Swati , madam finally top leadership at TCS put their act together .....first time since  joined TCS ,I am not able to understand where to start and where to end my mail......Swati , for past few days , i thinking this one point, as from Ajay Sir to Alka Rao ,all want answers ....what i think about them, while moving forward ......Swati , please excuse me if something gone wrong in my mail today , as i will try to answer all these ......Swati , its told via , Abhay , please don't be overconfident , there is still something left that u wont aware of , via the FISH of Amritpal(he is sitting over there Nitin of MEERUT , while returning on friday....as expected again , Suraj Sir skipped the birthday party , after i told Nitish what i want to convey on that day , when i send him to Raman for COB claim.....Suraj Sir and others at top leadership concedes to , what i said related to Nitin Kaushik ...he deserves good round of applause , from all of us.... Shekhar said to Shravan "please mail these thing to Nitin Kaushik..." while Sapna didn't able to muster the courage to attend the birthday meet , since she is showing me latest claim details very next day , when i wrote apology mail for DIPTISIKHA ....while Tarun , organizing everything , indian fast bowlers , had a good outing at england in 2nd test match........in fact they had taken all the wickets ......there were BulleT train collision in china and the person who is responsible for norway blast had VaranasI IV links.....)people over here lost everything by showing overconfident , u don't repeat that mistake ....as Himanshu lookalike talking to Shravan ...and Shravan , scripting his own downfall , by putting Saroj Dabi lookalike at Sandeep's place .....Swati ur clone act by Monica is being seen as serious offence as what Saroj Dabi is doing as HCL , not as Sandeep gaur incident , the way i put forward .....Swati , i feel this is reason why, Shravan is still over here .....he will be released once , everybody were disassociated from him , since lots had been invested on him ......Swati , while talking of overconfidence on my part , everybody not able to understood , what i said in my last mail ....my philosophy of life "if ur not sure then do it ...rather than committing mistake knowingly "....Swati ,this is one aspect of my thinking , that gave me lots of success .....i never commit something , until i m totally sure about that .......Swati , here also , i raise issue/concern related u , once i see something drastic wrong going on .....while i raise it as Sandeep Gaur , top leadership and others feel it as something like Saroj Dabi .....Swati , just think , how much cautious , i m in my approach .....Swati , i dont know , how many people realize what exactly happened , or where everything gone wrong.....Swati , situation is something like my HCL days , when i left HCL they got to know their actual position ..although it took one year .....something similar out here  Swati , while i m in revolutionary role , somebody called Shravan also felt he can replicate what i had done , for this even persons like Lokesh Sir supported it .....Swati , again it took more than one year , since i left revolutionary role to show persons like Shravan their , ASLI AUKAD ......Swati , i think this what ,Sunil Sir wants to convey via me , like Nitin in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rocket_Singh:_Salesman_of_the_Year, going in upstairs after the team meeting and said "aaj Sunil Puri ne mughe apni aukad dikha dia ".....Swati , this is suppose to happen somewhere, but what amazed me most , how somebody called Lokesh Sir and other senior manager from sales industry , gone wrong in their decision making , by choosing somebody called Shravan(who dont know basics of leadership) for such a critical assignment .... Swati , this one question , i m repeatedly asking myself , for past several days ...since , i realized my managers from sales days , were behind the scenes .....Swati , one of the answers i found , "this only shows the difficultly level in which IT industry working ....u need to create world beaters in the four walls of office environment, since they were going to face clients from outside ...the reason why , i m over here at such crucial position ..."even persons like Lokesh Sir and others from sales industry don't able to judge properly the ability of a IT professional ......Swati , when Lokesh Sir trained me , i think he is lesser experienced then Shravan , as per my remembrance .....Swati , Ajay Sir , might be wanted to know from where , i started thinking about him ...means , from where , i start thinking ,  he and others at top leadership were planned something wrong for me .....Swati , i had already answered this question , in my previous mail , the turning point came on that saturday , when Shravan called "there were lots of defects on ur side , nothing from Sapna".....i m agitated at home to my dad , by showing towel in washing machine ..then Sapna called me , but when i reached office Shravan abused me for nothing ..... Swati , anywhere u go , in any industry , if ur putting efforts in weekends its appreciated, for the dedication u shown towards ur job.....in sales profession also , managers were ruthless in approach , but if somebody worked in sunday , he is appreciated , even if he didn't get any sales ......Swati , ask this question to Lokesh Sir , did he had done this ever in his entire career ....Swati , i m citing u one simple example ....everybody were tracking that pali hills sales days with Sherwin Sir and others , in a sunday , Lokesh Sir also present .....Swati , just ask , Lokesh Sir , did we got any sale on that particular day , while whole team working together ....still Sherwin Sir , appreciated the efforts put by the teammates , taken all of us to launch ....Swati , in contrast what this guy Shravan is doing is visible ....ist called me for no work on saturday , then he abused me ....and , next what happened ,astonished me ,  that work never comes.....how this become possible , if i say , something related to Sapna , the work wont come , in fact got appreciation mails for the good work from everybody including Ajay Sir .....Swati , as per my thinking goes , the project ended in hurry and so much appreciation mails comes in my way.....so that i will write mail to Santoshi  , the way i m agitated , after that 12jan2011 townhall meeting of Manish Sir ......Swati , one small thing , i want to ask , when i gone in wrong path after Aparajita's birthday , u didn't changed ur plan ....ur moving as planned , i changed my mind after seeing the GSLV failure ....when , i closely monitor this thing , i got to know about Ajay of http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zameen_%282003_film%29, go by my samjhadri ......now coming to other things that Ajay Sir , wants to know ..like the way , i had written my mail , forwarding his WEB mail sort of thing .....Ajay Sir , wants to know , whether i understood full meaning of it or not ...Swati , yes i understood the full meaning of it , that's why i m forwarded it .....WEB BEW from here comes BMW....ME ends overs (BMW AD comes as "this car is not for president , its for visionaries .."when Deba called me and said "Saumendu's job cant taken by even president . overruling our prime minister's authority ...."then , Sushma Swaraj and others gone to meet president against our PM ...Swati , correct me , if i m wrong somewhere).....Swati , its not WE going to replace ME ....WE means WEST and EAST ...T comes from STL and PTP .....SL means Slow Local and PP means pass Port ....from CR (charni Road) , i will go to VikrolI IV to give PassPort via SL slow local ....in between DadaR stations comes ....FastLink , FL , LF means Fast Local in mumbai ....Swati , now u realize , why i raised alarm over , Tosh Sharam related to FastLink......Swati , there is still something left to WEB sort of thing ....its related to MadhusudaN .....Swati , i m not sure at stage , but my mind starts working , when Ankush and others cant able to attach BPP to my carrier .....that M , MEDISPAN sort thing...Swati , u also ,cant able to attach and said  BPP cant be attached to that particular carrier .....
