraj Chauhan. This is what, Robert Vadra’s MONO ACT towards me from the NAYAK movie. As Balraj Chauhan is Shantanu Sir, reason why Shantanu Sir lookalike comes across as Robert Vadra’s father (Ankan’s father), reminding what I did with my parents. With these MONO ACT kissa of Robert Vadra , lets talk about TAKLA. Everybody were furious, when I m said “TAKLA doesn’t know anything about administration”, the reason why another university been be opened up, where he will become administrative officer.  Why I m angry with TAKLA for this simple reason, when everybody contacted him after may2008, he could have said to them “ what ever need to be done , that I will do . Don’t disturb our relative and friends “, at that time whatever he would have said, everybody would have listened. The problem is, he never handled any crisis on his own, so he doesn’t know the consequences of anything going wrong. If he said this much at that time, total control would have remained with him, but what TAKLA did is opposite, he involved everybody. Now the situation is something like, “all relatives and friends feel, I m creating problems for them, due to becoming successful “. For which I don’t have any answers now, the way TAKLA handled everything out here. Lets talk about this 2^nd position sort of thing via NEHA(the HR) in TCS , so that TAKLA and his associated PWDwala’s administrative skill will got exposed . When I left Kolkata, wrote in the mail why I want to stay one more day in Kolkata, instead of 2days, this become headache for everybody. TAKLA the administrator let everything got loose against me and the situation is right now in front of everybody, which didn’t got solved after 6 years also. Now compare this TAKLA’s administrative skills to that of TCS managers administrative skills, when I left TCS after NEHA come for launch with me, I think situation is something similar. In fact, NEHA the HR, had done nothing wrong at all in comparison with DEBA and LEENA. But, here managers like MANISH KHAAN feels, what’s going on is more important than, then changing everything for NEHA, they didn’t let everybody get loose, like TAKLA did after my Kolkata visit . Meri thodi koi personal dushmani hain NEHA the HR ke saath, jo maine TCS chod diya uske launch par ane par, my problem is with AJAY SAIGAL that’s why I left. Something similar were, while leaving from Kolkata after 2 days, I m never had any problem with Deba and Leena, the way they reacted, with the support of TAKLA and BASTRAD Lokesh Singh. My problem is with Subha Sathpathy, I m just trying to convey to Deba just be careful next time, while doing clone act of Subha Sathpathy. I wan to ask TAKLA ,” LEENA ka aisa kia rash nikal raha tha, jisko pi kar tum madhosh ho jaye aur sab kuch bhul gaye mere Kolkata visit ke baad(mughe inactive RED button dikha rahe ho) . Now NEHA, ka aisa kaun sa rash nhai nikal raha hain in comparison to LEENA, jisko launch par dekh kar maien TCS chod diya “ . The answer lies in, TCS managers like Manish Khanna were better administrators than, TAKLA and his associated PWDwalas like BASTRAD Upadhya and BASTRAD Simachala. Now how TAKLA had distributed power among everybody, it comes from Srinivas (Sri + Nivas aka GHAR) in hyderbad. TAKLA ko lagta hain ki maine kuch nhai samjhata hun. This professor reference of Guru Gulab Khatri OLTA PAD gaya TAKLA ke uper. The way, TAKLA planned everything, now he is clueless, about what I knows and what I don’t. The planning is something like that, its virtually impossible to understand for TAKLA and his associated slaves, until I wrote in my mails.  This LADOO reference, yes I m the MISTRY LADOO, Cyrus Mistry taken over from Ratan Tata in dec2011, while I m in TCS. This comes from my visit to APU GHAR with TAPASWINI in delhi. So, here TAPASWINI is my sister and I m LADOO.  My sister later changed her stance to Swati Singla .Everybody must have remembered when everything changed and LADOO comes across, I m got angry and said to Abhishek “ mughe kia bebakuff samjhete ho” during launch, just before writing Amit Katiyar_TCS, where I m slammed AJAY SAIGAL for the ist time . I m so upset, I didn’t write any mails on that Sunday, until Manish called me for movie alongside Abhishek . This incident must be in everybody’s mind.  How it’s connected to Srinivas in hyderbad (APOLLO guy repeatedly going to hyderbad for his medical check up, for same purpose) , it comes from AMADNI ADANI KHARCHA RUPAIYA , this one ruppes kissa in Subhash uncle’s BRATA . Reason why, again Subhash uncle’s daughter’s marriage comes across, over which while searching for the person who kept money, APOLLO GUY entered the GIRLs room , which I didn’t followed . Asia kia tha , jo maine andar nhai gaya , APOLLO GUY ke saath and TAKLA keep on giving new DHAGA, every time he sit for any POOJA . Which scene from the movie fits into my MONO ACT, according to Robert Vadra , as he is going to take penalty stroke straight . It comes from TAKLA’s SHAKTI PEETH scene in hyderbad. What APU KHOTE aka Johny Lever said after they were got beaten by hyderbad police “ ek cheeze ki daag deni hogi , hyderbad police ki , kisi ko kaam ya kisi ko jada nhai , sabko barabar ka pita hain “ . This is what Srinivas reference for TAKLA is all about, by correlating APU KHOTE +  APU GHAR, in one way going for SRI NIVAS and making me LADOO the MISTRY , who had worked over in our house . If I will go to meet , Robert Vadra , then wahan par sab barabar ka pit ne wale hain , koi thoda kam ya jada nhai hain . Then million dollar question is “ will Suryanarayn Pathy’s Rakhita will beat me “ ,the answer is “ suruwat toh wahi karne wali hain wahan par” . What I said related to Subha Sathpathy in my mails from dec2008 to nov2009 “ let his wife teach him , how to live a dignified life “ , this is reason why Suryanarayan Pathy’s RAKHITA will teach me how to live a dignified life . Now also , I m discussing about my wife with Subha Sathpathy for this purpose . This ROTI reference of SANTOSH my friend , which my sister showing via SPECIAL TAWA few days back , for NARSU’s ROTI . According to everybody, Suryanarayan Pathy’s rakhita didn’t done anything wrong and she had been harassed unnecessarily by me. Its same ENVIORMENT KISSA, while comparing her with Sneha Sahu, jo uski dil par lag gaya and she wants revenge for it and beating me up at first. Reason why, everything revolving around that ENVIRONMENT and MERE PAAS MAA HAIN for past 6 years. Ajay Saigal’s , “ANANTH reference , uske dil par lagna chahiye “ , recently ANANTH KUMAR defeated Nandan Nilekani , from south bangalore seat . The pain is still there with Suryanarayan Pathy’s rakhita , her feeling is “ I will understand her pain , jab mere dil par koi cheeze lagega “ , on this AJAY SAIGAL and TCS people were helping out , TAKLA used all those which I consider wrong and beating me mercilessly(apart from Bhaskar Padhy sort of thing) , koi ek cheeze toh mere dil par lagega .  My response to query of Suryanarayan Pathy’s Rakhita is “ if u remain silent for more than one year from july2008 to aug2009 , without any contacts , then its no surprise u felt like this , I cant help it out “ . Its natural reaction after more than one year , since we don’t know each other , how much sensitivity I will show in my mails , without knowing anything about her . Maine toh bas andhre maine teer mar raha tha, usse time par, since I don’t what she feels or her family members feel during those days.
