Naukrani , its my birthday
madam , so how ru celebrating it ......or being possessive about , on whats being
planned for me....the toughest condition , in the words of , so called IT
professionals ......"HEY , DONT WOORY ABOUT ME , NOBODY ABLE TO TOUCH ME
TILL TODAY , AFTER PUTTING SUCH TOUGH CONDITIONS ....NOBODY WILL ABLE TO DO IN
FUTURE ALSO........I KNOWS HOW TO SURVIVE THESE CONDITIONS....TAKE CARE OF
URSELF " .......Naukrani , aaji jai jetiki madhya tough condition kariki
mora pai plan heichi , seita ultimately TCS pila manaka uper padi jaichi ....if
u recount any of the incidents , since i joined TCS ......this time also same
happens..agaku madhya seita heba , if people dont change their attitude or
behaviour ..... Naukrani , Lokesh Sir , must have got, fair bit of idea ,
inside into the functioning of IT industry .....the most important aspect is , how
people underestimate others abilites , reason they were in good position
compared to others ....Lokesh Sir , if these people were underestimating my
abilites now , while they were feeling like in death row or shapith (and want
pardoning for their acts), what would have been the condition during my HCL
days .....Naukrani , before i start writing on anything , i want to say
something to CVS leadership team ...please closely monitor the events out here
, whats going on , dont just wait for inputs from the teammates to act..if they
want to avoid something like Swati Singla again.....just like HCL leadership
team did after the Srini Sir affair , they take everything into their hand ,
didnot wait for others output .....because , what i m feeling , they were totally
depended on the feedback provided by the teammates , rather than they
themselves involving into it ..Naukrani ,whenever CVS leadership team taken
decision on their own , its the correct decision , they had experience in their
side , on how to tackle the situations like this, what the team members dont
have .....Naukrani , by now everybody realized , why i m so concerned about
Swati Singla , due to clone act of Monica .....Naukrani , the main point , why
i said Swati Singla is making of another Leena , still nobody understood ...the
way things were moving at our household ......Naukrani , let me explain this
point out here ....aaji Leena ra yeh condition kana pai heichi ....due to Deba
doing clone act of Subha Sathpathy ....then , how Deba doing the clone act of
Subha Sathpathy , its via his dad's profession ïs EYE sort of thing (the reason
EYE TEST come into picture).....its same EYE sort of thing that started at our
household and gone out of everybody's hand .....by the time everybody reaized ,
whats mistake they had committed, things had taken epidemic propotions ,
au Leena's yeh condition heichi ...Naukrani , jadi mu keu thare bhul kahuchi ta
, interrupt kara .....semiti , jete bele Monica started , playing clone act of
Swati Singla , i m afarid for the same ..that everybody join into it ....even ,
after i m rasing the issue , amara ghare au gote LEENA ku invite kariba pai
preparation full swing re chalichi ....now Lokesh Sir tell me , is this
the way to reslove a crisis ....whats goin on at our household now
......Naukrani , lets talk of Monica ....well Monica , i had said earlier also
, i had the mindset of sales manager ....so , how a sales manager grooms
somebody , when the teammate is down and out ...(just like here, u had accepted
ur mistake).. its time u listen some good things about u.......u will hear
again harsh critisim once u do something wrong confidently and remain definat
over ur act .... Monica , some of good aspects of ur , i had already mentioned
...like ur behavior or inter personal skills .....apart from that ur good
learner , very eager to know what all ur weakness and ready to rectify that
..this is also good qaulity , the way u readily accepted ur mistake ....Monica
, here problem is not with u ,the problem lies somewhere else ...its in the
Ashish theory , let me explain ,so that it will be clearer..... Monica , as i
said ur very eager to learn , but there must be somebody to tell u also , what
all ur lacking .....the reason why , problem is not with u , its with under
whom u had worked till now ...they , didnot told u , what all ur lacking and
how to rectify those things(as i had already conveyed , what Vikarm Sir said,
to know somebody's abilities , somebody need to tell u ..while talking about
Pragya as good human being )....Monica , while leaving on thrusday , u
complimented me for my patience via Nitin......well Monica , this clam approach
of me , is the contribution of Sridhar Sir in my professional career , a IT
manager ...its not what , i learnt from my sales profession .. sales managers
were very ruthless and aggressive in their attitude .....what Sridhar Sir and
others did , were polished my skills to perfection , by telling me , retain ur
attitude inside.....but u must represent it clamly , then only u will become a
