There is one english serial i m used to see during my childhood days . Once upon a time in a village there is menace of rats rampant , people don't found the way out to combat the menace of rat .So they called a guy , who can take away the rats with MURALI . They had negotiated with the guy for higher amount , and as promised the MURALI guy had taken the RATs out of their village . But , the villagers were trying to be very smart with him , as there is no RAT present in the village so they unwilling to pay any amount to that MURALI guy . One morning , that MURALI guy , again tried out the trick and taken away all the kids from the village , now the village is empty from kids . My dad had this unique ability of same MURALI guy in the serial , during 1998-1999, he had taken the money from everybody from our hometown , including our relatives , and fled to delhi for more than 5-6 years . Again returned back during 2002-2003 and settled to a lead a good life . But , as happened in the serial of RAT/KID , after aug2008 , when i left HCL , unka soya hua sher jag gaya via CHANA MASALA , this time he had done more bigger blunder , this time he had taken the izzat of all female members of our hometown , including the our family members , not spearing even own daughters izzat. Its typical to the serial of RAT and KID. Now all those persons had no place to hide their disappointment. They just want to block my dad at any cost , reason why my mom had taken him to the pasupati mandir he had build for me . Reason why , i cant take any help from him and cant reveal any thing to him .

There
were many faces of indian armed forces we had seen over the years. But some of
the internal things we had never known about Indian armed forces, were shown in
indian movies and sometimes taught by our friends in indian army. One of the
scenes , I found more touching is in BORDER movie , where the soldiers while
leaving the post said to his commanding officer Bhaion Singh aka Sunil Sheethy "
aap inko bol dijiye , yahan par roz diya jalaye . Agar woh aisa karnge toh Devi
maa inki jarur raksha (aka protection money) karnege" . This is one of the
examples, “how people staying in indian army had kept alive their culture over
there”. One of the things told by the Ajay Saigal of TCS, who compared himself
to the Havaldar Mohammad Ali of TANGO CHARLIE movie said " yeh jung ka
asli cherhra jo bahar ki duniya dekh nhai pati hain ". This Ajay Saigal
aka Mohammad Ali had brought me to TCS CVS CAREMARK, to show "ASLI CHEHRA
OF INDIAN ARMED FORCES". My family never connected to indian army or
anything like this. But we had family friends who used to work in indian army
and other forces like navy and air forces. As we r pundits, we used to have a
tradition of thread wearing ceremony happening, when somebody going to become
adult. After that, this thread must be connected to our body till the time of
death. We should not disassociate it from ourselves, let whatever the situation
arises. But, when people going to army, pundits/brahmins first thing they used
to do is, they will take out the thread, what they were wearing and keep it
somewhere. Which considers very inauspicious in the brahmin tradition. But,
brahmins who join indian army were doing that thing at ist before, when ever
they need go inside the army camps. They again took that threads into their body, while returning home,
so that nobody at home will doubt their integrity over them as Brahmins. Now my
family members were thinking something similar way out here, once all my managers
at HCL insisted on marrying Rashmi Pratap as my life partner. So that both of
us will be sent across to onsite and our life get settled by HCL managers like
Shantanu Sir. Who is being accused like my sister's friend shantanu, who again
come to our house, after he had been allowed once to come our house, while we
both brothers were present . So next time he got courage to coming again. Something
similar way, Shantanu Sir, after saying NO to SUNA's marriage for whatever she
did with me during march-april2008, again comes across with Rakhi Sawant kissa
on sept2009, to say no for my marriage to Santoshi Sahu. Shantanu Sir feels
" I m don't have relative and friends left out to protect me ". But
the sad part of it , what my dad and others learnt out here " the way
brahmins and pundits in indian army used to keep the THREADs out of their body
while in the training camps of armed forces , something similar way in IT
industry people used to keep their parents and family members out of their life
, before entering the IT office . The way Rashmi Pratap episode happened in my
life during HCL times, starting from the day I left MISYS project on 13jan2007
to 14feb2008 , where I m send the blank paper for the questions related to
VALENTINE day of Shalini the HR and its converted to TALENTINE day(my bengali
roomet is watching INDIA GOT TALENT in the morning on COLOURS channel , there
were lots of talk about this INDIA GOT TALENT in ist season , where our
hometown guys won it , they were daily labourers from AMBAPUA ) ". My dad
and others at my home town were surprised to know this thing " how nobody
is asking me this thing directly in HCL, where my marriage will happen, whether
I liked the girl or not? what is our tradition for marriage or choosing a girl
out there” . Afterwards they got conclusion that, just like while joining in
indian army people were keeping their thread out of their body keep it
somewhere, using them only when returning home, something similar way managers
at IT industry feels “once somebody joins IT industry, he didn’t consult their
parents for their marriage or any other person for decision in his or her life”.
He will simply follow the footsteps of what their managers shown to them in
both personal and professional fronts. The guy willing to do this got more
recognition and rewards for this purpose. And the person who decides to listen
his concise and family members wish left behind , reason why when my marriage
proposal for Santoshi Sahu got stagnant ,things goes to the extend of I m being
fired from HCL on 18aug2008 . Same thing didn’t happened during 14feb2008, when
I m declined for my marriage for Rashmi Pratap, just valentine day become
talentine day. These were double standard for this purpose, if we compare
Rashmi Pratap with Santoshi Sahu. In the whole process my thought had also
changed according to my dad and others , " now I consider my manager at
HCL like Sirdhar Sir as my father , totally disregarding my biological parents
," who groomed me from child hood and made me able to such an extend that I
will become a able person in my life " . My dad is feeling something like while
" I m used to understand all his thinking’s, without talking to me and
able to sacrifice my career for the well being of my family. The way I left out
of my studies during 1999-2000, when need arises. How come I am not able to
understand his pain and family members pain related to Santoshi Sahu, on which
he and other family members were suffering. This thing he doesn't able to understand,
so as any of my family members and friends”. Why I m not showing up any sort of
emotions towards them while writing in my blogs from dec2008 to nov2009 ,
threatening my dad to VIDEOCON TOWERS , when he called for Suraj Samal after
the ORKUT profile deleting to writing about him all sorts of wrong things , from SHINGANI POCHA KAMA to EMOTIONAL DONKEY
to TOUCHING HIS FEET AT 2ND POSITION for his removal to comparing him to Sumit
Mehra for GANGA episode , and most importantly proving him against love
marriage via Chetan Bhagat book of 2-STATES , why people in india were afraid
of falling in love . In contrast to this

