Swati madam, best of compliment this week , comes from my mom(gone are , I M BECOME MAMA DAYS OF ACHAL) , she said "agar tum ek dal se dusare dal maine chalne wale ho , hum ek patte se dussare pate maine chalne wale hain "......Swati , while mom talking this way , dad saying on friday , i cant able to digest(he took digene tablets) , after FISH is prepared at our household coinciding with the events at office......since i took digene tablets few days back(reflecting i cant able to digest this thing), when he prepared MuttoN , coinciding with what happened at office ....Swati , my dad will able to digest that after this mail ....in fact , everybody will understand , why i didnot go inside the QUEUE again , remain with the plan .....Swati , in one way this is one of the most important mail, i m writing of my TCS days .....Swati , lets start with the happenings at office last week ...most importantly related to Rohit , as everybody understood why , i cant call him for launch when Saurabh is not around ......when Manish Sir realized this point , Manish cant able to take launch , with us while seating at Parul's position ....Manish even refereed to the post launch walk ,by saying " i cant understand what these people were doing" (signifying , kisiko bhi saath maine rakh donge for launch , it wont visible to others , its false thing...one way appreciating my smartness of doing things...the way , i m avoided Rohit)....Swati , everybody got it right , why i keep on saying Nitin Kaushik as DUMP SQIB .....Swati , when i talk of , completely SHAKEN up after the arrival of Nitish(Swati , i m shaken up after the arrival of Nitish , since its Nitish who said about http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Othello at ist place ...he advised me , how to properly save the open office document , otherwise Nitin cant able open my document...while Shravan used to say, i had both open office and MS words ...later, Sandeep , who raised the request for MS words from my seat for all three of us , which Shravan approved ...and Shravan , abused me many times , in Nitish's presence .....later , when Neha , Smita lookalike joined alongside Pramod , i confirmed about it .....and send across the COOL smiley to Pramod .....) , this guy Nitin come up with SHAKE OUT test cases in HIPPA PHASE I ....when i m , send across Nitish to raman  for COB claim (after ur clone act by Monica), next day Nitin showing me manipulated mail of SHILPA to DIPTISHIKHA .....Swati , most importantly , for him(like Ajay Sir) , this WELCOME TO HELL  is not an issue ....while everything happening around Nitin Aneja is Abhimanyu Singh ...in real sense , its Yuvraj Singh ....its about Yuvraj Singh , i had discussion with Sunil and Ishant alongside that kanpur girl ....over there its erupted , Poonam Pandey(from where CHAI WITH ARVIND  come from )....Swati , there were clear demarcation between , being sensitive towards other and going by other's samjhadari ......what Ajay Sir , told others , go by samjhadari , but i think he never said to others , be sensitive in ur approach ...if require don't do that samjhadari act , since he is in forefront of defending all the samjhadari acts.....Swati , in my final analysis , Shravan dont become samjhadar , he become RupendeR (apart from other reference like Pervez and other ,u all put for him, i will got to know later) , jiska RR kab se ho chuka hain around april2011 , which everybody realizing now .....since , its Shravan who thought , this is not possible ...after i m revealed so much , he might be still thinking , i mayn't be aware of something .....Swati , lets talk something more about Shravan , as everything happening surrounding him ....Swati , i dont know , whose idea it is , Shravan will execute everything ......this is one of the biggest mistake in the the entire planning ......Swati , it required , total impartial handling ,that Shravan is totally incapable of.....since his profile doesnot suggest , any constructive work..other , big mistake in planning is , putting Prateek and Nitin(who is there for Lokesh Sir) , under Shravan ......i must suggest , the person who is there for Loeksh Sir must be somebody like , Lokesh the manager in RR team , whom Shravan must be answerable , he must be out of reach of Shravan ...then also , Shravan would have shown bit of restriction in his approach .....the type of freedom Ajay Sir given to Shravan is not available to him .....Swati see , at what condition Ajay Sir is due to Shravan , what is TCS image due to Shravan ....Swati , after i wrote my last mail , indian cricket team lost last test match to england by a margin of 0-4 ....everybody said "its humiliation completed ....it will hunt india for long time"..gone are the days , when Tarun compared my success to Dhoni's world cup win....Shravan had brought something similar humiliation to TCS ....Swati , few days , back i said , how TCS leadership and Lokesh Sir , had polished Shravan's destruction capabilities, let me explain it , so that nobody will commit this mistake in future ...Swati , Shravan , never learn from his mistake , what he had done during his HCL days....he had done something similar mistake out here ....Swati , during his HCL days , he always tried to what his managers were doing ...after he left HCL to TCS , by citing what ever reason ...he send across ,his emissaries to HCL(via that IT return of Tarun Varshney or sending his wife to HCL..he wont directly contact HCL managers) , the way Manish Sir instructing me via manish or somebody ......Swati , did any manager at TCS accept this sort of thing , who left TCS for any reason , the way they didn't found anything wrong in Shravan's action ...Swati , as TCS leadership and Lokesh Sir feel , he doesn't done anything wrong by sending across emissaries to HCL , and assigned some serious work like this ....what Shravan done is , other aspect of manager ....the way , PA override is placed on him  , he started putting PA override on Nitin Kaushik , who is going to commit destruction .....while , his role requires to act impartially , then only PA override placed on him wont be visible to others(most importantly to me) ....if required , replace Nitin Kaushik , if he not able to perform ..so that it will be done by others .....Swati , as Shravan cant able to act impartially , its require Manish Sir to act ....this is what exactly happened ...Swati , now coming to HCL days , why Shravan's wife got punishment ......Swati , lets put this question to Ajay Sir , the way he keep on defending Shravan for his wrongdoings...Swati , i m compared Himanshu's DND reference to Venkat's Welcome to hell....Swati , as Himansu left TCS for some reason ...now , consider the scenario , Himanshu's wife comes to TCS at this stage(since at that time HCL people were this much nervous , the type of nervousness everybody feeling now at TCS ) and do all that , Saroj Dabi is doing at HCL , how will Ajay Sir handle the situation ......if i had done something wrong , by pointing towards Saroj Dabi's role into scanner, asking for Sarita's number ..later during Naveen's farewell, for her launch mimicry of Subha Sathpathy.....this question also to Monica Chopra , the way she is in forfront against Sridhar Sir for Tarun Varshney....how she will handle the situation , if Himanshu's wife come to TCS at this point , do samething what Saroj Dabi doing at HCL , if we all at HCL done something wrong..... Monica , the way , ur testing me at every step, i want to clarify something at u ....dont expect anything from me , if ur intention were not good....something like what ur doing now , at ist u had done something horribly wrong , now to prove the point u didnot committed anything wrong , ur checking me at every step.....even checking me , whether i m saving u or going into the queue.....Monica, i had that of skill, neither i will save u nor i will go inside QUEUE ..keep this thing in ur mind , while dealing with me in future.. ......i will do  , what i had done with u , last week ....Swati ,lets talk about Shilpa ....she is real samjhadar person in TCS ....Shilpa , also like , Himanshu fortunate not getting a proper reply from my side , when she misused Mani Singal's name .....Swati , do u know what , Shilpa used to do ?.....after , Venkat returned my TR document , on the pretext of Arial , courier size and font  etc, without reviewing my TR document ....Shilpa , come to my project very next day , in N1 reporting ......her ist question "Venkat tumhara TR document review nhai karta hain ....", Swati , just tell me , what i should have answered to her , at that stage ...she didnot asked this question once , she repeated in front of me , many times , whenever i want to avoid this question at that stage ..problem for me , i cant contain the situation at that stage , so i m refrained from answering .....i will answer her , at suitable time , the way she perfectly prepared TR document , acceptale by client.....Swati , Suraj Sir cannot able to come to office on friday (just showing total displeasure over Shravan's handling of the situation) , while Shravan taking the session on TCS GEMS and IPMS ...in fact , many people skipped that .....prateek , even pointed towards , flaws in TCS GEMS ......Swati , for past few days , i m harping on Harish name , let me explain it ...so that, many things will got cleared , exactly what i m doing since ryder days ...how my hands were tied , and its not visible to others ...i will explain via the way ,"CHAI WITH ARVIND" gone to QUEUE...i will explain that in CVS terminology, so that everybody will understand this point better....the day , Harish came for evening snacks , with me talking about Varun , i understood.....now there were efforts being made , to take that "CHAI