Everybody can check the date and person, whom I m messaged at ist , Nitin will give same embarrassment as Shravan Dabi over here in HONG KONG of mumbai , since he doesn’t have requisite skills to handle and act on the high intensity pressure that’s present over here . Abhishek thinks something in similar lines of GHOSH, when I m said " people didnt remember anything,while doinng CHUTIYAPANTI" , Abhishek feels " how this could be possible , while he personally supervising everything over here and keep on scoring goal after goal " . Over here, by not listening to my advice of "people over here didnt remember anything while doing CHUTIYAPANTI on their coordination efforts, Abishek keep scoring goal after goal". In similar way TCS people had ignored by warning ,while putting their faith on persons like Shravan Dabi and CITI financial guys and now everybody were seeing their conditions .If Abhishek wont change his trajectory ,he will end up being highest goal scrorer over here in HONG KONG of MUMBAI forTCS dirt to come across, for not listening to my advice .This is updated on 9October2015 , on goal details of india vs England match , its 8th goal.
6.Difference between Sasikant and Mitra part I - Manish Khanna as Karan aka Akshya Khanna of 36 CHINA TOWN is talking of " muzrim ko pakadne par mughe itna time nhai lagta , agar sab log sach bolte . The problem with HALLOGANATION/CHUTIYAPANTI is " u dont know, what the other person understood . Always in confusion whether to go with HALLOGANATION /CHUTIYAPANTI or go with the real character assigned to u " .Same thing happened with Sasikant over here , he remained confused till now ,"why I m started this Sasikant Mitra adventure list" ,whether via his HALLOGANATION of NO HOT WATER WILL FALL ON ME or his character assigned to him as Sasi from TALCHER making chicken pieces. This thing continued till MITRA come up with his NOTEBOOK DHAMKI , since he talking well with in his character assigned to him , and I m forced to write about the Sasikant's real meaning and stature over here. I hope Manish Khanna and other at TCS would have understood their problem while dealing with CHUTIYA's of HCL, since they all HCL chutiya tried to creat HALLOGANATION in front of ,on the words of Yashpal Bhandari " hum Rama Pathy ke samne kuch bhi nhai manne wale hain " , and in the process they doesn't know , what's going in my mind and all the confusion created over there , just like Sasikant tried to create HALLOGANATION in front of me via his " NO HOT WATER WILL FALL on me " and coming alongside Abhishek aka Ramesh lookalike in front of me , and Sasikant doesnt know which part I m knows and which part I doesn't knows .The moment I entered in TCS , persons like Swati Singla and Niraj were not doing HALLOGANATION , they were asking some straight forward questions , whether u understood or not what we all were telling , and everything got exposed with in six months , something similar way MITRA out here not doing any HALLOGANATION in front of me , he is giving straight forward DHAMKI and its become clear in front of everybody when he come for his NOTEBOOK DHAMKI . Lets move one step further, the way I m exposed my dad by deleting my orkut profile, when he called me on that VIDEOCON TOWER day for Suraj Samal via 8 sort of thing , something similar way , I m exposed Sasikant over here via his " NO HOT WATER will fall on me " starting with Sasikant Mitra adventure list over here. The way nothing moved forward after I deleted my orkut profile over there , after my father's call on that videocon tower day ,something similar way now nothing is moving over here without mentioning about that Sasikant Mitra adventure list . 7.Difference between Sasikant and Mitra part II - What done by MITRA via his NOTEBOOK DHAMKI , while leaving BALAJI PG , is something comparable to Tarun Varshnery did during that TV episode in HCL in july2007 . 