good manager.....Monica , let me explain u different way ..so that u will able
to understand it ....Monica , u must be wondering(i think everybody must be
wondering) , why i m not getting angry with Naukrani once .....the way , one
after another tough condition were put across for her , in front of
me....after so long time ....well , what i m currently doing for Naukrani , i
had already done for somebody else , its Sridhar Sir .....Monica , everybody
must be wanted to know , Sridhar Sir kana emiti mora pai kari chanti , jaha pai
mu tanku ete respect karuchi ...i m feeling , jadi se mora pai kichi commitment
kari chanti , i must keep it , at any cost ..Monica , mu jete bele HCL chadili
, sete bele sabu jemiti heu thile , nobody would have understood this point
......mu kahi thile madhya , what Sridhar Sir had done for me ......Monica ,
now the situation is perfect , for everybody to understand what Sridhar Sir had
done for me ....Monica , what Sridhar Sir had done for me , is something like
what Naukrani doing for me right now.....Monica , from the day , i had the
discussion with Sridhar Sir about my appraisal to my last discussion with
Rakesh Sir , where he complimented me for admiring Sridhar Sir .....i had seen
Sridhar Sir on varied emotions, at one point of time in tears also , before
leaving for bangalore (that i mentioned in my earlier mails also)....Sridhar
Sir , decided to live in day in day out , about how i will represent him
......mu jemiti , mora appraisal 2007 bele sabu thik se handle kali....he
decided to keep the issue alive , so that i will realize my
potential.....Monica just imagine , what sort of pain Sridhar Sir taken for me
....at one side Rakesh Sir wants one single mistake from Sridhar Sir end , so
that he will screw him ......gote side re MISYS leadership team , which wants
so much from him ....gote side re COE team mates .....au gote end re mu thili
...this is about people management he is doing ...apart from that ,
project related work , he is performing....mu gote madhya emiti statement
debi against him , his career at stack with me (even Rakesh Sir had once asked
me , until u request my hands were tied)...jemiti Naukrani bartamaan condition
re achi ......despite all these , i donot think , anybody can bring any single
flaws from his action as project manager , the clam and composure he had
shown during those period april2007 to august 2008 .....Monica , that's what i
learnt from him ,as a manager u need to maintain ur composure at work place
....Monica , Sridhar Sir is not bound by anybody to keep the issue alive for me
, but he decided to otherwise.....Monica , only difference between what Sridhar
Sir doing at that stage and what i currently doing at this stage is
...Sridhar Sir going through professional turmoil at that stage , while i m currently
going throgh a personal turmoil ...since what the heights i m reached as
professional front , very few can think of......Monica , after seeing my action
, if any of the teammates replicate the samething , i will be more than happy
about it ....Monica , i had told u as unidirectional , that's also good sign
....but there people , who were directionless , i m pointing towards Zeba
.....she , is neither module lead , so that BUCK WILL STOP AT HER , just like
in ur case .....nor she is fresher , so that her action will be ignored, she is
quite experienced ...Monica , in Suraj Sir's words she scored 1 out 5 , very
poor performance ......problem with Zeba is , due to her misunderstanding of
the situation Raj got stuck , i cant able to provide solution to him...since ,
she asked for movie on the same day , when Raj asked for keys .....i didnot
accepted for movie , since Nitish arrived days before ....but , what next she
did , she goes on to sit in front of Manish Sir ....while Shekhar keep on
showing me nonveg jokes ......the icing on cake come when , i SMSed about
Zeba's birthday gift corelating Shekhar , very next day Zeba shown me Manish
Sir .....Zeba , correct me , if i m wrong somewhere ....Zeba , with only month
or two interaction , u thinks u can decieve me , i cant say anything .....Zeba
at HCL so many senior managers acting together cant to decive , after knowing
me for so long .....now , even american president putting his faith on my
decetion abilities , at this condition also (refering to 29april order related to Osama )....but Zeba ,
u feels u can deceive me by openly talking like this .....then , i will only
say , ur not talking of me as Rama Pathy , u might be talking of somebody else
as Rama Pathy ..this is reason why i said , Zeba as directionless.....Naukrani , let Ajay Sir and others give her direction ..i can only disassociate her from
others .... Raman , do u need any better example then Zeba , to know how IT
people behave ....while doing everything , she is totally unaware , why i m not
providing solution to her ...Raman , point i want to make is , u neednot
