Swati , madam Malini is doing over time nowadays …Swati , now people at TCS will understood , why their JAIL like condition from oct2010 to till now , had zero effect for me ….and, why I thrive on those conditions …which everybody considers tough…Swati , everybody must be aware of , on what conditions , I had spent last week …...my NET is disconnected for no reason , I had to spend the entire week by , doing nothing ….Swati ,  this way , I m spent my time at my hometown ,  from august2008 to oct2010 till I reached TCS office ….Swati , while at home during this phase , I m gone through something similar trauma phase ….if I go to cybercafé , for urgent work , anything can happen , cyber café may be closed ….if open , the connection may be down or there may be power cut …Swati , all these things happened , just to check whether I m going to some other cyber café or stick to that …Swati , in the morning , I will go for newspaper , it will be over(all sold out or there is no publication for that day)as early as 8 o clock , in some days….. Swati , in the name of friends , I had only Ashwin Panda….whoever he brings with himself , I will interact with him….if Ashwin refuses to come during evening hours , I will return without meeting anybody …..Swati , this is regular feature from august2008 to oct2010 , till I reached at TCS office ……Swati , if somebody is used this sort of conditions , for him getting any offer at TCS is out of jail …its not jail like condition for me ….Swati , for me during office hours , I can meet anybody as friends …its not as if only , I have to meet Ashwin Panda or nobody else …..Swati , reading is my hobby …u can ask anybody who knows me , he will tell u , how I m habituated to reading ….give me anything to read , I will spend the whole day , without any breaks …..Swati , at office , I think there were enough or sufficient reading material were available were there …..for me only condition , I must not leave my seat before specified time , just like before launch hour or leaving for home …(on the days when there is no work) ..but for me, these much time were nothing, if I had enough things to read ….Swati, this is why, TCS office is not jail for me, the type of conditions, I had encountered at my hometown ….apart from that , there were some project related work in regular intervals ….Swati , if everybody wont have linked my office visit to searching for sex , I wont have come to my hometown at all …..Swati , even if I m stays at delhi, I wont get any system at office , I would have forced to leave ….reason why , I m opted for hometown ….apart from that my father is there , to create more trouble until I leave for hometown ….Swati , now everybody would convince , why their JAIL like condition had very little effect on me …..Swati , u must be aware of , I had gone for Bangalore for few days along side my friend Kali Prasad Sahu ..over there my dad planned , much worse for me , then my hometown…over here in hometown , mom and sister were there , which is not the case in Bangalore …my friend will go to work all five days , even on weekends he will go for coaching class for pursing his MBA ….and none of my friends will contact me at Bangalore …Swati , reason , I returned to my hometown , at least at home mom and sister were there to look after the daily needs….Swati , lets talk about Arvind , related to below mail …..as Hillary Clinton reached kolkata today , time had come for this mail to be replaced ….Swati , I want to say , few things to Arvind , the way he is regretting his CHAI with me …by comparing it to , Kabir Khan sort of thing..…Arvind , u need to move ahead like Neeraj did ….he did not stick to his congratulations , during my marriage party… he move ahead , taken more challenges , taking his congratulations phase as his learning’s….. Arvind , the early u do this,  were better for u….Arvind , I had taken utmost care so that , no collateral will be done ….Arvind , CHAI with u , these things could have easily avoided , if Ajay Sir had taken firm action after that WELCOME TO HELL sort of episode (which I mentioned in Amit Katiyar_TCS mail)….Arvind , u must be aware of behind the scene activities , how everybody were showing SAMJHADARI after Swati Singla’s clone act also….how much I could have done , at that stage ….Arvind , this exposes the fundamentals flaws , in TCS work culture …how there were disconnect between , IT Analyst and GL in normal project …..how a GL is least bothered about the IT analyst’s concerns …he feels , its not his job , to look after concerns of a IT analyst ….Arvind , here in my case , the total focus in us , on what we doing or not , still there were no concern from somebody at Ajay Sir’s level , to look after what’s going on right or wrong …..Arvind , there were , no reviews of weekly or monthly as such were planned at project level ….Arvind , forget about these things , somebody at GL level did not bothered about review , after that WELCOME TO HELL episode ….what u will say …Arvind , if Ajay Sir had reviewed the things , over there also….u wont have to feel same thing , what ur currently feeling now….Arvind , this is eye opener for all , how work is happening in TCS….Arvind , here u cant found , anybody like Aman Chada is discussing his appraisal related things , with somebody at Shantanu Sir’s level (what happened at HCL)….since , here somebody at GL level is least bothered about IT analyst , what he will bother about a fresher’s rating sort of thing ….Arvind , this is why , I m criticized Suraj Sir ‘s rating sort of thing in below mail ….how he will evaluate somebody’s ability, with these rating sort of thing , which were so much flawed while calculating….while somebody at his level , least bothered to look after the teammates needs ….Arvind , here I want to Vivek Narayan and Abhilasha Agarwal , who were trying to find their old glories via these things …..just look at the scene over here in TCS , how much is disconnect between a IT analyst and GL , over here , where whole focus is with me ….Vivek , ur fresher out there in HCL , when Murali Sir and Ram Sir came for discussing with u for ur onsite, to address ur concern ….Vivek , those sort of things were unthinkable in TCS even now also , forget about during those days….u guys will never understood this point , the way this BOLI lagana of girls in internal chat were brought by u
