Persons like Manish Khanna feels like Karan of 36 CHINATOWN" agar sab logon ne sach bola hota , muzrim ko pakade ne par koi problem nhai hota " . In this regard I want to ask Manish Khanna , on Arjun Ranwat's words of "hum CHAND par pahunch gaye , aur abhi bhi tumhe hum IT professionals snakecharmers dikh rahe hain " , but I m sorry to say Manish Khanna " in terms of administrative work , mughe abhi bhi IT professional snakecharmer hi dikh rahe the , if I compare Sasikant with MITRA's work in BALAJI PG over here ".What Sasikant as senior person is doing at BALAJI PG without any accountability , this thing I m seeing since OCT2005 , when I m entered HCL as IT professional. Everybody at BALAJI PG and other places , who were not part of the that CITI FINANCIAL fiasco after Tarun Varshney left HCL , will understood what exactly happened in HCL , with these CITI FINANCIAL guys , if they compare Sasikant and MITRA's work in BALAJI PG . While leaving BALAJI PG , MITRA comes for NOTEBOOK DHAMKI and everybody understood whats going on at BALAJI PG for longtime and most importantly I m understanding it . But everybody got to know about it only after MITRA come up with NOTEBOOK DHAMKI . I want to know from Manish Khanna " did u questioned Sasikant, who is senior to MITRA in IT industry experience , why he didn't informed this NOTEBOOK concept sort of thing to everybody out here much earlier ? As Sasikant is dealing with me much before MITRA entered BALAJI PG ?"  . Manish Khanna "what senior person like Sasikant didn't able to inform u in 10+ months staying at BALAJI PG , somebody like MITRA able to inform u in less 3+ months stay at BALAJI PG . did u asked Sasikant,  what value addition Sasikant did by staying at BALAJI PG for long time. This is the problem with IT industry , whatever the mistake a senior person like Sasikant did , he will got rewarded and person like MITRA who had exposed the myth , I m not under any HALLOGANATION attack , in fact I knows everything , got thrashing from ROSE aunty over here " . Manish Khanna , u TCS people didn't questioned Sasikant , why he didn't informed u about this NOTEBOOK kissa earlier , since he is following me closely for more than 10+ months , so that u people would be better prepared to tackle the situation by now . But at HCL managers wants to know thinking line of other CITI FINANCIAL guys "after Tarun Varshey exposed the CITI FINANICAL think line , during that TV episode at HCL on july2007". Manish Khanna if somebody is senior at IT industry it doesn't mean u should not question his capability of tackling the situation in proper way over here . We at HCL also value the meaning personal bonding , but not at the cost of credible work. The way these CITI FINANCIAL guys used to feel , we will get away with the personal relation and seniority , on whatever we did . What a senior guy like Sasikant wont able to do in 10+ months , a fresher like MITRA able to in 3+ months . If Sasikant would have exposed what MITRA had exposed ,"everybody wont have got lots of tough times at BALAJI PG , including me also , since I m also part of BALAJI PG" . I want to ask Manish Khanna " u can justify the work of somebody like Sasikant , but HCL people didn't justify the action of CITI financial guys " . I considering the MITRA's NOTEBOOK DHAMKI as template to convey , what all other things happened in similar fashions . Since this TEMPLATE of MITRA's NOTEBOOK DHAMKI had been understood by everybody out here . Ramana's LANSA project Mumbai is all about , we will use the HCL template via Narendra Modi , who sworn as PM on 26may2014 . I had asked Narendra at HCL " do u have any resignation template , so that I will send across my resignation to Sirdhar Sir " . As its remake not sequel a TCS , so TCS people using the template used by the HCL people while I m staying at HONGKONG of MUMBAI for TCS dirt to come across .

3. Sending me to POONAM recharge center for recharging my internet pack on sept2015 , its got repeated yesterday again on 13october2015 in similar fashion.

4.Rashmi asking for unlocking the chair , while my dad lookalike coming up for JOB offer , on that day she come up with washing her face , signifying if u will unlock the chairs u will wash ur face in WESTERN STYLE LAVATORY . This got repeated last weeks structs classes on 10-11October2015 . 

5. Ishita , she come with BUS , while I m suppose to meet Rabi during a sunday evening at DINOSAR garden " she is here to give ladies touch to me via Nirbhaya gang rape in bus". Its repeated yesterday , while I m sitting outside the MCDONALD .

There were many incident happened on this NOTEBOOK template list, I will keep on updating those things as time pass by . I m sure there will be many more NOTEBOOK template list will happen in near future also as "TCS ka captain cant got out in ist ball and everything had been fixed over here"  .

 As the time passes by this list going to be longer , since people over here aggressively upcasting for creating HALLOGANATION condition for me , something similar happened with me yesterday .

