executed today…that’s ,how things evolved over there on Friday....Swati , I want to say something to my friend Rajiv , who said to remain positive in attitude …Rajiv , I m always positive in my alone …..Swati , if Monica Chopra cant handle this sort of tough situation , she can told affront I cant handle this much pressure , why she is wasting others time out there , the way Anjani and Shekhar Gaur were guarding here through out the day ….Swati , according to me , she is only comfortable in Shweta sort of act …the way she used to move comfortably in front of me , while team meeting Vishwa, lets talk slightly different way , few days back , I m compared my handling of situation with that of Ajay Sir …lets compare Ajay Sir’s action that with Sridhar Sir …..…Vishwa, why I did not fumble once , while dealing with this sort of tough situations ..while whole team were doing something against me ….Vishwa , among many reasons , one reason is Sridhar Sir and Sanjay …….this is where Sridhar Sir and Sanjay comes handy for me ….Sridhar Sir and Sanjay , exactly knows , where I m stuck , and guide me accordingly ….u can found numerous occasion since , may2010 , whenever I turn for their help ….they exactly knows , where I m stuck , guide accordingly ……Vishwa, this is reason why , I don’t fumble once , while dealing with so much tough situation out here ….Vishwa, best example is last week , I couldn’t understood how to proceed , so turn up for Sridhar Sir and Sanjay again …..i m constant in touch with then , through out the week, over how I m progressing …..see, the below mail of Sridhar Sir on Monday ….with his response , I though , I had done some good job out there …then through out the week , Sanjay is in contact , I will forward in separate mail ….Vishwa, being manager did Ajay Sir knows , exact strength and weakness of , incompetent and inefficient Shravan Dabi and DUMP SQIB Nitin Kaushik …..Vishwa , I m citing one example , where Ajay Sire could have make the difference , just like Sridhar Sir doing …..Vishwa , I referring to Ajay Sir’s citrix mail , after I wrote everybody misusing Sapna’s name , after that vigara episode …. Vishwa , on that day , I m suppose to leave at 6 o clock , but return to write a mail , by seeing the nervousness in the team …..i had given the clarification , I had seen Shravan gone for Ajay Sir’s help , how to proceed ….over there , Ajay Sir , could have handled the situation better out there , by understanding my mail properly …..but , he handled the situation bizzaerly , by sending the citrix mail…..Vishwa, I m telling this thing , for everybody’s understanding of the situation….where , Ajay Sir mishandles the situation …..not in favour of Shravan Dabi and against Ajay Sir …..