HCL, how u and Ram Sir left gurgaon for me and got settled in hyderbad . U left
immediately after the Tarun Varshney episode. Ram Sir left the MISYS team more
ceremoniously, during a diwali celebrations arranged by Anuradha, to counter
the diwali celebrations arranged by me and Subha Sathpathy. And I m terming
this act of Ram Sir as inspiration in my life, goes on to say " what Ram
Sir had done for me , I don't think , I will ever be able to do this thing for
anybody" . Something similar way, " I m hiding my anger related to
Murali Sir , till REALITY CHECK in sept2009 " . Since Murali Sir reference
is coming repeated ways, my dad and others were thinking, "he wants to
give some good oppturnities me, but its not way when REALITY CHECK mail comes
across from me". I m getting harassed by Murali Sir, in worst possible way,
for that reception encounter happened during juny2007. What astonished my
father and other friends is "I m saying SORRY to Murali Sir, while
slamming my dad by framing him against LOVE marriage and terming him as
EMOTIONAL DONKEY ". During 26june2009 Satya Sai baba visit to prasanti
nilayam, when Santoshi's father called me, I didn't uttered a word over there,
when they want to bring my life on track. But, when I reached at home town
again praising HCL managers of JDA project by comparing them to the torture
inflated on John Abraham aka Sameer Khan , by pissing on his face , to beating
him mercilessly and bringing up loud music to unbearable proportions . I m praising
then fully , for these acts of HCL managers as 9/11 accused , while getting
angry with my dad and other family members who wants to give better life to me
. Its something like what Tabrez Alam aka Nana Patekar said to Ajay Shashtri
aka Ajay Saigal , after he become home minister on the statements given by Ajay
Shastri to police " yeh le muhn mitha kar(sweet Distribution at CVS
CAREMARK TCS) , main home minister ban gaya , woh bhi teri wagah se . Kia de
deta re Tinkar Pander tumhe, ek MLA ka ticket . Tu kia samjha ga re , maine
tumhe kia dena chahta tha tumhe , USMAN se badh kar darga diya tumhe maine ,

