TALK LOUDER 5June2011

Naukrani , its totally eventful week , with so many things happening at one time …..at one hand , I   had to understand and distance myself from , whatever going on  , at the same time I had to provide others the solution , from whatever they were doing……so , that everybody don’t press the panic button ……last week mail karila pare , this WEB sort of thing erupt in front of me many times , well I m well aware of Shravan /Maruthi as leads not able to find a way out …..mu jete bele WEB sort of thing , mail re mention karichi , mu setiki bhujichi …….but , as week getting closed everybody were getting aware of , what’s I had in mind ….its related to Mangi Ram ….i think , Amritpal’s FISH and Monica’s MOM pointed towards this (yesterday , while discussing with Rajiv , Vishnu talk of MOM , written in a piece of paper on Baba Ramdev and govt)……Naukrani , mora pai 720 degree sort of thing plan kari deba ta bahut sahaja katha , I m just checking how far people understand 360 degree sort of thing(one more thing surprised me Naukrani , while planning something like 720 degree sort of thing , everybody expecting mu mora sana bhauni ku jemiti simplify kariki bhujeuchi semiti kuhe …its asking too much from me ….let me tell u Naukrani , its not possible every time )….. referring to my chai with Aravind and other stuffs(talking of that days chai with Aravind ….on that day Zeba came for Shravan , seithi payi mu Abhishek sahita last hour re thili …..something similar is chai incident with Aravind….if he refused for chai on that da , then I would have taken chai on that day …I think , that would have been bit easy scenario for all…as Abhishek is fresher , so I told the reason affront on the same evening ….as Arvind is experienced person , so I had to respect his seniority for this purpose …..as I understood in IT industry , there were lots of difference between less than one year experience guy and 4-5 year experience guy)…..hopefully , everybody understood this point as the week close by , making my job simpler while writing mail …..while leaving on Friday Ajay Sir with Sunil Sir , discussing in the cabin , where I had discussion with Manish Sir …… Naukrani , mu aaji mail lekhuchi , karana more than everybody else , its top leadership very woory of what’s in mind …….they , don’t able to understand , which way I will go …..aaji ra TOI front page giving , everybody’s mood out here ..while Baba Ramdev is being evacuated from ramlila maidan(today Barkha Dutt anchored 9 clock news on the chaos surrounding the Baba Ramadev…leadership view point , current chaos is something similar , things can go anyway) , tara pakhare Illiyas Kashmiri being killed in drone attack in Pakistan …..this time there is no celebration in US , for Barak Odama …something similar is mood out here for me , asapril29 become very old …….Naukrani , Nitish Kumar refused the questioner from Pranab Mukherjee on lokpal bill …by saying , we r lawmaker not suggestion giver , on a panel where members of civil society were present not peoples representatives….. even , Nitin Gadkeri also echoed same sentiment …..Naukrani , as Pranab Mukherjee is compared to ur dad and me(refer to my earlier mails), did whatever I m saying is something like writing laws out here …..since this whole agitation related to drafting of lokpal bill,  started around the timing of ur dad’s arrival at TCS office on april29 …..Naukrani , everything were moving something like presentation come to sales team sitting after the open house meeting with Sanjay Kabra in ryder project …….everything will follow , jemiti mu mention karibi ….Naukrani , I had put forward the Mangi Ram issue , the way everybody putting things in front of me …..Naukrani , after putting Mangi Ram issue , I washed off my hands …these were my entirely personal views , its upto top leadership decide on this ……Naukrani , what Lokesh Sir wishes , Sridhar Sir given upto it …..but , I want to ask , Lokesh Sir “did these people had the rights to , make fun out my this situation , for their person gains or for personal ego , if I raise what the wrong they were doing…presuming he will bailout them ?”….Naukrani , these were senior people of the project , who were suppose to stop these sort of activity , instead they were indulging on this sort of activity ……Naukrani , mora jadi setiki respect nathanta Lokesh Sir ki Sridhar Sir ka prati , I would have given proper answer to these people out there …..jemiti nijara ego show up kari chanti …they were fortunate , both Lokesh Sir and Sridhar Sir making it their prestige issue ,giving me little room to react ……Naukrani , Anjani said “ we don’t share our trade secrets with others “… well , Anjani , what I m writing out today were something these sort of trade secrets , by implementing I m found more success …..but , u need to very sensitive in ur approach ….. Naukrani , its unfortunate , Lokesh Sir unable to understand his own guru gyan …. Naukrani , what I m doing here, is something like , what Lokesh Sir used to do in his daily meeting’s with sales executives ….Naukrani , tumara mane achi , mu thare kahi thili , while comparing sales and IT industry ….how sales manager will react , if u return empty handed , after days of hard work , sometimes night …..how even best of performers will afraid of facing his manager in those scenarios , since his manager will shout at him ……well Naukrani , what exactly , his manager will tell , for which even best of performer will afraid of facing him?......Naukrani , Lokesh Sir had done this many times …..Naukrani , let me tell u exactly what happened during those that period …..anybody try to talk slow , so that his manager cant able to hear it properly or just want his manager to ignore this  …..Naukrani , during those times manager become deaf …..by saying       “ tum kia bol reh rahe ho mughe suniyi nhai de raha hain ….talk louder …….as sales professional , u must be clear on what ur talking of …..sarmao mat , whatever u will say , I will reply to my boss on this …..so don’t be shy away ……and , let others know about this , why a performer like u , is without sell , for so long time ….if u come without sell for so long time , what I will tell to somebody new on my team ……if u had any problem , then let me know , so that we both will slove …since as I knows , there is depth in market as others come out with sell“….Naukrani , they will make situation , such that everybody over there , will know something