6. PALLAVI hotel , at the RADHEE MAA's position(Murad Pattnaik's position) , where AXA girl come during launch and have tea with her friend , yesterday during evening snacks time ,a kid of SACHIN's STOOL fame come alongside the ESHAAN KHAN/MANGAL RAO family , while SONY business analyst's girl friend is giving DHAKA . Once I discussed with SONY business analyst , WIPRO girl comes with NOTEBOOK DHAMKI at RADHEE MAA position .

7. Same event during launch time , while LOPA aka PALU guy VIJAY opening the KHANA , Nitin is over there at same RADHEE MAA aka Murad Pattnaik position . As Nitin is at DHOKA bengali seat , whom I had given key , he is talking of " maine yeh kaam kar sakta hun " . I am also complimented him , while returning from evening snacks , I m switched on TV for him " mughe pata hain tum yeh kaam kar sakte ho" , carry on with ur work . So DHOKA bengalis key /understanding of BLOUSE combined the NILADRI DAS's KHIRA/ BAL THAKERY in washing machine .

8. When Nitin talk of RAPE in moving car in gurgaon mall , I m  talk of " its not rape in moving car , ISHITA is talking of , its NIRBHAYA gang rape in MUNIKA is SAMBAHRA of BALAJI in delhi ISHITA is talking of ". Today he talking of switching off my radio , while I m sleeping yesterday night , reason " I cant become BEHERA " . Mughe pata nhai tha , log kaan par RADIO laga kar sunne par behere ho jate hain . Its eye opener for me , its something KUAN KA MENDAK statement for me . Thanks Nitin taking me out of the KUAN , where I m used behave like MENDAK .

Savita alongside Shradha , at New shanti sagar , BADA PAV center and most importantly Savita leaving with Shradha like Geeta and his boy friend Vishal . Now its got repeated via NOTEBOOK outside the LARA TECHNOLOGY while having her certificate , alongside Shradha .

10. 19October2015(Monday)

   Rashmi talking of " Lara trainer Ramesh Bodani's wife is pregnant can give birth to child anytime " . Its got repeated by Akankshya yesterday via notebook fashion . I could have easily avoided Akankshya yesterday evening , just like I m avoided Rashmi on saturday morning at LARA TECHNOLOGY reception and leave from there . But , then I thought of Debasmita " peheli baar toh usne kuch manga hain mere se , maine mana kaise kar sakta hun . She is the person , who is completely devastated by what happened around me since august2008 , her family life totally ruined because of her close proximity towards me , this is a very small thing she is asking at this stage , how could I say no to her" , reason why rather than avoiding her , I had done what best I could have done in most dignified way. I must say , the choice of the girl is masterstroke from everybody , if its anybody else other then Akankshya , I would have simply avoided her and left the scene . I m aware of my statements to Debasmita " I miss Rashmi Pratap more than anybody else in all these 7+ years since I left HCL and I regret it every moment ", I m still stick to to that statement . But , Rashmi at LARA TECHNOLOGY doesn't represent Rashmi Pratap, while Akankshya at LARA TECHNOLOGY represent Debasmita  . If anybody tracked the trajectory of both Akankshya and Rashmi at HONG KONG of MUMBAI for TCS dirt to comes across, they will find out why I m feeling this way . Akankshya said " I M SORRY " at the Shravan hotel during launch time, she always come alongside Sushil , Savita and others , who were sympathetic towards my condition . In contrast Rashmi , asking to unlock the chairs while washing her face alongside my dad lookalike with job offer , with his boy friend outside McDonalnd while returning from KFC kormangala, having sukha gol gappa alongside Ishita outside Lara technology , coming up with Sasikant on saturday for breaking fast on veg biryani . If Akankshya would have done anything like this , what Rashmi had done , I would have avoided her also yesterday , but she is true to the person Debasmita whom I knows and at this juncture she remains the same . I must say , I will never miss persons like Rashmi and Ishita from HONG KONG of mumbai in my entire life . I will like to inform them , jis Manish Khanna ke liye kaam kar rahe ho , uske saath hi rehna after this HONG KONG of mumbai phase got over , mere samne kabhi mat ana .

   tech mahindra girl outside the MCDONALD ,going away with his boy friend ,like Geeta and Vishal mega mart .This got repeated yesterday at same place of MOMOS girl friend place of MCDONALD .Four people coming to sit outside the MCDONALD along me ,while 2 girls coming with coffee at MOMOS place ,I will behave like GEETA's boy friend.  While BENGA at GIDGER room during launch , talking of " I will shift to the WIPRO guy chair's bed today" .Yeh mere liye KUAN KA MENDAK ki tarah eye opener hain . BENGA of GIDGER room will say , " he is shift to my room and I will behave like GEETA's boyfriend of VISHAL mega mart" .

