Swati madam , as Ankita is anchoring 9 o clock news in NDTV nowadays , time had come for AFTK ERROR IN RXCLAIM to go inside QUEUE after RnR ……last time its , Sunil who directed to take CHAI WITH ARVIND to take inside QUEUE , while writing Saumya from HSBC + IBM_TCS …..Swati , as Ankita had been officially there for SANDHYA , top leadership had gone for her , by giving her importance …. SANDHYA is for there to counter , SHYAM which had been countered by me as evening snacks , started with CHAI WITH ARVIND ……Swati , things were put , bit complicated out here , as the end coming ….govt had cleared the restructuring of air India …so , from here onwards , whenever I will return to TCS premise for work , things will definitely for change …..Swati , but there is something left out in Tanya from RMG’s mail ,I feels worty mentioning …otherwise , she will continue to mail me unnecessary …as I knows , there is nothing till , 20may2012 , SAVITRI AMAVASAYA over here , from which JAI is derived ….so , nothing is there till then……so I must restrict Tanya’s action , otherwise she will be keep on reminding me with her mails…..NDTV greenathon is planned on that day …..Tanya , its ur choice , whether u want to go Monica Chopra way or not , the way Monica Chopra is listening regularly …..Tanya , if u send across any unnecessary mails before anything substantial , at least before 20may2012 …just remember what u will listen …..Tanya , if u send across anything before that date , just remember Sital Jaitley is waiting outside for u PTI building (the way u send across mail to meet u) , just the way Monica Chopra is treated …..now its upto u , how u will handle the situation out here …..Tanya , u people doesn’t bother to contact me for more than one month , from 13march2012 to 12april2012  …now I m in my hometown , u will send across a mail to create unnecessary frictions , by calling me off to delhi , while there were nothing substantial until this year IPL is over on 27may2012 …so , Tanya be careful , if u don’t want to go , Monica Chopra way then don’t send across anything to me …..u keep quite , I wont write anything against u ….now choice is urs , whether u want to go ahead with ur reminder mails and listen what Monica Chopra is listening , just for sack of ur EGO …or , do the smart thing wait till 20may2012 , before sending anything …let me tell u Tanya , since I did not talk about u in my mails , I didnot wrote anything against u in twitter …while writing about Pragya …Swati , my sister is talking of MTECH , for going to delhi from beginning of may , just tell her to hold her breath till 20may2012 ….as I know there is nothing till , 27may2012 …Swati , I m ready to go via fights once something substantial comes across….as , RMG people decided not to contact me , so that I can go to my hometown for that Naveen sort of googly ….i m also cooperated with then , while their BHAGWAN (my dad ) , going to represented different way …..now its time for RMG people must cooperate , otherwise anybody contacted me(just to show off they were doing something) , then she will got the  type of thrashing what , Monica Chopra got …Swati , as there were lots of SAMJHADAR people out there in TCS , they will start thinking , I had mentioned about female RMG guys , not about male RMG guys …so any male SAMJHADAR RMG guy contacted me , he will got hammering something like SAMJHADAR persons out here in TCS …...Swati , there were sleuth of  confidence building measures out here India and Pakistan , after ASIF’s visit …as it seems , everybody become ecstatic after TCS’s BHAGWAN(my dad)  become represented different way ….Swati , when is other BHAGWAN of TCS , Mr Lokesh Singh will be represented differently ..or Mr Lokesh Singh , remain the same person he used to be …..Swati , it will be cleared in near future , but chances are slim ….since , its BIKARM SINGH going to be next army chief …and top leadership going by , what official version is …for forgery people like, Charu Madam , who learnt everything from management college not from work place …..from which , my dad redefined differently …..Shahrukh Khan had been detained at new york airport , while going to deliver at YALE UNIVERSITY where Mukesh Ambani‘s daughter is studying …..its national headlines ….Swati , everybody at TCS had similar feeling , they were being targeted something like this muslims or persons having KHAN as surname being treated at various US airports after 9/11or worldwide suspicion towards then……Swati , TCS people did not  gather any respect either , after planning something like Shravan Dabi as EX revolutionary role while planning for me