Lock released on INTERNET : Praising DAL FRY continues 29July2013

As the pressure is intense on me , its time to write another BLOG . Otherwise , with the limited understanding of others , things will go haywire . Means , why wait till , SPECIAL NAUKARANI slam me before I write anything , as I know she is doing it purposefully , as her price soar up for being SPECIAL NAUKARANI at our household . She is not going to stop over there , just want one small mistake from my side to slam me hard , with the instruction from TAKLA and Pradeep Rawat . Not to forget the ACHYUT from cuttack , who is going to release the locks . She , is here to show , what sort of tensions , these very personalities going through in their day to day life . I don’t understand , why I got NAURKARANI’s in my life , why I don’t got a princess , with the type of success I had . Only getting the girls , who consistently comparing themselves to NAURAKRANI’s . she is consistent with her approach , as if auction happened tomorrow ,her base price will go up for being SPECIAL NAUKRANI(i think this is her USP , being SPECIAL NAUKRANI)  . TAKLA and Pradeep Rawat had really started good business . If Rajesh NANDA had threatened to leave his wife , if none from her family member cooperate for MAOIST attack , then my respose is “if Rajesh NANDA feels ,by leaving his wife , he will got out of the mess surrounding the BP sort of thing . Then , he must do that thing at ist , because I wont submit myself for that MAOIST attack , let whatever tricks he adopted . “ For Rajesh NANDA’s wife , I want to say , there is good business TAKLA started,  with publishing the CD in YOUTUBE , with a army of TOUNGE CUTTERs to market those CDs . So , what to wait for , just start the ball rolling , why to afraid of Rajesh NANDA . I cant change anybody’s will that’s talking in my last BLOG “ so from my side Rajesh NANDA ia totally free to do whatever he wants , if wants to leave his wife , at this stage to get out of that mess called BP , I m perfectly ok with it “ . I want to say him , there is no need to threaten anybody , do whatever u thinks right . Now coming to AJAY SAIGAL , what he is doing , one of the things I liked about , what he is doing at this stage , that’s similar to my approach is “ he is not waiting for any TRIBUNAL(IMF like institution) to solve his problem , he is going ahead with whatever strength he had , with the help of army of TOUNGE CUTTER’s that TAKLA had “ . As AJAY SAIGAL very well knows , if at all any TRIBUNAL formed it will become toothless body , which will best for distributing , TCS GEMS like awards for freshers , at the hands of few GLs like him . During my brief tenure at TCS , this is what I realized , whatever the rules that were not applicable for GL and above , it for somebody at gold medalist mother aka Shravan Dabi and lower designation people . So , if ZEHER come to a GL , it must be cured by nothing less than a MAOIST attack . Now I want to ask , TAKLA and ACHYUT from cuttack , who feels worst suffers , and don’t want to anybody to suffer , and want to create a TRIBUNAL for this purpose “ will any TRIBUNAL , give its verdict/sanction for a MAOIST attack , for clearing ZEHER from a AJAY SAIGAL or VINITA SINGLA , since they were GL’s “ . If not , what the purpose that TRIBUNAL serve at the heart of matter , just to dirtubute TCS GEMS certificate to fresher to decorate them , in the cubicals , so that it will look nice . Because , I don’t find any , MANISH KHANNA giving TCS GEMS certificate to any AJAY SAIGAL for his performance . If those at the GL level cant be made accountable for the mistake , in fact start attacking the person who had shown the mistake they did (the way I m getting attacked by a MAOIST attack),what the purpose TRIBUNAL did , if u cant check these erring GL’s at ist place .At ist they become HAJI to talk against me , once u expose them it will become ZEHER for them, for this a MAOIST attack is mandatory  . In one of my BLOG’s I m mentioned about who will approach the TRIBUNAL , by citing few examples . Lets , talk about those people ,who would have approached the TRIBUNAL , like persons like AMAN CHADHA and gold medalist mother Shravan Dabi , who thinks something wrong had happened with them , and everybody agrees with it . So , they must have approached a TRIBUNAL , my question is “ will any TRIBUNAL agree to the type of approach they had at that time , if u don’t give verdict in our favour , we will resign” will any TRIBUNAL function on the threat of resignation , I don’t think so . A TRIBUNAL will work , if the person wishes to work in the same organization till sometime some amicable solution come out , not like if u don’t give verdict in my favour I will resign . If u want I must take back my resignation , then u must give verdict in my favour . Now TAKLA and ACHYUT from cuttack , tell me , will any TRIBUNAL work under the threat of resignation , what AMAN CHADHA and Shravan Dabi did at that time . This question to Pradeep Rawat also , he had fired a BRAHMA ASHTRA for this purpose , without understanding the functioning of IT industry . Now take another scenario, how this TRIBUNAL will effect others day to day life . Lets ask this question to AJAY SAIGAL , who is clearing his ZEHER via MAOIST attack , so that it wont effect him in future . Lets consider a scenario , there is a critical post coming under AJAY SAIGAL , with lots of onsite oppturnities and good responsible post with the competence of technical and managerial skills . Now consider this  scenario , which normally happened in IT industry, which  