Tum baat nhai kar rahe
ho koi baat nhai , maine toh baat suruwat kar ke first time wala party ban
sakta hun . There were certain misconception during MISYS days , surrounding ur
launch with Subha and Rashmi Pratap . We always were suspicious , about the
secrecy behind the launch of u guys . Many a times we feel , its some sort of
sting operation going on over there . At ist one of u ,will come for launch ,
then he/she will call all others . We all felt strange about this concept of
having launch .
During the appraisal
of 2007 , Subha had come up with Rashmi to thank Sridhar Sir for promoting him
to SSE . But it termed as disaster , it become something like Siraj Maharaj's
assertion " chori karte hua pakda jata koi problem nhai tha , wapas rakhte
hua pakda gaya usse ka dukh hain " . Something similar happened with Niraj
at TCS , he got caught while throwing the HCL dirt of launch. As the launch
with my college time friend Smeeta Behera , who is suppose to invite for launch
,alongside Preet Sasi the PNB bank PO guy . While i m moving alongside him ,
for shifting the room , i put lots of dirt on his faces , which TCS people were
clearing now.

There were used to be times, when talking about Subha Sathpathi were considered big crime, those who tried to criticize him for whatever wrong he did during that period have paid price for it(persons like me and HCL managers like Srini Sir and Sridhar Sir for that appraisal fiasco happened during the july2007 and Ram Sir for leaving the scene on diwali 2007 while Anuradha, alongside Amit Katiyar is arranging everything) . What Raj Malhotra said during his book launch in BHAGWAN movie "zamana badal gaya hain , log yahan par samjhadar ho gaye hain " .I had seen the days , while discussing with Janmeet Dhillon in our internal chats in HCL , we had some discussion related to Subha at onsite or something else (I cant correctly recall the conversation , since its more than 7+ years old, during april2008) , immediately mail comes from TRS aka Tutu Raj Sahoo in kolkata, a dhamki mail citing the AKBAR BIRBAL antics , how Bribal is allowed to press the breast of Akbar's wife , later he given dkhami of putting the mirch on Akbar's penisof KLPD form , it appealed so much to the TCS general manager he decided to define himself from that statement of AKBAR BIRBAL of TRS , for which Janmeet were brought specifically to TCS and let him sit at Shweta's seat . I had once suggested in my mails Santoshi Sahu , for the conduct of Subha Sathpathy during the Randeep Singh's farewell " if I got a chance to interact with his wife , I will suggest her please tell Subha , how to lead a dignified life , not to indulge in these sort of activities" . For this Santoshi Sahu want the PIZZA launch must be redefined for Shaily's statement related to Saroj Panigrahy "we won’t humiliate him in front of his wife, she is girl wont like this".
