People Kushal and Kumar Saurabh Saran said , few days before , " there is specific reason why i m forced to sit on ur seat ,when i m entered the CVS caremark , which they cant reveal to me , if u wish ask then , there is no problem attached to it " . As its long time since i had left TCS , can u tell me the exact reason , why i m forced to sit on ur seat . One of the reasons i found out is " as i m very poor in administarative skills and doesnt any thing about office behaviour , for that reason TCS people had brought me over there and try to teach me that " . My friends fist reason when he read all my mails to Santoshi related administrative work is , something like his reaction to OES project " yeh tha tumhara development work , mughe laga koi phadu cheeze hoga . Something similar way , yeh tha tumhara administrative work , jiske liye tumne itna shor macha rahe ho " . Even my friend Nilamani Kar who is working at dubai cited one of his personal experience what he had gone through during his final year project at MCA " when we reached at hyderbad for training , at ist the trainer taught us how to run 50-60 oracle command properly , before starting the work over there " . Is this something like this going on over there at CVS caremark for me . just like " MERA MAULIK MARK DARSHAN HO RAHA THA , TCS PAR " . i will ask this question to Surjit also , who had assigned the OES task of Sumit Mehra . I hope u will reply something , at least dismiss like Yashpal Bhandari , " aisa kuch nhai hain , tu kuch jada hi soch tha hain . Agar Ram Sir diwali celebration ke daurant jayenge , when Anuradha is arranging everything , how it will related Subha Sathpathy ". Please clear my doubts on this .