8.Difference between Sasikant and Mitra part III - We HCL people , mostly Sridhar Sir and me accused of CITI financial guys jis TAWA ko garam karke rakha tha , uske uper hum logon e ROTI sek liya in HCL . In TCS , my dad and Santoshi Sahu accused of like Geeta Basra taking VISHAL to the HOTEL room , where I m boy friend of Santoshi Sahu raped them In similar fashion , Sasikant ne kaun sa TAWA garam karke rakha tha , jiske uper MITRA ne ROTI sek liya ,the way what Sasikant not able to do in 10+ months , MITRA able to do in 3+ months . Sasikant ne kisko Geeta Basra bana kar hotel par le gaya , jisko MITRA ne rape kar diya . Its BALAJI PG and others who were following it closely need to answer . 9. ISHITA at LARA TECHNOLOGY - Now coming to Lokesh Singh's concern of TCS , how I m able to find him out so early via Nitin Kaushik's behavior at TCS . Lokesh Singh , I found u via Nitin Kaushik's behavior, "its not related to my ego getting hurt via Nitin not sitting on my seat , it will come from what my LARA TRAINER used to say everybody out here on each occassion " there is little logical thing in it , if u apply ur brain then u will got to know about it " ". People out here at HONG KONG of mumbai for TCS DIRT to come across will understood , how easy to find out Lokesh Singh behind Nitin Kaushik at TCS , if they apply their brain like Ramesh Budani said " there is little logical thing , while analyzing the activity of ISHITA over here " . I had not shown any interest on ISHITA at LARA TECHNOLOGY or anywhere in bangalore , but she keep on following me . The most shocking incident for me , she had come to marathalli in the pretext of ORACLE interview , while I m suppose to meet Rabi Paikray and his wife on rakee bandhan day, later I m specifically mentioned I m talking her as CHARACTER LESS RANDI just to avoid here , still she come outside the MCDONALD . I want to ask everybody out here " let for what ever reason ISHITA come to meet me outside MCDONALD , after I m mentioning of CHARACTER LESS RANDI just to avoid her , at least for one time anybody can think , who is patronizing her for dong these things means who is behind the scenes for her and from where she got the confidence for coming in front me again and again over here , while I m keep on avoiding her . Here its Manish Khanna is behind ISHITA" . Something similar way , when Shravan dabi talk related to Nitin Kaushik after the conference call , agar tum log uski galati nikal karke usko paressan karoge , woh kuch dino ke baad wapas aa raha hain tum logon ki le lega , later Nitin Kaushik didn't sit on my seat offered by me , later he didn't cleared the defect of COB claim and send the project successfully , to my surprise project running successfully , RCCEFP file , standing like DUMP SQUIB , despite Nitin Kaushik doing all these stuffs , Shravan dadi keep on defending as important person in team more than anybody else , which led me to think who is behind the scenes for Nitin Kaushik for which Shravan Dabi is defending him so much and person I m found out its Lokesh Singh behind the scenes . So here in HONG KONG of mumbai for TCS dirt to come across , ISHITA is Nitin Kaushik like moment for me, the way I found out Lokesh Singh over there at TCS , something similar I found out Manish Khanna behind ISHITA over here . 10.MITRA at BALAJI PG : After writing about the Anjali kissa of bangalore , its time for talk about MITRA over here , who is standing outside the Mrs CHANDIGARH's position during a saturday launch dhamki "agar maine problem par aaya toh koi nhai batchega over here " . Mitra is something like Randip Singh encounter for me at HCL . I had already compared Sasikant to CITI financial guys over there in HCL. Persons like my dad and TCS GM like Manish Khanna while showing sympathy towards CITI financial guys like SUBHA SATHPATHY started ridiculing my RESPECT TOWARDS HUMANITY concept as , what LARA DUTTA said in BILLU " woh padosh wali bimal hain na , kal ek haath se kapada saph kar rahi thi , kyun ki uska ek haath Sahir Khan ko lag gaya tha " . While everybody at HCL mostly CITI financial guys who were working sincerely in HCL in different projects got attacked , kyun ki mera ek haath Sahir Khan ko lag gaya tha during Randip Singh's funeral . Something similar way after few months , this Sasikant will start emotional pitching in front of MITRA over here " I had not done anything deliberately