something like BHAGWAN via pdama concept….Swati , the way SAMJHADAR managers of TCS behaved , by putting ur career at risk , they brought more disrupte to already damaged reputations ….while everybody talking of college day project (its Manish Sir) to college day tricks (its Charu madam) as still the best thing to do ….there were nothing as substantial at office place anybody can do or learn ……Swati , the way , Manish Sir behaving also , there wont be any action against any managers out here …..they will only allowed to change their positions from SAMJHADAR to SMARTNESS …threw wont be any hardcore punishment for any of the managers out here , from Manish Sir side or any of his senior manager for their rough handling of situation …Swati , this is very heartening for me , who had forced somebody at Murali Sir level to apologize in front of everybody, while putting their career at risk…..Swati , what Manish Sir currently doing , Shantanu Sir could have done , with HCL managers out there ….but , all the managers out there put at risk , which had been exploited by TCS manages , with Lokesh Sir at forefront …..Swati , while I appreciate Manish Sir did not react , when I m trashing any managers , but he himself did not want to take any action against any of his managers out here …Swati , why I took so much challenge from HCL managers , since they themselves put them in risk , starting with Ram Sir and Srini Sir leaving for hyderbad to Sridhar Sir sitting in front of me when some diffcult situation comes across (got lots of hammering for this purpose from everybody), something the way ur currently now Swati….while Murali Sir personally apologizing …Swati , in contrast , here no manager is willing to come forward and take responsibility for this purpose ….Swati , u cant change people perception , until some senior managers responsible for mess happened going to be punished heavily by their senior managers for the their misconduct …… Swati , here everybody were just willing to listen , BASTRAD and RANDI , let the time passes and everything will cool down…nobody want to got punished severely for this purpose , so that anybody doing same mistake tomorrow ,know what the punishment for the person….Swati , I want to say , Manish Sir u cant change the perception , if u cant take action against ur own people ..everybody out there is as SAMJHADAR as TCS people….Swati , why I m telling this thing now , since I had completed all the tough situations that were for me , without any single fault(with CHAI WITH ARVIND finally going inside QUEUE) ….which exposes further, TCS managers complacent nature , I wont got to know anything till the end ..Swati, it’s the complacent nature of managers , that put everything at risk today ..they did not feel the need to monitor the things , day to day basis until ur accident happened ..Swati , one of the aspect , how things were moving is , u wont allow any PAWAN/AIR for breathing …I will be chocked from all corners , so that I will reveal everything ….from at home to office , no AIR WILL BE allowed for me breathing …..something like , while talking with anybody , he wont reveal anything , just keep on asking tell me what u want …..Swati, everybody over here in TCS , used this same funda …..Swati , I don’t have problem with them ….but , these TCS people were equipped to deal these sort of situations …. Swati , for me , a manager will thrive in these conditions ….Swati , while ur creating CHOKING OF AIR at 720 degree , I m suggesting I m used to work in 1440 degree condition , so u changed ur working module accordingly , after that ABCD1234_TCS mail replaced(where I talk to Shravan will u understood one 720 degree sort of thing , something similar TCS people were talking as will u understood 1440 sort of thing , we will talk something like this from now onwards)....Swati , during my HCL days , I had been specially trained in these sort of conditions …when , I m at bally Bangalore , its shown what sort situations were awaits me at HCL …..Swati , some of things during my ryder days , which still making news now , because AIR were chocked off from all corners for me ….i m pointing out some of those things …Swati , its started with my PASSWORD discussion with Rajiv Prasad, then CRYing in front of Tapaswini for CHINA concept , Sweet distribution when I mailed to Sarvapriya Tripati , Tapaswini breaking my laptop , removing my ICICI bank password , CAB HICUP with Pawan while attending for family meet at HCL , Rajiv Prasad/Sumit Mehra talking of virus in my laptop etc , were some of the features which were still doing round the corner ….i m talking of these points , which could on normal circumstances , doesn’t got any significance …..since , AIR IS CHOCKED from all corners , the way everybody were talking now , these things got lots of significance now also …Swati , something similar were my CVS caremark days ….most important outcome is this CHAI WITH ARVIND sort of thing , which started on the day when HIPPA CERTIFICATION going on ....which getting louder with each passing day ….Swati , if things were not chocked off from all corners , many things wont have visible to me …most notable is SAKET’s conversation with me via sametime only(since he never called me) after which I send across the COOL sort of SMILEY to Pramod …Swati , if everybody from Ashish would have talked with me friendly , why should I doubted Saket’s intentions were wrong or gone for BRF loop,  once Saket talking for COB indicator defect ….. Swati , here TCS manager become complacent …..while , they were choosing somebody called , Shravan Dabi as ex revolutionary , they did not provide him with proper technique , how to deal in these sort of chocked off conditions ….they did not told him , what will be the repercussions , if things were gone wrong …. What happened after ur clone act Swati…..Swati , managers at TCS only gone by emotional outburst of Shravan Dabi , they did not gone by his credibility , whether he will able to handle these sort of situation or not ….since Shravan had not done anything serious stuff , during HCL days that everybody knows , later he tried to inside HCL , but not able to go , where did he done any serious stuff at HCL…so he must be involved in some sort serious grooming before assigning something like these….Swati , when I m talking of serious grooming I meant to say , did Shravan remain silent the way , I silent for u …..Swati , before giving him , excusive voice command and giving CHOCKED OFF conditions like these , he needs to groomed to handle these sort of situations ….Swati , since TCS leadership doesn’t done their homework properly , in this regard he is bound to fail …since , Shravan Dabi is not used to these sort of CHOCKED off conditions , where his involvement will be clearly visible to others ….Swati , why I m thrived in these conditions , while ur talking of 1440 degree sort of thing , since I had been trained at HCL for this purpose ..before assigning me revolutionary role top leadership ….Swati , this is reason why , i m able to judge properly , which bus to board while going office , whether to go via stairs or lifts , what to take during launch , when to take tea or not , etc ….reason , I m used to these sort of CHOCKED off conditions …..Swati , in my view , Niraj and Shekhar were in right place , to take the challenge , where Shravan Dabi fails ….Swati , if they will be assigned with , what Shravan Dabi is supposed to do , they might succeed in then …since , they experienced in ist hand , how things shaped up in CHOCKED OFF conditions …..something like , I got ist hand experience during my bally bangalore days , before getting much tougher situations at RYDER project….Swati , if u CHOCK OFF the air for me , it will be applicable for all others , who were interacting with me …this is why , they must be equally sharp in their approach…..over there , Shravan Dabi fails , the way he feels , only planning 720 degree sort of thing were enough ……Swati , this is reason why , I m more symphatic towards my wife involvement or her feeling of KALANK /RAND …..for her these were too diffcult situations to handle or understand ….Swati , here my fathers role is crucial , I m expect at least he understand the situations ….if , he don’t understand , at least think of my future is at stack while standing against me ….but , my father fail me and Santoshi miserably ….Swati , if Santoshi listens to me , today these situations wont have arisen….Swati , the way , my dad behaved after ur clone act , by talking himself as KEVAL PURI of CHINA GATE , this is expected from him when I fired from HCL on august2008 …Swati , I m fired from HCL for this purpose , so that my dad realize , I m in deep trouble ..but , he did not think this point anywhere …once , he change his position to KEVAL PURI of CHINA GATE , just to clear his name of all the wrong doings he did , not because I m in trouble ….Swati , this is why , this acceptance on my dad , matters little to me …Swati , there is still something left in this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Satyen_Kappu  , about which I m mentioned in my earlier mail ….its come from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deewaar_(1975_film)..here he plays father to Amitabh….
