Swati , madam this weeks best of compliments came from Vishwa , he said in front of bunch of our friends , i want to say at least once to Shravan Dabi ," aap bahut bade forgery ho".....somebody talk in same line about Charu Madam.....(it shows the mood in the team now).....i m agreeing with the guy , who talk about Charu Madam ....since , she said , Murali Sir were kid in front of her, when she is in HCL ....while , Murali Sir , gone upto the ranks of DGM , few years back , why she cant able to rose above those levels.....Swati , i going by the words of a normal human being , talking in her full composure.....Swati , as everybody going to give official colors to what i would have said , after the VIGARA sort of event , while i m on sub conscious state , then why Charu madam's these words be taken seriously......as everybody were waiting for that event very eagerly......as mines would have exploded over there after VIGARA sort of event ..just like , tanks blown away in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Border_%28film%29 ....that would have been most dreadful night of my life .....as per original planning ....the reason why , TCS girls were shown to me repeatedly TCS girl in some more details ....it will come from Harveen .....logon maine bahut gussa hain , hum tumhare saath wahi karenge , jo tumne aaj tak humare saath kia hain ....Swati , here enters , Sneha Sahu and Rashmi Pratap...they feels , by talking more smoothly and staring at them lovingly , at the end saying no to them....so , similarly , everybody over here trying to copycat that thing on me....they , will talk with me lovingly , they will stare at me like that way....most notable is Megha Nayar , she stopped that , after i raised objection to that girl related Ajay Sir.....once , i would have approach on any of then , i will got a smashing hit like , volleyball .....and , this thing would have continued till 15august2011 , over there MINES would have exploded ......Swati , now coming to the girl sitting in Sanjay's position .....i knows , who she is from very ist day?....she is another Leena lookalike (about whom me and my friend Babuli fantasy of having sex , she used to stay in front of their house).....but , i cant understood , what she is doing at Sanjay's position ......Swati , during those times , as these samjhadar people thinks, i cant understand anything let it be .....she openly come out one day , along Janmeet and Chitwan , while i m leaving office ..after i raise , issue related to Leena , there is a girl named CHINU ,she left TCS after prolonged illness (which is common feature over here ...latest casualty being , our own PM sahab Deepender ...after last week's mail)....i thought , Leena is gone , there comes this girl , who directly talk with Sunil Sir and sat at Sanjay's position....Swati , why i reacted angrily after the bus incident with her .....Swati, i had just raised the clone act of urs , which nobody able understand ....i had mentioned about her in , AFTK ERROR IN RXCLAIM .....still , very next day , she is staring at me in bus .....and , Monica talking about her , alongside Suraj Jha ....Swati , what u will tell these people ......Swati ,just let me know , how i cant understand , Shravan Dabi and Monica Chopra were simply doing chutiyapanti with me , in the pretext of giving in writing.....Swati , once they cant prevented something like that , they were checking whether i m going to the queue again or not .....Swati , i m talking of what's happened in office last week ...Swati , as i had mentioned in my last mail , i knows the DNA of IT professional upto what level they underestimate others abilities .....Swati , last week , i had cited a example related to Abhishek and others.....similarly , this week i m talking of Ajay Bahadoria ...Swati , i knows , by now nobody would have understood this point , from where i become confident(everybody must be thinking DARE related to Vaibhav , since he is more active on that day) ....Swati , just ask , Ajay Bahadoria , why he came to meet me on wednesday post launch ....Swati , when i met Tapaswini , in the evening , i understood this point , why Ajay Bahadoria came to meet me ....Swati , Ajay Bahadoria made my resolve strong ....i thought , "i cant got better chance to silence somebody called Ajay Sir and do post mortem of his brand of samjhadari ....why is simply suicidal , nothing more than that ...here entire team in jeopardy due to his brand of samjhadari"......Swati , Ajay Bahadoria came to meet me , to signal "pointing out towards Ajay Sir made things real of 18 century is easy thing .....now its ur turn .......lets see how u , come clean out of it " ....am i right , Ajay Bahadoria ....Swati , i m expecting , he become ill on monday ......Swati , lets talk about , Ajay Sir bit more since he is leading the front against HCL people mostly Sridhar Sir , related gussa of people like Shravan Dabi and others .....Swati , what being tracked related to Yashpal ...once , i talk to Yashpal alongside Randip Singh ...about pressure management .....so Ajay Sir believes , by applying more pressure on Shravan Dabi and others at HCL Shravan Dabi , when he said WELCOME TO HELL and done CLONE ACT of Swati Singla ......in fact , u