the way Rama Pathy is presenting over here to everybody " and MITRA will start asking for his ASTITVA " DHAMKI maine diya , galati Sasikant ne kia , aur pura credit Rama Pathy ko ja raha hain " . Persons like Manish Khanna and Lokesh Singh will start saying " mera ek haath lag gaya with MITRA , while he is standing at Mrs CHANDIGARH's position and while taking his notebook from Nitin , jiske liye maine Sasikant ko attack kar raha hun , for the excellent work he is doing for past10+ months. Yahan par Sasikant ko mere samne HALLOGANATION karne bheja gaya tha , usko woh kar raha tha puri imandari se , abhi MITRA aa kar chair uper khada ho gaya ya Nitin se notebook liya toh Sasikant ki kia galati hain. Lets seek an appointment with HCL chairman Shiv Nadar for this purpose to present the case of Sasikant properly over there , who is working sincerely of creating HALLOGANATION like condition in front of me " . Certainly I don't have answer to these sort of arguments of MITRA over here . Reason why , I m comparing MITRA to Randip Singh like moment of HCL . Abhishek of BALAJI PG : Now talking about Sandeep Kumar at HCL , nobody out here in bangalore experienced the Sandeep Kumar phase , how he goes to Sridhar Sir to say " maine Rama Pathy ko team lead nhai manta hun " , only seen the after image of N1 reporting , how he is regretting that event daily . For me what Abhishek out here doing were something like what Sandeep Kumar used to do on the pretext of " pura tight tha bhai " . Manish Khanna and others were talking of " ek hindu ko hi marna hain since TCS days and here in HONG KONG of mumbai for TCS dirt to come across" . But this ek hindu ko hi marna hain , going on since Sandeep Kumar days when he said to Sridhar Sir " maine Rama Pathy ko team lead ki tarah nhai manta hun " . Lets compare MISYS events with whats going on at bangalore . Earlier I used consider both BALAJI PG and LARA TECHNOLOGY as single entity ,just like MISYS project going on . Then I accepted the MANDAWALI of LARA TECHNOLOGY and move ahead ,something similar way MISYS team got divided , guys like Sandeep Kumar comes into my team . As Sandeep Kumar is soft target in my team, so everybody tried to convince him to go against me , which eventually he did , on the pretext of maine pura tight tha bhai, while talking to Sridhar Sir " maine Rama Pathy ko team lead nhai manta hun ". Something similar way here in bangalore ,while I m accepted the mandawali of LARA TECHNOLOGY , Abhishek staying at BALAJI PG is soft target like Sandeep Kumar in my team . BALAJI PG guys cant approach LARA TRAINER Ramesh Budani or somebody like Savita on every occasion to execute their CHUTIYAPANTI , so they were putting lots of pressure on Abhishek out here do execute their chutiyapanti . This way , Abhishek out here keep on scoring goal after goal , just Sandeep Kumar said related to me " maine Rama Pathy ko team lead nhai manta hun " . The way Sandeep Kumar regretted of talking against me after we both moved to different project , something similar way Abhishek out here going to regret this thing , after we move ahead from this phase of HONG KONG of mumbai for TCS DIRT to come across . Since all the goals were going against his name , although everybody were doing much bigger CHUTIYAPANTI . Just like while in MISYS team , everybody were acting against me in much bigger way , but at the end of the day , what Sandeep Kumar said related to me , got more weight than others , due to this Manish Khanna's " ek hindu ko hi marna hain concept" . My advice to Abhishek out here , why he is not talking to these BASTRADs of BALAJI PG "go tell Ramesh Budani or Savita to execute ur CHUTIYAPANTI , why u guys were approaching me in every single instance ,on which I m come into receiving end everytime, since u guys didn't remember anything while doing the chutiyapanti ?". 