wrong had happened to u ……Naukrani , this is reason why , a best of performer afraid of meeting his manager , if he is without sell , for long time …..Naukrani , as sales professional, everybody would have gone through this phase , its natural experience for everybody…….Naukrani , this thing I used to perfection in IT industry , whenever anybody commits mistake ….. Naukrani , as these sort of thing did not happened in IT industry (here , I m comes handy for everybody at top leadership …since , in IT industry we talk of rewarding the performer , but we never talk of what to those who do these sort of thing ……) , but as I came from sales profession , this sort of raising issues remain inside me …i m creates this sort of situation , so that guy will talk louder , what the mistake he had done ….Naukrani , u will found numerous occasion in HCL , where people talking to others about their mistakes ….here also same thing I m doing , on those involved in  WELCOME TO HELL  …..i m creating such situation , so that they will talk to everybody what’s the mistake they had done …..and , everybody realize , if such a senior person require their help on this mistake , what will be their condition , if they commit …….Naukrani , now u wont found somebody called Himanshu , who asked ru staying at DND …since , somewhere down the line , his feeling is , he doing lots of favour by lending his name , for a noble cause(I must say Naukrani , Himanshu is very fortunate ,  he get away by saying this to me , since I m new to organization and lots of things were happening …and Sridhar Sir strictly said “pehele din se sher mat ban jana “) ….now onwards , everybody will feel , if they commit same mistake , they have to face same thing ……Naukrani , if  somebody commits this sort of mistake , I enable this must echo in entire ODC or project , among all the team members ….here also , I m ensuring , this WELCOME TO HELL sort of thing , must echo , in entire CVS CAREMARK project , so that everybody will aware , what two senior people out there were doing , who were suppose to prevent these sort of thing …..i want they ask everybody’s help , in this issue ….Naukrani , then u may ask , what next ? as , I had stretched things to maximum , on this WELCOME TO HELL issue ….and I m aware of , at some point of time , they will say SORRY for the entire affair …where things will move , from now onwards …..Naukrani , then my answer will be , till this far , I had learnt from Lokesh Sir …or my learning at sales profession …..next part , I learnt at HCL ……when Sridhar Sir and others got to know about my capabilities at HCL , of raising the issues pertaining to the person , without touching anybody/many times without their knowledge (that’s upto senior persons), they raised my skill level to another level…. Naukrani, mu jeu  advanced techniques of partnership katha kahu nhai , this is the perfect timing to implement ..with I m at one side and Shravan and Maruthi at other side(I think Ajay Sir and others this point better) ……as nobody out there , we had genuine reason , something wrong happened between us , we can use it to perfection for team building …something like , mora appraisal in HCL …. everytime , things gone wrong  , mora appraisal reopen kara heba , for further downgrading …….something , like this WELCOME TO HELL , can be reused ……Naukrani , but remember one thing , this work , if its done without anybody’s knowledge , then only everybody tries to shed their own punishment , and feel emotional towards one way or other …..u need to change ur role quickly , without anybody got to know what had happened ……then only everybody will tries to their maximum to understand the things and prevent himself from committing this mistake (something like in Monica’s word “ Rama aap kabhi kabhi dimag par khalbali macha dete ho “…..well Monica anybody who performs well in those kalbali period , is true leader …..u must be seeing my condition …..Naukrani , Monica had asked for gift , once I ask for party…..i think , I had given the gift , while discussing with her in sametime …….this is considered prized catch , as I believe …..Naukrani , this two birthday mail of Anjani is pointing towards that thing ……Naukrani , as I said before no new things going to happen , so its gift only) .....Naukrani , mu bally ru return kala pare , we used this partnership technique to perfection for team building …….I m enjoying every bit of it , although things were getting difficult with each passing day.. anything gone horrific  wrong , my appraisal is reopened to cool others (this happened twice during my ryder days) …..Naukrani , mu jete bele yeh role ku asili(talking of ryder project onwards) , realize karili , how much effort those at top were putting for organization building …mu mora appraisal 2007 bele sabu kichi thik se handle karichi kahiki mote yeh oppturnity mili thila , but its tough…. Naukrani , u needs to be ultra sensitive, for this ..sometimes , u needs to put ur team cause above ur personal priorities(mora personal life aaji jai thik hei paru nhai , its different matter)……mote jete bele resign kariba pai kuha hela , it really shocked me , as I m enjoying what’s going on and I m bit angry with Sridhar Sir also , the way they he told me to put down my paper ……without punishing anybody , kintu mu severity of situation of jani pari nathili ….any how , it took sometime , on my part to recover , over what happened on august18 ….and , I m started off again ondecember18, which is continuing till now ….. Naukrani , this WELCOME TO HELL can be used as replacement to my appraisal …..but , don’t try this one now , as everybody got aware of (and u had different sort of thing , in ur minds ….this comes as accident , which I used to make everybody’s understanding clear)….. Naukrani , u wont found replacement for Murali Sir washroom concept …..as , I understood , top leadership had chocked off , all the possibilities for this …..that incident , really hurt me to the core , mostly the after treatment I got from everybody out there , after that incident with Murali Sir …..Naukrani , after this mail , everybody’s nerve will be  cooled down , I had made my point …now , others can proceed for rectifying it , I will cooperate…..Naukrani , last week ra gote incident kahiba ku bhuli jai thili , Ajit replaces Chandrasekhar as cabinet secretary , all the Ajit lobby must be happy with it ….Naukrani , aaji etiki re rakhuchi ……finally , I LOVE U , Naukrani……