had given , complete freedom to him ...due to his , mishandling of the situation , ur now in trouble in ur action itself.....which , i had pointed while talking of Girdhar sort of thing ......Swati , anybody having gussa , let him work under Ajay Sir ..usska gussa aur nhai rahega...the way , Shravan dont have any gussa now (Shravan ka gussa isse liye tha , kyun ki usse ne koi mistake nhai tha ..now he dont have any gussa anymore..since he had committed mistake)...since , he cant prevent u from committing mistake , once u commit mistake he left u despair , the way he handled Shravan .....Swati , what Shravan lost due to  Ajay Sir's samjhadari in last few months , that he cant realize now ....he will realize , it after 2-3 years ....just like , after 2-3 years of wife left HCL , he realized , he didnot committed anything wrong ..why she punished ....Swati , at that time , he will realize , what Sridhar Sir done for him ....Swati , we r on flow(in Vaibhav's word) , he wont realize this point now .....and afterwards also, no manager will defend him , the way he accuse Sridhar Swati , for me its something working in COE , Shravan will become NAMARD to MARD once he will complete that ....this is where Debi Mishra comes into picture ...here philosophy ,being played out ..ghare madhya mote bahut thara kahu chanti , how its donkey phase , its dog phase etc......Swati , Manish Sir at the final analysis come out as Tiwari ofhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anoop_Soni(aaj tak reporter in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apaharan) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gangaajal .....a close friend of Batcha Yadav ....Manish Sir wants to say, what Sirdhar Sir for HCL , Shravan Dabi is same for TCS .... reason why , Manish Sir personally , presiding the meeting on 12jan2011 , then Saurabh Tripathi brought back ......and other stuffs....Shravan , keep on insisting , whether u said to Sanjay aur Sridhar Sir , ur working under me....Swati , at this point , i want to say something to Lokesh Sir ....because , Ajay Sir itne samjhadar nhai hain , jo isse baat ko samjha sakenge .....the way , he destroyed all the goodwill of Shravan Dabi , that Sridhar Sir had given to him .....Lokesh Sir , if there is one person , whose life come to standstill because of me is Sridhar Sir...Sridhar Sir , decided to stand in front of me , at every occasion , when tough situation comes in front of me.....Lokesh Sir , all those today shouting against Sridhar Sir ,on the pretext of not doing anything wrong , all were given by Sridhar Sir .....since , Sridhar Sir didnot allowed anybody committing any further mistake to them ..jiske liye aaj yeh log , itna sarif ban gaye hain ...take any instance ..most notable , Amit Katiyar ...Lokesh Sir , just ask him , if anybody else , apart from Sridhar Sir forced him to resign , will he remained silenced .......if Sridhar Sir allowed him to continue at HCL , will he stopped supporting Subha Sathpathy at that stage ...on his farewell , Saroj Dabi directly talking to Subha Sathpathy , while we all were present ..which she prevented till then.....Lokesh Sir , whats the wrong Sridhar Sir did with Amit Katiyar ...dont , he would be eligible to dictionary today , if he allowed to continue at HCL ...Lokesh Sir ur doing social engineering for me(for my wife) like http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EMI_%28film%29 ....now can u understand , what sort of social engineering done for Amit Katiyar or others , by Sridhar Sir and me (in fact entire HCL team)....Lokesh Sir , this is reason why , this social engineering impresses me less, thats currently going on...since , i had done long back ...people , who cant understand , what sort of social engineering done on him(pointing towards Shravan Dabi), how they will commit these things better way ..that i cant understand ...Lokesh Sir , everybody feels their life comes to standstill after my kolkata visit and become something like statue ....Sridhar Sir become statue on the day , he told me to resign.....by seeing my life moving nowhere ...Lokesh Sir , i m talking of Sridhar Sir become statue for the simple reason .....he is not that incompetent , while somebody called Shravan Dabi talking him of Girdhar so openly , he cant do much , apart from forwarding my CV to work under him ...and, even advising me , Janmeet is my candidate , dont say anything to him ..Lokesh Sir , if u dont know the person , at least please dont accuse him like this .....i had worked under u for 1+ years , got all the skills ...i had worked under Sridhar Sir , since october2005, he had shaped my career .....the , success ur seeing on my part , its all Sridhar Sir's ....Lokesh Sir , he is not flying high like Girdhar , he become statue since i left HCL...reason my life is not moving anywhere, from the day.....Lokesh Sir , this thing Ajay Sir can never able to understand ...the way, roughly he handled Shravan's case .....Swati , after seeing the mood out there in office on friday ....i disclosed , what being planned , by calling to Saroj Panigrahy ....everything will end on coming friday on 14oct2011....Swati , i m keeping everything over here , for the week ...i will continue next week..