12. Sasikant's "no hot water fall on me " : The planning at HONG KONG of mumbai is really good , but to execute these planning , somebody like Sasikant needed . Sasikant jaise snakecharmer sochwale ko execute karna hain planning , isiliye maine apne IT profession par jitne sare blunders hua hain usse correlate kar pa raha hun . I will like to correlate some of them today also before moving ahead to some new things out here . I want to ask Sasikant " u entered into prominance from july2011 , when Swati Singla's backpain had started and come into action at BALAJI PG , but I m dealing with these people since feb2010, agar GIDGER ka chota chip change karne par , koi hot water nhai girna hota , woh baat toh koi bhi bol sakta tha TCS par , teri kia jarurat hain yahan BALAJI PG par , just like this HONG KONG of MUMBAI is planned over here " . Something similar way BALJIT asking me to add a field to the DB2400 tool " I may not know the process of JAG project and files and programs used over there , but I m well versed with AS400 technology and utilities used in a project , I had successfully executed lots of projects in MISYS , before that trained thoroughly in As400 for more than 2+ years , much before he started learnt AS400 technology ". 13.Anjali at LARA TECHNOLOGY : The starting point of my thinking towards severe conflict between Santoshi Sahu and Manish Khanna comes from Anjali of LARA TECHNOLOGY. Anjali of LARA TECHNOLOGY is something like RCCEFP file like moment for me at HONG KONG of Mumbai for TCS dirt to come across. In Manish Khanna aka Pattnaik’s words “ maine bahut pehele kahin par suna tha, agar kahin duty join karna ho toh ek din pehele chale jo , sari haquet pata chal jati hain “ . During those times my thinking were some what different “ SHUSHT MURGEE is Shravan Dabi like guys ,its not pointed towards Santoshi Sahu” .I thought like this till ,I m proposed Anjali on valentine day this year . When I m decided to change everything once Poonam and others shown me unlocked system I had started writing “ Rahul ke bare maine kia bolo maine : starting corruption thread “ , start writing a new subject line in similar lines till I m proposed Anjali on 13february2015. My thinking started drifting, once she didn’t responded anything on that front when I m proposed her, she simply disappeared from the scene over there. Its something like I asking Nitin Kaushik in causal fashion at CVS caremark “do u know about the RCCEFP file related to releasing the LOCK in RECON, What ITTI KAPOOR said to me”. Nitin Kaushik’s immediate response is” I can’t release the LOCK over here”. I m stunned via his response over there “ Nitin Kaushik is considered as most efficient business analyst aka test lead in CVS caremark and he doesn’t about this simple file what ITTI KAPOOR the developer had given to me .” In normal scenarios its test lead who knows more about these things rather than the developers. I m started tracking behind the scenes of RCCEFP file unlocking, got to know that LOCK is placed at Alka Rao’s place while working with Komal Arora . Something similar way, when Anjali completely disappeared from the scene after I m proposed her, without saying anything, my thinking started drifting over there .I thought of going in wrong direction , Santoshi Sahu is not with Anjali aka Anu Agarwal lookalike any more . I had seen the reaction of TCS people, when I m gone in wrong direction during my initial days of CVS caremark and decided not to write any mails to her .Immediately, GAP discount project got over and lots of praising mail started flowing from various managers over there ,so that I will start writing messages to Santoshi Sahu again .But here in HONG KONG of Mumbai , when I m proposing Anjali as Santoshi Sahu , she didn’t felt the need to respond anything to me ,simply disappeared . If anybody tracked my blogs after proposing Anjali , I m immediately stopped that series of blogs at“ Rahul ke bare maine kia bolo maine :Ram memory of I M SORRY for AXA’s bread “ .I m decided to start things different way . Then when again I m decided for attempting sex with Rabi’s wife as Santoshi Sahu, something similar non committal response comes from her .In fact she didn’t want to meet me , until I m insisted on RAKSHA BANDHAN day . Things got confirmed once MITRA comes on Mrs CHANDIGARH’s position during a Saturday launch time. Now I m pretty much sure about the conflicts between Santoshi Sahu and Manish