Paul Sir had arrived 4jan2011

Naukrani , madam just look at the below mail ....at least ,somebody had sympathetic view towards me , at this stage and expressing it...Sridhar Sir , is not convinced everything is fine at TCS , or may be something big going to happen (certainly not of my liking).....its visible in everybody's approach over here(everybody were bit nervous ), how i m going to react instantaneously..... Naukrani , from the day , i stepped into TCS , i m amazed how everybody were correlating with others , with whom they dont have any links ..while at the other hand those who associated earlier ,trying hard to disassociate from others....this question goes deeper inside me , as i continued my journey at TCS .......mora mind ku gote katha repeatedly asu thila , there must be strong mechanism found out via which , everybody will be disassociate .......i got some clue , when i worked on QA , at caremark ....as Chidambaram said , buck stops with me , so to disassociate Sujit Das and capgemini guys from sending test lead oppturnity for MISYS ....i had to work over here ......while tracking this one , i got to know why Ratan Tata given largest amount of money to Havard .....largest by any alumni , outside US ....the answer lies in my college days .....its reflecting in subject line ........when Paul Sir , left our college due to his difference with management , we called up strike for his restoration.....on the day , when management wants to talk with us , total teaching staff were present ..student were very agitated , they put their point strongly ..after everything over ....students realized their mistake , they should not have talked so openly against their teachers ....some approached Tripathy Sir(this will replace what i said related to Shankar Sir , if ur in limelight be careful ..it doesnot take much of time to change opinion) .....he replied   "those who were organizing the strike or spearheading the strike for past several days , not visible ...what we had seen some new faces talking with management so strongly "..he continued"probably , they were very close to Paul Sir and liked him the most ..and dont want Paul Sir to leave "..... same thing will be applied over here , those who were involve here something like , my friends defending Paul Sir during that day , in front of management .....this will disassociate Deepak Acharya from Deepak Samal ....but , what related to Dipti so important i cant found out ?........from the day , i stepped inside caremark , mu bhuji paru nathili , what Alka want to convey to me?.......i got it now , when i sit next to her alongside Abhishek ..she is Sneha lookalike(these lookalikes were bit confusing to understand).......i found the same innocence in her approach , that were associate with Sneha .....just want to say Alka, please dont loose those innocence , like Sneha did with somebody's influence/advice called Shasank......then these r not reasons for nervousness , in everybody's approach .....when , i think bit deeper that CALL sort of thing going to be repeated ....i understood the reason for nervousness , in everybody's approach ..even , same thing told by Sridhar Sir below.....Naukrani , madam Sarangi Sir is coming via that Iraki Madam incident happened during our college days .......even , i cant comment much , karana mora madhya understanding limited bartamaan stage re.....probably , mu bahut fast chalichi ..seiti payi , bhaut kichi agaru lekhi sarichi ....i must thank , google president for sales , Nikesh Arora, when he said "u should not have escapist attitude " ....u cant escape , the way thing were planned......anyway , madam take care of urself , frankly speaking i cant guarantee  how i will react , when Sarangi Sir going to repeated, via Iraki madam(other thing i am not aware of everything)...since , i m not supporter of it .....but , assure u this much , Sridhar Sir and others were with u , they wont let u down(if that wont be be the case , mu bartamaan yeh condition re rahi nathanti).......they must be fully prepared for it , since they were fully aware of everything.....probably they were more wooried about our (me and u Naukrani) relationship , then anybody else ......how we will live happily married afterwards, were their utmost concern.....whatever may happen , its we both at the receiving end from the begining.......just tell , how u interpret "Nitin aapke kaan bahut sharp hain" phrase ........finally , I LOVE U , Naukrani.......