bahut shakt hain”. Here my dad is Tabrez Alam, and I m Ajay Shastri aka Ajay
Devgan . These were words of my dad scripted much before in aug-sept2008, after
my kolkata visit and 2nd position removal comes across over there, after the
way Debadutta Daspanda behaved with me during that visit. My dad and other
family concluded that, " I had changed my parents to Sridhar Sir and
others at HCL managers, reason why I m able to understand those things, what
they were assigning me. And not able to understand what my parents and family
members were telling me to do" . I m proudly writing those things in mails
from dec2008 to nov2009 " kaun mere uper pesab kia , kis ne mere saath NEW

sabe jada tough kaam diya etc " , but in other way I slamming my dad who
is trying desperately a MANDAWALI with all the HCLites so that I will settle in
my life . I m writing about him "VIDECOCON tower , touching his feet at
2nd position , emotional donkey , SINGHANI POCHA KAMA , comparing to Sumit

to know about these things in TCS CVS CAREMARK and become more happy to settle in a foreign country alongside
Santoshi Sahu after dec2011. In between when, BACKPAIN incident happened in TCS
in july2011, my dad changed his track, " I m asking why he wants to change
his stand now? this thing I m not able to understand till now ? Its more than
4+ years since backpain incident happened in TCS, but now my dad is listening
to those at TCS, word by word, sentence by sentence" even goes to the same
PASUPATI MANDIR what he built for me and giving me BLANK paper like bus
conductor?". Why my dad is listening to these TCS peoples words like
" agar maine problem par aaya toh koi nhai batchega " . why did not my
father is saying to all those TCS managers and Lokesh Singh " my son will not
going to suffer more via this , I wont allow this to happen , what u TCS people
trying to do with him . What I did during dec2008 to nov2009, without knowing
the truth, but now I won’t allow this thing to happen ". I want to ask my
father, ”when I gone to my hometown for SAVITRI , why he didn’t stopped me
permanently over there , the way he delayed for 5-6 days in the pertext of not
getting TATKAL ticket , by saying my son wont go to bangalore anymore for the
torture inflating on him ?” . Everything at his hands, he could have done this
thing easily and so as my family members and hometown people,” why they sent me
again to Bangalore?”. What's going on over here in BALAJI PG can be recreated
in hometown also, which had been going on since i left TCS on feb2013. Why
nobody objected to these points, instead sent me again to bangalore. If my dad
and family members can’t do these things, "why showing me the tokenism
through the PG owner out here, by brining few BED to the JAMES the drivers room"
. These things doesn't impress me from
my dad and family members. If they would have done something "for which
they thrown me out their house, as 14 years of banwas for RAMACHANDRA and go
ask for help to ur adopted parents like HCL managers, then I would have
impressed . Totally discarding the TCS peoples wish, I would have definitely
cooperated with them". Now my dad
and other family members were behaving as, TCS people as their adopted parents
and kids. TCS people were feeling like " my sister got failed, isse maine
meri kia galati hain. Its the correct notion given while Bhagwan Sahu returning
from mumbai and his family members getting to know everything, my sister got
failed. The way , Bhagwan Sahu had no contribution to my sisters failure in
10+2 , something similar way I don't have any contribution to failure in TCS
peoples kids , while I m getting to know everything out here . Why should I
show sympathy to these TCS people, with whom I don't have connections . For
what purpose they brought me over here, “they brought me over there to torture
me, since they done able to torture me and failed on this? . And now feeling
like my sister got failed in 10+2 exams, and I must show sympathy to them”. I
had never heard a ridiculous argument like this " I will show sympathy to
those guys, who didn’t able to torture me properly at TCS ", now openly
saying me we will do those things with u, what we unable to at TCS via PANEER.
For which my dad and other family members were showing sympathy. After wards,
house owner out here showing me tokenism, by keeping the bed at JAMES the
driver room, I m not impressed with these things.

