Naukrani , how did u spent 26may , as Nitish's birthday
arrived on that day ......When Sapna talk of “Rama aap Nitish ka birthday bhul
gaye ..”……for a moment I thought , Naukrani tume kana bhuli gala ki ,what
happened year before on 26may2010......my last day on revolutionary
role......Naukrani , i m not blaming Sapan or u for this , since i dont know
whether u remembered this thing or not ......Naukrani , just during that time ,
yeh gote katha mora mind ku asila ....if 26may2010 wouldnot have been my last
day on revolution role , then i doubt Nitish would have arrived at all
.....frankly speaking , i would not have guessed the correct thing , jadi mote
setiki freedom mili nathanta , to express my view point , jaha mu express
karichi .......Naukrani , now i m realizing , i will never return to that
position , given the type of unrealistic demands everybody had from me
.......top leadership , clear on their mind , whether i will solve it as NAGA
problem , or leave it as it is ......certainly those things can’t be accepted ,
like new rituals, caste, kumbh mela etc , there must be something else also,
which i won’t be aware of .....Naukrani , now i realize , why i m compared to a
former PM (its Gordon Brown) while leaving that role ,they don’t enjoy any
power ...they only had respectability in the society .......Naukrani , top
leadership very clear on their mind , certain things can’t be fulfilled let
whatever everybody feels , from shapit to death row....president had rejected
mercy petition of 2 persons having death row , on which there were lots
controversy going on .......the best example is in front of everybody , 2G
spectrum issue .....they were treated as criminal , now a well known bollywood
socialite had gone to jail yesterday(i forget his name)....let , whatever they
say ... those involved in Sneha Sahu case , i can’t give bit of assurance to
then , like ALL IS WELL of 3 idiots ......Naukrani , something similar is David
Headley case , its related to Pragya's dad .....let me clarify this point related
to Pragya's dad , which might be misunderstood by many people .....Naukrani ,
Pragya had genuine and legitimate concern, that’s cleared by successful 3G
auction and then after ....pragya's dad had something similar , so university
reference came for him .........everything is fine till here , but the way
pragya's dad want to rectify his mistake its unacceptable ......its crime , he
had no rights to , to put me in false case for so long , means from june2010 to
dec2011 ......the crime Pragya's dad going to commit is , as serious as David
Headley;s role in mumbai attack (here i want to ask , who is Rahul Bhatt's ,
Mahesh Bhatt's son and David Headley's friend…certainly it’s not me).... but ,
having said that , Pragya' dad were correlated to me ,via something else
....like whatever i talking to others via Arvind, Abhishek,Sunil compared to
David Headley testimony in US court , related to 26/11 mumbai attacks ....he
had named (Chaudhary) Khan as handler for 26/11 attacks ....certainly things
were moving towards that directions , means towards my kolkata visit ...those
things will be revealed by me as well....Naukrani , as Anees is here working
alongside Abhishek , i think everybody wants those happened at HCL must be made
public....then , Shravan will also came for mentioning , just let me know , how
far everybody wants in that aspect .....Naukrani , last year 25may2010
revolution role chadila bele , mote Jitendra the IIT topper from hyderbad shown
to me ......apart from lots of IIT related stuff going on here , surrounding to
the comments of Jairam Ramesh's comment on IIT faculty , certainly something is
there related to IIT faculty ...... Naukrani , now come to Neha ...last week
she said ,"yahan par sab lok tukka mar rahe hain "......Neha , since
my return from home on 9may2011 , if u say "sab lok tukka mar rahe hain
" to slove the crisis , its ok with me and i had cooperated with everybody
where ever they committed anything wrong ......but let me know Neha , when
Himanshu said to me "aap DND flyover ke upper rehte ho " , when i
said to him , I staying at maharani bagh , on my ist (or 2nd meet , exactly
mane nhai) , se kana tukka maru thila ....... when , Venkat said in the
conference call "welcome to hell" , se kana tukka maru thila
.......Neha , as in the movie rocket singh sales man of the year , when Nitin
said to Sunil " aap nhai samjah payoge , yeh baat".....over there ,
Sunil said "samjaho mughe Nitin , maine bahut samjahdar adami
hun".....similarly , Neha , samjaho mughe , Venkat kia tukka mar raha tha ,
usse din conference call par .....(before answering this question , dont try to
rectify that action, i clearing Raman out of it , in later part of my
mail).......now Neha , come to that core issue , from where it all started ,
from the mail , jeu tharu sabu kichi start hela .....clubbing chennai location
sort of thing to what Maruthi is doing ......Neha , how many people leave
company due to location constraints.....very few lucky people , who were native
of metro cities .....still this argument is taken , people shift company due to
location constraint .....but , let me know Neha , after changing company due to
location constraint , they look back their previous project or company to do
blunders , just like these ex-misys guys doing(i dont want to name anybody ,
everybody were aware of everything) ......Neha , ur seeing , how much effort is
being put across to built a team here in CVS caremark ...while we r putting so
much of effort , somebody comes from outside try to break or disturb the team
rhythm(reason he is once part of CVS caremark) , how will u react .....that's
what i m put in my earlier mails , while writing about what's happened in misys
......apart from that , my conscious didnot permit me , to write more on this
aspect ...like , giving anybody a chance so that , they will repeat this thing
in front of me , so i clubbed Maruthi's act with this ( i will come to Maruthi
also bit later).....Neha , if it wont be Ajay Sir's mail ,I wont mentioned in
my mail at all , since i had lots of respect towards him , the way he handles