require to ask me steps , about whats going on ......u just go ask the person ,
what he is doing , most importantly why he is doing ?...u will got ur answer
.....Naukrani , i feel , Raman can be used effectively for team building , for
the directionless persons like Zeba , who dont understand what's they were
doing .....just like , if anybody dont understand what he is doing , let
Raman with cup of tea and a blank paper , take the guy to the conference room ,
where this WELCOME TO HELL sort of thing happened and ask him what he is
doing , and why he is doing .....so that , team member will be aware of his
mistake .....Shravan will came at extreme case .....something like Shravan came
for Monica and Raman for Zeba ...since , Zeba is not doing anything wrong like
Monica , the problem is Zeba is not able to understand what she is doing
.....Zeba is diectionless , somebody needs to show her that....this way all
four will be disassociated from each other......Naukrani , by now everybody
would have pressed the panic button ,start reminding me of END OF DAY concept
....but , hold on for moment , what about other errors , that Shekhar is
showing to me ...he is saying , abhi toh sirf AFTK error aaya hain , baki sab
error ana baki hain .....Naukrani , in Shekhar's words END OF DAY , still not
arrived , so how i can think of END OF DAY .....Naukrani , talking of Shekhar
...he need to do his homework very well , before talking anything to me
.....last week is totally nightmarish for him ....it started with earthquack
sort of thing , ends with same as i feel ...well , Shekhar i will advise ,
either u do ur homwork better or stop doing what ur currently doing , otherwise
u will become emotionally stagnant very quickly ....then , dont blame me ,
didnot warned u .....Naukrani , lets clear Shekhar's main concern , how i got
to know PIYUSH sort of thing.....HP Pearl HarbouR PR RP my member initial(its
unfortunate nobody able to tell this when put ? mark at Swati Singla for
Abhishek..while they were repeating it .....i think by thursday evening
everybody understood the point related to smileys..via Harveen whatever i want
to say , its stuck in her helmet reference ....apart from that , she is most
consisent in her approach ...she never cross her line ..Harveen , keep it
up) Rama pathy Rashmi Pratap .....Shekar , Piyush joined alongside Neha
and others CVS capital ....he is suppose to stay at noida , he left for gurgaon
once, i said something related to Manish Sir ....correct me if i m wrong
....mora doubt sethare thila ......real thing lies somewhere else ...its during
those times indian team for world cup had been picked , there were lots of hue
and cry for Piyush Chawala's selection ..he came from nowhere in 15 member
squab ...its said , Dhoni is preferring him for some reason .......Shekhar , u
can check these facts , u will got the answers.....Naukrani , another person
needs lots of homework is Ankush , the guy who had taken my interview ....he
surprised me on wednesday , on his behaviour , certainly this is not expected
from him ......i want to say to Ankush , look towards Ajay Sir and others how
they were dealing with the situation ......before taking any decision , they
were looking into all aspects , not doing simply since somebody had
said......the way Ankush is doing , on that day...... Naukrani , lets clear
this END OF DAY concept , i think its Lokesh Sir who will able to explain
better than anybody out here .....its unfortunate he not able to corelate his
own guru gyan .....Naukrani , Lokesh Sir always used to say "kisi ke saath
baat kar rahe ho means , within 2-3 minutes u must be sure ...whether he is
going to be ur prospective customer or aise hi puch raha hain ...since , u will
found many people , who will ask u , for the sake of their knowledge
....remember , ur not exihibitor , who is there to advertise to products, there
were other people for that...ur marketing professional , u had target on ur
hand ...so , if ur spending some time with him , just ensure , u got the deal
....otherwise , u stop the conversation and leave that place "....Lokesh
Sir , sahi bol raha hun na .....Naukrani , i using this guru gyan of Lokesh Sir
, at larger scale ....while approaching on anything , i starts working on
what could be the result at END OF DAY , and acting accordingly....Naukrani ,
another guru gyan , that Lokesh Sir unable to understand is , the erratic
behaviour in work pattern , thats assigned to me ta TCS ...i think , mu Anjani
sahita katha hela bele kahichi , when she asked "aaj aapke paas koi kaam
nhai hain"....i said "i dont think that
way , whether i had work or not ....i think at the end of the day , i will do
something"....Naukrani , Lokesh Sir again explain this thing better way ,
then me ...since , i spent only 2-3years of career with sales profession , he
had spent his entire career with sales profession ...Naukrani , Lokesh Sir used