Khanna . Sasikant at BALAJI PG : Now talking about Sasikant over here , what everybody out here seeing in Sasikant is symptom of lethageric approach of IT professionals , once they goes to 4-5 years of experience , I m the victim of this lethageric approach at HCL , so as Swati Singla at TCS. The way, Sasikant for longtime thinks “ mera naam Sasikant hain ,matlab honesty and integrity , maine kuch bataya nhai hain abhi tak, Rama Pathy ko kaise pata chalega , maine yahan par kyun hun”. This lethageric approach of IT professional were still continuing over here in HONG KONG of MUMBAI for TCS dirt to come across .Every time a new guy, who tried to work sincerely, become the victim of this lethageric approach , at HCL its me , at TCS its Swati Singla . Frankly speaking, I don’t know how many people suffered over here HONG KONG of Mumbai because of this approach of Sasikant. How I got two visionary statements at HCL and TCS ,is comes from same Sasikant at BALAJI PG .What I said related to CITI financial guys “ if Srini Sir will do my appraisal and didn’t promote me , then u cant contain the situation over here”. Since citi financial guys still in snakecharmer thinking, Srini Sir is their manager let where ever they work. Something similar way what I m said at TCS ” Lokesh Singh , these people didn’t become manager like u ,these were somebody like Swain the policeman , who had changed his shift , since he cant stand in for long hours “ . All were related to same Ajrun Ranawant’s words “hum log CHAND par pahuncha gaye hain, aur tumhe abhi bhi hum IT professionals snake charmers ki tarah dikh rahe hain”. 15.Mitra's change of plan at BALAJI PG via notebook : Now coming to the change of plan by Mitra over here , via NOTEBOOK ,this is something like Puneet Mathur’s lift reference “tumahre charon taraf Rashmi hain , while we were moving for the village launch” , which had termed as “ TOTA aka TATTO of SAM towards HUWEI receptionist , this MIC claim of Monica “. This launch happened in a weekend SUNDAY, which had been diverted towards Tyagi Sir’s launch episode “tum kuch der ke liye kaam chod do , aur khana kha lo , kyun ki yeh kaam khatam nhai hone wala hain “ . Puneet Mathur wants to know who had informed, Sridhar Reddy or any manager at bally technology , afterwards he got thoroughly exposed and become prime target over there, he even got left out over there, while I m released from the project. After wards Pritam and his team landed over there in BALLY TECHNOLOGY. 9. ISHITA at LARA TECHNOLOGY - Now coming to Lokesh Singh's concern of TCS , how I m able to find him out so early via Nitin Kaushik's behavior at TCS . Lokesh Singh , I found u via Nitin Kaushik's behavior, "its not related to my ego getting hurt via Nitin not sitting on my seat , it will come from what my LARA TRAINER used to say everybody out here on each occassion " there is little logical thing in it , if u apply ur brain then u will got to know about it " ". People out here at HONG KONG of mumbai for TCS DIRT to come across will understood , how easy to find out Lokesh Singh behind Nitin Kaushik at TCS , if they apply their brain like Ramesh Budani said " there is little logical thing , while analyzing the activity of ISHITA over here " . I had not shown any interest on ISHITA at LARA TECHNOLOGY or anywhere in bangalore , but she keep on following me . The most shocking incident for me , she had come to marathalli in the pretext of ORACLE interview , while I m suppose to meet Rabi Paikray and his wife on rakee bandhan day, later I m specifically mentioned I m talking her as CHARACTER LESS RANDI just to avoid here , still she come outside the MCDONALD . I want to ask everybody out here " let for what ever reason ISHITA come to meet me outside MCDONALD , after I m mentioning of CHARACTER LESS RANDI just to avoid her , at least for one time anybody can think , who is patronizing her for dong these things means who is behind the scenes for her and from where she got the confidence for coming in front me again and again over here , while I m keep on avoiding her . Something similar way , when Shravan dabi talk related to Nitin Kaushik