WITH ARVIND" to QUEUE , in my words it will got official recognition at some stage....Swati , this is exactly what i m doing at HCL as partner , the way CHAI WITH ARVIND gone to QUEUE .....Swati , this is reason why i understood , Shravan and Monica were doing CHUTIYAPANTI with me , by giving me writing , just to cool my nerves for the moment ...since , no effort being made ,to take that "CHAI WITH ARVIND"to QUEUE , in one sense to give official recognition .... Swati , my father recognized it slightly on saturday , when he said"these people will got to know , by look at the things ..its something like daily work for them".....while referring to his shanni dham rudrakha .....Swati , just like CHAI WITH ARVIND , were started by me at TCS and gone to QUEUE , means one sense got offical recognition ....something similar , during HCL days , many things started by me , gone to QUEUE ....once , i left that , people wonder, why i left ?.....Swati , i pointing some of those aspects, in my mail today .....Swati , currently Manish's punch line in SAMETIME says "good thing about disaster is , u can start all over again "( this is for SMILEY sort of thing in SAMETIME) ......Swati , the way things started all over again , by taking CHAI WITH ARVIND into QUEUE ... same thing happened , once i left HCL in august2008 , by taking one thing after another to QUEUE ......after majority of then , gone to QUEUE , people were pressed the panic button ....since , till then nobody believed in me ...just like , nobody believed in me , the CHAI WITH ARVIND sort of thing initially .... Swati , i m putting those sort things now , the way it unfolds in HCL .....Swati , Sridhar Sir and others were in trouble during my apprisal , were started by me .....nobody were aware of this point till that time .....Swati , problem is Sridhar Sir doesnot go inside QUEUE quickly , when he realized this point .....from april2007 to august2008 , he kept it alive .....Swati , he goes into QUEUE , once my marriage complicated with Santoshi.....Swati , now coming to another thing ....its related to , mails being tracked in HCL , by managers out there .....Swati , HCL people did RR for this ...they , reversed it via Amit Katiyar's farewell , by saying mail server had been shifted to somewhere else , and throw out Amit Katiyar since he wrote something objectionable to me......and resubmitted ,in much bigger way , it ended when i wrote SPY IN ISRO mail , after vasundhara Raje resigns, and it had gone to QUEUE thereafter..... Swati, when i resigned , i m constantly talking about product development manager as my next assignment  , it gone to QUEUE after Nandan Nilekani become UID chairman .....i m constantly comparing , how i used my sales skills to IT industry , this gone to QUEUE via Sashi Tharoor reference ......then came Jaswant Singh come into QUEUE , what exactly i m doing after leaving HCL .....Swati , everybody pressed the panic button , when death reference everybody talking of , gone to QUEUE , after monkeyman scare .......Swati , by the time Vasundhara Raje resigns on nov2009 , almost everything started by me gone to QUEUE , i m ready for next assignment , but fortune had something else for me .....as , everybody were feeling the heat , for what all they did .....Swati , top leadership , start putting prioritize(this is talk of CVS caremark team last week , everybody were showing it to me), considering the sensitivity of the issue, before sending them to QUEUE .....i m putting them in brief .....it all started with telangana agination since its most sensitive issue , removing Lalit Modi as IPL chairmain , removing Sashi Thaooor to signal me leave revolution role once Santoshi arrives , i left revolution role to give TAJ MAHAL like failure  , corruption coming into prominence, india's world cup win under Dhoni , now its Anna Hazare etc. all gone into QUEUE , one after the other ....which everybody can refer .....Swati , this CHAI WITH ARVIND make things simpler for understanding .....Swati , now coming to OC sort of thing , it will end at ONGC ....Suman , who called for movie at METRO in mumbai along side her bhabi , which i refused...from there things, will move to Suman ofhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maine_Pyar_Kiya ........its AlokNath , the tractor owner, that's planned for me "ek eshaan kar de humare uper ...."its Manish Nagar whom , i had shown the shortest route between , marine lines and masjid bunder , this is what i talk to Kanhu Sabat , while discussing about mumbai ..when , he come for my break up with Pragya ......its kuldeep and Rohit(http://www.ndtv.com/article/india/rohit-nandan-set-to-become-the-new-air-india-chief-126038) of http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dus_Kahaniyaan being tracked ...which is highly sensitive issue ...but handled very poorly by TCS people(not only Shravan) .....
