720 Degree of Action 3July2011

Naukrani , by friday evening , its clear among others , what's going in my mind .......what I understood from others action ,  like Harveen talking of confusion to Niraj(Naukrani , as i said earlier , Harveen is the most consistent performer in capital team ...i cant, able to find any single flaws from her action till now......since, she always talks and acts on her limitations , never crossed that line ..which is very essential for a good leader, to know ur limitation .....if groomed properly she can really be a good leader.....it all depends how she is handled by top leadership at CVS, from here onwards).....while leaving i met Amit Mishra.....Naukrani , now everybody understood why , i made Batcha Yadav reference for Shravan.....its for Swati Singla , not for anybody else.....even for Lokesh Sir , i didn't put Batcha Yadav reference for Shravan ....i had cleverly washed away my hands , by associating myself with the other police officers ...by saying Lokesh Sir pardoning only those who were on death row or feeling like shapit...since Sridhar Sir had already conceded to demands of Lokesh Sir , i could have raked up the issue and could have easily refrained from mentioning about , Shravan as Batcha Yadav .... Naukrani , my feeling is what Swati Singla is doing more important , then what Shravan is doing or mentioning about him as Batcha Yadav....just like , HCL leadership got lots praise or credibility , since they stood by me , while releasing some senior managers for me ....Naukrani , i dont want anybody to loose their faith on top leadership .......because , what i feel , if Swati Singla failed miserably today , tomorrow nobody will put their faith on top leadership , the way she did or her family members did.....Lokesh Sir , by now u must some idea , whats going on my mind , as i will write those things in my mail today .....u will got clear idea , how people underestimates others abilities ....or why i m able to convince others , American president Barak Odama acting on my mails.....or why , Raman is so much important , to give direction to others .....since these IT professionals doesn't know , what they were doing ..... Lokesh Sir , u had trained me , by the time 18december2011 come , u will realize , anybody u had trained can do same thing , what i had done ...since these , IT professionals were so much poor in situation reading , they forget what they themselves had done ....Lokesh Sir , once more point i want to clarify in front of u , what u might be thinking for long time ...or hearing from others for long time ..."HCL people were treated me wrongly , or they implicated me wrongly ...the reason why , u want to see, which manager at HCL , i m attacking , while in distress condition".....Lokesh Sir , let me categorially put this point , nothing wrong had happened with me at HCL..what ever happened during my appraisal we used for team building later on , by keeping that issue alive ....when Sridhar Sir told me to resign , at HCL they didnot anticipated mu emiti emotions show up karibi , by not contacting Sridhar Sir ....since till that time , i had accepted all that Sridhar Sir told to me , and i knows very well , what Sridhar Sir is doing for me ....if they had anticipated this thing , they would have planned it out differently...mu emotions show up kariki rahila pare madhya , mote emiti family members ka pai job miliba nhai kahiki madhya se anticipate kari nathile ....Lokesh Sir , mote HCL ru resign kariba pai kahile karana "they dont want to do same thing , what ur currently doing "....mediating in my personal life ....seita apana madhya bhala bhabhare jani chanti , its not good , anybody to come between husband and wife , the way so many people were in my life ....Lokesh Sir , one more thing , while planning 720 degree sort of thing for me , u must trained these guys on understanding 360 degree sort of thing .....things would have much better , what is now ....i m putting those 360 degree sort things ,in my mail today ...  Naukrani, lets start with Nitin Kaushik .....why , i dont have faith on him ...last time jete bele mu Venkat ra TC 13 (unlucky for some , according to Amrit pal....since everything happened in his presence)  , katha raise kari thili......what Nitin said , we will do thing differently , now look towards "there is BUG in COB indicator in BRF .....which SAKET told as good catch ..a defect, very next day " ...i think , as things were cooled down , he forgets this point , but i didnot .....so , where this COB ends , and saket ends finally....similarly , when again Nitin Kaushik saying we will do thing differently , while Shekar talking of KASI .....so , where thing will end , even if its 720 degree sort of action ....my reading of situation is , it will be bigger blunder , since 9/11 is being shown to me ...since , any small blunder were replaced by big blunder , without any apologetically manner...reason Lokesh Sir and Saurabh Sir were behind it , while making the SEQUEL of movie , they will bail then out .....Naukrani , my feeling is , KASI will again something like helicopter sort of thing, to embrass me publicly so that i will replace, Randip's funeral by my grandfather's funeral ....which , i had already done in april2010....Lokesh Sir , now please stop all these , let me make this categorial statement , i dont have any interest in any girl in TCS ...... i m happy with my wife and i m not a sex manic , as thought by u all ..... Naukrani , if Lokesh Sir or CVS leadership remain adament in their approach after wards ...i dont show the type of vigilant , i had shown during Swati Singla ...let everything fail....Naukrani , its now to top leadership to decide , how they divide Parul and Alka(by now she realize , why she got the ratings) , in the break of RO ,it must have been decided earlier .......since they both stuck together .......Naukrani , the moral of Munni theory is (amara ghare semaiye seithi payi heu thila na Naukrani ....its not because , i liked semaiye) , if i m not revealing that thing , it doesn't mean that , i m not aware of that .....i m not revealing for this simple reason , since my feeling is , i cant contain that situation afterwards......Naukrani , as Ajay Sir accepts his mistake on chennai location front , i felt its right time to reveal everything (Naukrani , au u should not feel sad or down , for what u did .....if u compare ur act with Sunil Sir's act , its nothing ....Niraj , finally as everybody understood , Charu madam's sitting position , what i m repeating for so long....i want to ask Sunil Sir "why it take so long time to react ...what's changed in between from Neha's tukka to Neha's Munni ....to come along side Ajay Sir in last hour.......while i m keep on insisting on Sunil for so long ....Sunil Sir , ur the person , who decided the sitting positions , when i joined CVS ....abhi aap hi bata do , Shravan and others kia tukka mar rahe the usse din , what they didn't aware of .....when they said, WELCOME TO HELL....." on the day Rajiv called me after town hall its again Vinod and PAL were shown to me , when i asked him about Alka's wish sort of thing .....on the Suraj's ROLE MODEL sort of thing come up , Manish Sir and Girija SAHOO (YAHOO ZIMBRA..its got cleared with Suchhi's birthday) were visible to me ...after all these , u cant make up the point , why i m avoiding 26jun2011 ....Niraj , its sad reminder ,since Gagandeep brought back, with whom i had given my confirmation party , still Sunil Sir unable to understand what's i m talking about him .... Sunil Sir ur senior manager in team , i want to ask u this specific question "is it right in the context of team building , all the senior persons were obsessed with one person , so that they forget everything else ?....the way , all the senior managers were feeling towards Shravan .....what is more important in a team , individual concern or team concern".....Naukrani , i m asking this question to Sunil Sir and all at CVS leadership team "what is more important individual concern or team concern ....as they want built team around me at CVS ".....Naukrani , due to their obsession with one person , here its Shravan , all others doing small acts feeling the heat today ....Naukrani , Shravan and Niraj were classic case of Suraj Samal and Suvendu Panda ......just like Suraj Samal keep on doing wrong things , getting pardoning and even assurances... Suvendu Panda , got severe punishment for saying "tu pagal hei galu kire .....".... ....similarly here , Shravan , keep on doing wrong things , getting pardoning , even assurances....while Niraj feeling the heat , only for reason he congratulated me at wrong time , he even not aware of entire story , like Suvendu....Naukrani , lets see how TCS people and Lokesh Sir , dealing it differently , the way they brought Nitish sort of thing into limelight.....Naukrani , my point is , why CVS caremark leadership wants i will assure Niraj .....why cant they themselves assure Niraj , the way they assuring Shravan ..... Naukrani , today Niraj is feeling emotional towards Shravan that's why he cant question , then Suvendu also felt same way towards Suraj Samal one day .....what happened ,when all the emotions dried up from Suvendu towards Suraj Samal....same thing will happen here with Niraj , once all emotions will dried up...Naukrani , this is one aspect , what i m talking of , towards which direction things were moving its Suraj Samal/Suvendu Panda of HCL days .....Naukrani , the other aspect is , did CVS leadership got the mandate to take action against anybody .....if they had the mandate to take action against anybody , then it is the right time ......to keep this issue alive of WELCOME TO HELL ...... Naukrani , its time heads starts falling , for this purpose .....just like senior managers were left from HCL , for my wrong handling of appraisal ...similarly , here also Shravan must go .....if he will be send across to chennai , his authority will remain as Srini Sir and Ram Sir ...if he will send across to gurgaon , then his authority will remain as Deepak Bajpai(since he done all the mistake , after that chennai location sort of mail).....afterwards , Niraj will take over the CVS capital team from Shravan  and brought back VENKAT also in another N1 reporting project ......so that balance will remain...its Venkat who said WELCOME TO HELL , not Shravan right ......for Shravan , i will suggest , promote him officially from IT analyst to next designation.....so that he wont feel left out ...about me , until i m with Abhishek , he is Batcha Yadav , that will be continued from my part ....Naukrani , this way , HCL people kept alive my appraisal sort of thing ....Naukrani , aaji madhya Srini Sir /Ram Sir  , even Deepak bajpai naam re kana pai sabu daru chanti .....since , they left at key points , by taking moral responsibility ...similarly , here also , somebody needs to leave , by taking moral responsibility.....the person in better position is Shravan ....Naukrani , rest i leave it to , Ajay Sir and others to decide ....lets they , decide whats right for the team ......i will go by that ....aaji etiki re rakuchi ...finally , I LOVE U , Naukrani......