U r considered the most protected person as manager in HCL, by the outside world, mostly people from TCS. The way U left HCL, gurgaon, without a scratch on ur career after the Tarun Varsheny aka TV episode, while all other CITI FINANCIAL persons were got lots of harsher treatment over there in HCL COE by Sridhar Sir and other managers in MISYS. In fact u got most sophisticated job of " SALES initiative, along side Ritu from JAG project ", while I m returning from BALLY BANGALORE in dec2007 . This had been compared to Sukhdev aka Sushant Singh talking to students of NATIONAL LAW COLLEGE,LAHORE ," about the indian freedom fighter", those who failed he said " isse ka naam likh isse list par , college khatam hone ke baad maine iska tution lunga college canteen par . Humare leader ke bare kuch bhi pucho toh janta nhai hain, aur unke bare maine jo nhai puch woh bhi bata raha hain " . Somebody said " aajkal humare college par yahi sab sikha rahe hain , humare history ko band kar ke unke bare jada bata rahe hain " . While all those assembled at the NATIONAL LAW COLLEGE, LAHORE canteen, for the Sushant Singh aka Sukhdev's PRABCHAN aka speech related to IT industry, via Shekhar's canteen, now fighting with each other like in KHILADI movie. Can anybody at army do this thing ". While all of the CITI FINANCIAL guys started talking like "now we our work and effort will end like BHOOT or ALIEN. In fact it’s permanently closed by the TELEGRAM service and it goes into the museum". All the girls who had shared their dark dark secrets now feeling disheartened like the kid Bhagat singh , to signify the the Kishen Singh's words , jane de Vidya kachi umar ka ghaaon hain , bharne maine time lagne wala hain " . As ARUN GAWALI aka Ramachandra who had taken me to BHANDARIPOKHARI during the college days , where RathDas and Arjun Sethi giving speeches ,something similar way Santoshi Sahu had her task cut out , to bring all the HCL managers like NATIONA LAW COLLEGE students talking of history of britishers , in effect of SALES profession not IT profession . The nightmarish dream still continuing after four years of the back pain incident in TCS, when everything got changed . This is what AAJTAK theory put across out here and my TCS JOB confirmation also comes across on 24sept2010, during the GANESH CHATURTHI BISHARJAN, to signify the work of CITI FINANCIAL people. As it’s in MONKEYMAN SCARE mail, I m put across that visionary statement related to CITI FINANCIAL people. MADHU BHOOT is coming across for this purpose via the statements of Suvendu Panda " tu pagal ho gaya kia ". Which still had reference out here . As far as I m remembered in the KOI MIL GAYA movie its AAJTAK headlines , that's shown as " ALIEN ki kahani aisi hain , jaise BHOOT ki kahani hain " . For a long time its being shown to me outside the INVENDIS, go and sit over a SCOOTY, which I m politely refused during evening times, while talking with my wife . If I will go for any SCOOTY then "HOT WATER will fall on me, kyun ki abhi GIDGER garam hain. Aur meri NAAK TOTNE WALA HAIN" . Lets see, how ur SALES initiative being moves from here in bangalore BALAJI PG . Everybody at TCS feel embarrassed when I m suggested " its time for Shravan Dabi do same thing for Swati Singla , what Srini Sir had done for me at HCL , in the IMPORTANCE OF SRIDHAR SIR mail” . TCS managers cant able to show off their faces, after this mail and changed everything by firing Raman over there, after the mail. when I m visited Deepak Samal's house for this purpose and said its half the thing done by me in the Srini Sir's sales initiative and other half Shravan Dabi himself had to do , by endorsing the sale initiative for Swati Singla . Those things were still going on now in june2015, four years after that back pain incident. In the theory of BHOOT/ALIEN story, I m got stuck for past 7+ years, not able to move anywhere now.

Both uncle and separate plate/DANA guy done the same thing for which they were assigned over here . Those who were tracking the events over here in HONG KONG of MUMBAI,I want to ask them “ who had informed the TCS leadership team for changing the plan via Mitra’s notebook fashion ?”. “Did I m informed this thing to anybody over here?”. TCS leadership changed the plan via MITRA’s notebook fashion, after seeing things were not moving anywhere and I going in correct way ,so their doubt goes to their most trusted person who is here from beginning ,its Sasikant who had given up their best kept secrets Gidger concepts .