AJAY SAIGAL might haved faced , after all the scrutiny , two people found suitable for this post . One having the attitude to adjust the company policy and willing to work under the existing set up . And another person , who is willing to go TRIBUNAL , with slightest of wrong happened to him , in the midst of critical project , don’t listen to assurances of his senior manager (upto the level of RATHOD SAHAB in Shravan Dabi’s case) . Now which candidate will AJAY SAIGAL choose , out of these two person , for critical position that’s created ? I want AJAY SAIGAL to answer this question to TAKLA and ACHYUT from cuttack , not me ? answer this question to Pradeep Rawat . I am not saying , the person who go to TRIBUNAL with something wrong happened to him , I m talking or repercussion that will follow , once u approached to a TRIBUNAL , I want to say its not like u got IBM certificate on AS400 , which u will proudly display on ur CV , which will got appreciated . Everybody wants , new caste to create like ST , Saurabh Tripati . well , via this TRIBUNAL another SUB CASTE will be created , in the same CASTE , with the person who were willing to work existing constraints /trust their managers , another section who were willing to fight with their managers/organization at every single instant. There will be two SUB CASTEs will be created on the same CASTE . Persons , like TAKLA and ACHYUT from cuttack who don’t understand the functioning of IT industry were asking for something TRIBUNAL . I hope via , AJAY SAIGAL they will understand the functioning of IT industry at least now . If not , let me explain it , why somebody like AJAY SAIGAL or VINITA SINGLA feeling the heat for what ever happened via BETICHOD sort of thing . Through out his professional career TAKLA and ACHYUT fromcuttack , had seen , the lower level staff remain intact for long time , and somebody at EXECUTIVE ENIGEER (as all PWD office names as office of EXECUTIVE ENGINEER…etc) level coming and leaving after every 3 year tenure . So , if a TAKLA having problem with a EXECUTIVE ENGINEER , then he had to just wait for 3 years till he transfers , which is mandatory period for him . So , through out his life , he had seen this thing , the BOSS in the office will change in every 3 year time , but lower level staff remain intact . So , a executive engineer wont alter anything that’s going inside the office for long time , like which charge who had taken . Same for SE and CHIEF ENGINEER’s also , that’s what TAKLA had experienced though out his career , same for ACHYUT of cuttack as a banking person he had seen , how managers getting transferred after stipulated time like 3 to 5 years , while lower level staff remain intact (got longer tenure) . IT industry worked in totally opposite way , the senior level officer were remain intact , while lower level officals keep on coming or leaving . That is somebody at RATHOD SAHAB level will remain intact through lifecycle of project (in rare cases they were changed ) , something similar were MANAGER level appointments , those who were SE , SSE keep on coming and leaving . My point is , if TAKLA will visualize , there is static EXECUTIVE ENGINEER at the office , and clerks keep on coming and leaving , just like SE and SSE ‘s at IT industry , then he will understand the IT industry better (and one among the clerks will going to be EXECUTIVE ENGINEERs one day , just like IT manager is SE/SSE one day . So that a manager will know , all the drawback and tricks of SE and SSEs. Then probably , he wont need a TRIBUNAL at place). Same for ACHYUT ofcuttack , who is from banking industry , if he will visualize the branch manager at branch is remain static , it’s the lower level official keep on coming and leaving . This is reason why , TAKLA and ACHYUT from cuttack were talking of TRIBUNAL sort of thing , since they don’t understand functioning of IT industry . I thought Pradeep rawat will understand this point , as sales industry work something similar way . The senior sales managers is remain intact , so as somebody at Pradeep Rawat level , others like sales executives keep on coming and leaving . The way , he fired a BRAHMA ASHTRA that amused me , by thinking I m the part of problem , while I m being termed as solution by HCL people . Which , TCS people realized , with in my 6 months operation despite all the odds of AJAY SAIGAL or somebody not properly monitoring the situation out there . Lets discuss about it , in upcoming BLOGs . I will like , comments and suggestions in this regard . Now coming to N1 reporting project of , BEFORE and AFTER concept , that’s being put across out here , reason why I m not counting anything now . Everybody must have remembered , what MAMA said to PRIEST , during my marriage “ ur telling well , whatever the gods name given to u “ , lots of FIRE had occurred at that time . So , before that praise of PRIEST , I must track all those were shown to me . If I will track anything after the PRIEST getting praised  by MAMA , then it will like chief PRIEST saying the TROY movie “ I had seen two BIRDs were flying together , its sign of GOD , victory is ours “ . This is what’s being planned for me at TCS , by saying what I talking by looking at the general knowledge its something similar to BIRDs flying by PRIEST in that movie , I m taking some decision with these . So , if I will look at anything , it will become something like assessment of PRIEST of BIRDs were flying . I m trying to explain this thing to my MOM one day via GHODA sort of thing , this APOLLO BHAGWAN , I think nobody understood this point .