after the conference call , agar tum log uski galati nikal karke usko paressan karoge , woh kuch dino ke baad wapas aa raha hain tum logon ki le lega , later Nitin Kaushik didn't sit on my seat offered by me , later he didn't cleared the defect of COB claim and send the project successfully , to my surprise project running successfully , RCCEFP file , standing like DUMP SQUIB , despite Nitin Kaushik doing all these stuffs , Shravan dadi keep on defending as important person in team more than anybody else , which led me to think who is behind the scenes for Nitin Kaushik for which Shravan Dabi is defending him so much and person I m found out its Lokesh Singh behind the scenes . So here in HONG KONG of mumbai for TCS dirt to come across , ISHITA is Nitin Kaushik like moment for me, the way I found out Lokesh Singh over there at TCS , something similar I found out Manish Khanna behind ISHITA over here . 10.MITRA at BALAJI PG : After writing about the Anjali kissa of bangalore , its time for talk about MITRA over here , who is standing outside the Mrs CHANDIGARH's position during a saturday launch dhamki "agar maine problem par aaya toh koi nhai batchega over here " . Mitra is something like Randip Singh encounter for me at HCL . I had already compared Sasikant to CITI financial guys over there in HCL. Aur HCL managers like Sridhar had remained kept alive this issue of his brothers funeral ceremony for their own career gain" . Persons like my dad and TCS GM like Manish Khanna while showing sympathy towards CITI financial guys like SUBHA SATHPATHY started ridiculing my RESPECT TOWARDS HUMANITY concept as , what LARA DUTTA said in BILLU " woh padosh wali bimal hain na , kal ek haath se kapada saph kar rahi thi , kyun ki uska ek haath Sahir Khan ko lag gaya tha " . While everybody at HCL mostly CITI financial guys who were working sincerely in HCL in different projects got attacked , kyun ki mera ek haath Sahir Khan ko lag gaya tha during Randip Singh's funeral . Something similar way after few months , this Sasikant will start emotional pitching in front of MITRA over here " I had not done anything deliberately the way Rama Pathy is presenting over here to everybody " and MITRA will start asking for his ASTITVA " DHAMKI maine diya , galati Sasikant ne kia , aur pura credit Rama Pathy ko ja raha hain " . Abhishek of BALAJI PG : Now talking about Sandeep Kumar at HCL , nobody out here in bangalore experienced the Sandeep Kumar phase , how he goes to Sridhar Sir to say " maine Rama Pathy ko team lead nhai manta hun " , only seen the after image of N1 reporting , how he is regretting that event daily . For me what Abhishek out here doing were something like what Sandeep Kumar used to do on the pretext of " pura tight tha bhai " . Things got confirmed once MITRA comes on Mrs CHANDIGARH’s position during a Saturday launch time. Now I m pretty much sure about the conflicts between Santoshi Sahu and Manish Khanna . The way, Sasikant for longtime thinks “ mera naam Sasikant hain ,matlab honesty and integrity , maine kuch bataya nhai hain abhi tak, Rama Pathy ko kaise pata chalega , maine yahan par kyun hun”. I don’t know how many people got victimized by this attitude of Sasikant here in HONG KONG of MUMBAI for TCS dirt , as anybody felt uncomfortable in dealing with the situations over here, had been immediately removed from the scene . As the plan got weakened by each passing day , I understood many people got victimized by his lethageric attitude .Something similar happened at both HCL and TCS , CITI financial people start thinking once they released from their project “ hum CITI financial project wale hain , we don’t need to do anything extra, respect will flow automatically let whatever we may do “, by the time things got noticed by HCL leadership , I m in BURN OUT conditions via Tarun Varshney and Subha Sathpathy , something similar way TCS managers like Ajay Saigal and others “ we had planned for something like 250 years , we need not require to monitor anything over here in CVS caremark , by the time things got noticed by Manish Khanna , Swati Singla is in BURN OUT condition by Shravan Dabi “ .