        Sasikant talking of " no hot water will fall on me " ,  related to Bharati Achaerkar's preagant , can give birth to a child anytime , for which 4 part series Sasikant Mitra adventure list started by me more than 13 weeks before . Its got repeated during dinner times yesterday by Zakir Hussain , via NOTEBOOK pattern . I must say to Zakir Hussain ,"there were very few genuine persons like u, I met over here in my entire bangalore stay , who is very clear and consistent in his approach .Its not easy to remain within ur limitations under this high intensity pressure situations over here, hats off to my friend , by acting always on ur limitations and never tried to cross that let whatever he situation demands" .  We will remain good friend .

          VB claim got completed yesterday .What Niraj out here told via sitting on the bike of Zakri Hussain on 2oct2015 during breakfast times ,this got repeated by Zakir Hussain during launch and other instances yesterday via NOTEBOOK way.

MITRA's friend Deepak coming up for unlocking the chairs during breakfast time ,on the day I had initalized the BADA MAAZA with KHUJILI wala medicines from the sudarshan medical shop .This got today  repeated by Savita and Shradha today.

   Savita is really fast this time in her NOTEBOOK reply sort of thing , related to her deception on GHAGARA CHOLI launch . Yesterday night I wrote related to her " I dont go by percetion , just tell me openly where to go and when to go ,I will be ready for it " on her assertion of changing clothes . This thing got repeated in NOTEBOOK way today by her during launch time ,whether I m going via perception or not.

I must have started this list much before ,then there would have much clarity on the happenings over here . CITI  guy who had tried out the KEY sort of thing many times before , like asking keys to me for unlocking his room , then ARUN/ZAKIR HUSSAIN, Suvendu Panda/Deepak , today he tried out the NOTEBOOK way out here.

  Savita's perception battle continues , today its via Sudhir at Hairy Rashmi's seat while I m reaching at LARA TECHNOLOGY . Savita's response when I called her " she wants to return to her original evening timings" , on that lines of HUMARI BHAI GIRI KA DHANDA ACHA THA ,related to launch arranged at her residence. If anybody goes via perception these sort of problem's arises , what happened with me today , while I m reaching at LARA TECHNOLOGY Savita is not present there . From today onwards , I m starting a new list dedicated to Savita's perception sort of thing. I m not starting the list over here , just putting the headline and leaving , it will start once Savita does something again in similar lines of perception sort of thing . As I going to closely interact with her for next few days , its upto Savita whether I should start and maintain this list or not.

Today aunty at Ranji cake shop offering different type of GOOD DAY biscuits , I will like to say aunty " dont behave like Sasikant the snake charmer guy , abhi baat GOOD day biscuit par thode hain na . Now everything had shifted to Arif Khan's shirt ,which is repeated today by Purna Pathy having "breakfast of APOLLO guy's CHAKULI" . GOOD DAY biscuit ka zaman tabhi tha , jab tak Arif Khan nhai tha , ya Raja Murad's shirt nhai tha , its time for SHIRT ,please update urself now .Ur always been behaving like updated software via ur Santa and banta initalization,  today ur behaving as snakecharmer guy Sasikant , by offering me new format of GOOD DAY biscuit". Aunty update urself to newer things now. 

Probably what I m said related to GOOD DAY biscuit had been misquoted reason why DANA guy is elated , I m just said " as GOOD DAY biscuit had been started by me , its got offical recognation via shirt " , nothing more than that . The DHAMKI towards Santoshi Sahu remained , so as my GOOD DAY biscuit concept and so as DANA concept related to MOOLCHAND JI , so as my acceptance of MANDAWALI at LARA TECHNOLOGY ,nothing else.

Ishita's bus stop enounter ,for SHUSTH MURGAA and LAZIZ MURGA while I m suppose to meet Rabi at dinosar garden , getting repeated in notebook fashion ,while DHOKA bengali at Ranji cake shop , I m having SHUSTH MURGAA and LAZIZ MURGA dinner of GARLIC chicken at Imperial hotel of shivaji nagar alongside Zakir and Ashutosh.

Upcasting of dhaka hua parata by mtech guy in washington DC on a saturday breakfast , getting repeated in notebook fashion by Satya Samal washing plates with me and BENGA coming up with dhaka hua roti and putting in stool over here . Its something like KUAN KA MENDAK sort of thing for me, Satya Samal of GIDGER room will wash his plates alongside me , I will reveal everything to my wife or somebody else. I m planning new section in AMBA SODA list of Hairy Rasmhi part I, for this plate washing chutiyapanti of BALAJI PG guys.

Ishita and Balram's elephant's element in linked list had been repated by notebook fashion by Savita and Shradha again .Probably , Savita wants to know the alternative to that KHUJILI wala medicine + BADA MAZAA on the day MITRA's friend Deepak comes for unlocking the chairs during breakfast .I m also complimented by ,purchasing COLD MEDICINE from ALPREX medicine center +JUICE at Priyanaka's bakery , where I m initalized Deepak's birthday related to Ashwin's dad. I m cooperating in every possible way with Savita , to best of my abilities ,let see when she calls for sex directly not via preception .