the situation over here.......Neha , one instance i had cited , relating his
action with Maruthi's action ...now i m citing another example , relating Ajay
Sir's action with Shravan's action .....means , how Ajay Sir handled the situation
when Shravan commits mistake , and how Shravan handles situation when Nitin
Kaushik commits mistake .....Neha , please see the below mail of Ajay Sir ,
this mail came when Shravan done some mistake ....what he want to convey,
Shravan had done mistake , as a lead he didnot found a way out , give him that
....he neither defended Shravan's action , nor he said dont raise any issue in
future, if Shravan commits mistake again ....now compare this to , Shravan's
action when Nitin Kaushik commits some mistake .....i m referring to the
conference call , after which everybody in my team , said to me "u
should not have said in front of Sailaja , Shravan phir bhi chalega ".,
that's also in front of Shravan .....Neha , while everybody at my team
talking like this , Shravan's response is "tum log Nitin ki galti nikal
kar usko paressan karoge , kuch dino ke baad woh wapas aa raha hain , woh tum
logon ki le lega".......(its nothing against Nitin , since he might not be
aware of what's i m talking here now).....and he forgets this thing , until i
raised it after Vekat's TC 13 incident ......Neha , if a newcomer comes and
says , Shravan favours somebody at onsite , is there anything wrong in it
......Neha , for me the irony is guy Nitin , is playing role of my guru Lokesh
Sir ....whom i had seen , getting publicly slapped by his senior for the
mistake he did , here how Nitin getting saved by Shravan ......for me
difference in sales and IT industry is something , difference between Lokesh
Sir the team lead and Nitin the team lead ....one more point , i want to make
over here , why i m prevented from making any statement against anybody
.....if i will make that one , his authority will diminish.....didnot it
applicable for others also , while they were interacting with me .....means ,
if 1+ experience guy(whatever role they might be playing) talking in front of
Shravan , that if u say in front of him is ok , not others , how much
respectability will u enjoy ...this is reason why , Shravan didnot instill the
confidence in me as lead , which Ajay Sir able to do ......Naukrani , now come
to Raman, he need to recover from that ist shocker , jemiti recon re lock lagi
gala ...Neha , aap jo bol rahi thi tukka marne ki baat , its applicable to
Raman ....woh usse din tukka mar raha tha ......before i will say anything
related Raman , i want to say something to Raman .....Raman , my manager at HCL
Sridhar Sir ,used to say everybody , by committing any mistake if u able to
convince me what ur doing is right ....i will appreciate ur smartness , i will
take it as my learning ... something similar here Raman, by showing smartness
if u cross me , then i will appreciate ur smartness .... otherwise u will feel
, what ur feeling now ......Raman , u seems experienced person in IT industry ...so
i want to say something politely , ur not dealing with those larger than life
IT professionals , whom somebody called Rama Pathy came and said i m sending a
report to Barak Odama , on which is acting , on this everybody were believing
......Raman ur dealing with a hardcore, ruthless sales manager , jiske samane
tum isse tarah ka smartness show up karoge , without knowing exactly what's
going on , woh tumhara gand padh kar rakh dega ...u will feel something like ,
the way ur feeling ......Raman , I had answered one of ur question , the flow,
u want to know ……I want to answer the other question , related to TP/TC
document …..Raman , ru not aware of whats going on over here ……if ur not , let
me tell u that..if u ask me to rate the type of work , i had done in N1
reporting ……my rating is worst sort of quality work , I had done in my entire
career of IT …..as a developer , I had done better quality work , then as QA
analyst in N1 reporting ….now coming to the TP/TC document of N1 reporting
……this question is to Maruthi , while I m as QA analyst feeing worst sort of
work done in N1 reporting , as a QA manager at client site , how he can’t feel
the same ?(apart from that he is showing ego , when I raised this issue )
.....where client QA lead (Alicia) is not clear on business requirement or
doesn’t know how these test cases will be executed, while passing the TP/TC
document …..Raman , I attaching the final N1 reporting TP/TC documents , for
everybody reference …….just go through it , after that let me know , what u
will answer , if somebody will the pose the same question , what u had asked me
……more half the test cases were rewritten , that’s not by client QA lead , but
by Nitin over here……Lokesh Sir can decide what will happen in TCS , but how he
will decide in PBM side …..in a industry , where small mistake , attract huge
penalty ……Raman , I think u got my answer …..i m suppose to raise this question
in the meeting with Suraj , but acted promptly and prevented me from asking
anything else …..”how will we deal the client QA lead , who is not clear on
business requirement, its going to affect overall client relationship”….. apart
from that Raman , if u feels , ur smart enough use it in constructive way …come
up with solution , on which we will work upon ….. the reason why , while I m
given solution to everybody , left out u ..show ur seniority , come up with a
solution …..just remember one thing , I don’t like those person , who don’t
know their limitation ……please take care of it ……..Naukrani , what this hospital

hospital ….Naukrani , with so much happening over here , I m ending my mail
over here , not able to refer it once also , jadi kichi mistake achi ,

Please follow these steps for accessing Caremark webmail directly from Noida-3/GG-IV ODC.
1. Add following entry to host file
Shravan - the file can be found in folder C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc (if not able to locate, search the file)
Open the file in notepad and add below entry.
204.99.7.130 webmail.caremark.com
2. In the proxy setting, add an entry for bypassing proxy server for *caremark*.
Shravan - see attached doc for screen shots to add this entry