to say , as a sales professional on a average u will meet 20 people , u will
fill 2 applications .....but there were days , u will meet 50 people u wont get
anything , while returing dejcted home in train , u find 2 friends talking to
each others , suddenly they found ur company representitve which they were
seeking , u got 2 applications over there .....there might be situation , the
2-3 person u meet outside our bulding while leaving for work , and u got the
appilcation .....sales goes like this way , so u must remember one thing very
clearly ...at the end of day , when u will call me , u must have sale in ur
hand ...thats the only thing , i want to listen .....Naukrani , this is my
foundation of professional work ethics......i didnot grown up like , working in
stable project or in a single module for long time , like IT professional used
to do ......Naukrani , the reason why , this irattic patteren , on which work
being assigned to me bother me less ....which IT professionals consider
very tough.......Naukrani , now talk of Shravan ....everybody must be
waiting impatiently , what i will write about him ...well , Shravan , dont go
away with the emotional tide thats currently going on .....i m expecting this
sort of emotional tide , so go through the public scrutiny , if u want to
retain ur authority ....since nobody is fool out here , anybody will belive on
u , if u gone through this phase successful , without any hitch ...just keep on
doing the hard work , what ur currently doing....like explaining to Monica on
thursday , what's expected from her , in near future..... Shravan , just
remember one thing , things were getting exaggerated , since we r not putting
any effort to slove ...let things to go extreme point , then we will do value
addition , like again repeating the WELCOME TO HELL sort of thing .....this way
, it will remain alive ......Shravan , this is reason why , i said in my
earlier mail , now u need to raise above the Batcha Yadav and Mangi Ram sort of
thing ..this will be used for team building ..... Naukrani, now u and others
can very well understand the wild emotional swing between me and Shravan ....this
is exactly whats going on at HCL , nobody able to understand which way , they
will go .....Naukrani , whats best part of this wild emotional swing janicha ,
now nobody's emotion comes in the way ...the best example is Zeba , must be
come out as , most severe block for others.....since we kept alive this WELCOME
TO HELL issue , she decided to keep low .....this is how partnership works
......Shravan , apart from team building , we will use partnership concept for
integration purpose ....Shravan , u wanted one chance like Batcha yadav , to
disassociate from Subha Sathpathy and others .......here is ur chance , to
disassociate from him ......and we will associate with that, whatever u will
say .....let me tell , how its going to work ......u say the points from RECALL
side , whichever u feels right .....i will create the ME like condition , by
saying its CALL version.....this way integration will happen ....Shravan think
over it , we will discuss about it , in later mails ... Shravan , before u
start revealing anything , i want to share some techiniques how to reveal the
things ......always , remember one thing ,u will become a good manager/lead
......if u talk only that much , till time u will manage the situation(means u
will make PIYUSH sort thing kids play ..u will use in day to day life) .....the
best example is , the way i handled the situation last week , i m just
revealing that much day in day out , so that situation will be managebale
.....i knows about Zeba for long time .....but deliberately avoiding that ,
since i knows i cant handle the situation , if i will reveal everything , since
she had shown me delivery head ......i kept silent in her front , till thursday
evening ...... once , i came home , i revealed everything ......its deliberate
attempt from my side .....Shravan , something similar is expected from u , lets
see how far we will able to proceed.....Naukrani , now talk about Niraj ....by
now he must have realized his mistake ...haan bhai Niraj "kis baat ka
badhai de rahe the aap mughe usse din , after i had given party for my
marriage" ......u may answer , somebody told u for this ...,u can
even say , kuch din pehele maine tarif kia tha , the way u sit in my position ,
while thrasing Nitin for not sitting in my position .....in that case , agar
maine aapko wahan par bolta niche kud jao , toh kud jate aap ..nhai na , u
would have used ur brain , why cant u apply ur brain then , while
congratulating me......u knows everything at that stage , whats planned
.....pehele congrats kia tha , pehele position par raho .....show ur leadership
quality , by cooperating with Shravan while he is going reveal everything from
RECALL side, for integration purpose......dont repeat this sort of mistake
.....Naukrani , aaji etiki re rakhuchi ....finally , I LOVE U , Naukrani......
