Swati , madam this weeks best of compliments come from , Sourabh …on Wednesday , when I go for my evening snacks , he is at Parul’s position ….when , I disclosed about the , RPG sort of thing for Girdhar…..Swati , this is what’s anticipation means , I will reciprocate properly , after understanding the things properly…….(Swati ,I cant put , what Sunil and others did as best compliments , very next day on Thursday ….during evening snacks , when they joined me …since , they did not anticipated this thing….they joined me , once I come over there…)….Swati , as expected my TV is blacked out since yesterday …..reason , I got to know , everything by watching TV …..Swati , as I said earlier my mails , at the end , Shravan did not become samjhadar , he become Rupender , jiska RR ho chukka hain around april2011….. everybody , getting it know now …still somewhere inside him , he thinks I did not know something…..while I had given all the clues…same thing happened on Monday , when I wrote about , what Sridhar Sir had done for him , in comparison to Ajay Sir , he tried to be friendly with me via Amit Mishra ……Swati , I m just amazed at the proceedings of TCS , how much noise this guy made , since he got good onsite profile due to HCL people ……Swati , the most astonishing part is , how everybody believed on his words , the way  Sridhar Sir represented in front of me …..Swati , talking of Lokesh Sir…he not only tried to change the law of nature ..he even , tried to change law of sales profession. ….the way , he given go ahead to this guy Shravan , to abuse for no work …Swati , Shravan by working so long in IT industry , did not understood the mindset of IT manager …how he is expected to , understood the mindset of sales manager…..Shravan , no sales manager will waste his energy or time like this , the way u used to abuse me …..Shravan , no sales manager will abuse for one long year , just to give zero ratings in annual appraisal ……the way , u cant contain ur excitement , at least until HIPPA projects to start ……..  Shravan, if anybody at sales profession , completes one year , in any organization , he is not eligible for zero rating , he is successful person over there …….Lokesh Sir , did not u inform this thing to Shravan , while planning so much ….. Lokesh Sir , u had trained me on sales profession , now ur contradicting ur own GURU gyan….Shravan , this is typical IT professional thinking , waiting till annual appraisal ….nobody at sales profession bothers about annual appraisal…if u had the potential and u perform exceedingly , u will got responsibility immediately …..Shravan , this is why annual appraisal matters me less since my perform ….he again , given him the offer , much bigger post of VP , once he performed upto that level…..Shravan , this is how sales goes on …..nobody will abuse in sales profession , like this the way u used ……Swati , this is how , IT industry is different from sales profession ….Swati , remembered the Suraj Sir’s ROLE MODEL session , over here what he said to me , once I raised client related issue ….he said “ for u client is Shravan , the onsite counterpart ….” Well , Suraj Sir , just consult Lokesh Sir or any sales manager , he will tell u “ how childish comment u made in front of me ….this is typical IT profession thinking nothing else …” for a sale professional , from day one , client is totally different than ur own manager ….Suraj Sir , u just confirm with any sales manager , not only Lokesh Sir ……Swati , this is reason why, I m able to track everything so early , since this guy Shravan is not focusing on my performance , he only focusing how to abuse me …..and Nitin Kaushik , keep on talking of “ I need the number….” …well , Nitin no sales professional will talk of number only , he knows how to extract those numbers ….if there is environmental issue , that he is facing , then he will rape the developers who is responsible for  creating those mess…..no sales manager , will abuse his own team members , if there is genuine concerns (here its environmental), the did not abuse then …he tired himself …once , he failed …he returned the company ….but he did not abuse , his own team members for something , what he himself cant do)…..Swati , these people had very misconception about sales profession …that sales manager only abuse others , nothing more than that…..Swati , I want to make this clear,  in front of everybody , if a sales manager talking anything , means its totally performance oriented …if he thinks, this guy cant perform , he wont waste his energy , for whole year , only to give zero rating , in annual appraisal…..Swati , another misconception about me is , I m being defended for my mistakes at HCL …..the way , Ajay Sir used to defend Shravan …..Swati , one of the reasons, why I did not fumbled at TCS because of that , nowhere in my career I had been defended for my wrongdoings….once , my wife done something wrong, I had been thrown out of organization , in most unceremonious way……Swati , there will always be problem , if u defend somebody , the way Ajay Sir defended Shravan…..Swati , after I left HCL also , I got more importance , since I had not done anything wrong , its due to my wife …..Swati , here also , for me margins were very thin, the moment I fumbles , everything stopped over there…..Swati , I rose upto the revolution role , but the moment they thought I cant prevent , sitting american president being  derived from Othello and Swami vivekanad from PADAM concept , everything stopped over there for me ….certainly this doesn’t goes down well among anybody …Swati , American president is most powerful person in the world, American lawmaker were the persons , who dictate terms for the whole world….certainly , they cant going to be dictated by few IT professionals in india …..Swati , the reason , Barak Odama immediately had failed bid for Olympic2016 , for his own home town…..Swati , the way , Barak Odama defined from Othello , it only shows intellectual deficiency on our part ….since , so many senior managers were involved in conceptualizing the things…..Swati , u had seen , how important , its in office environment , what ur doing ….nobody will ask for ur intentions tomorrow ….similarly , how an American president will accept , Othello sort of thing ……and , how Indian leaders will accept , Swami vivekanad via PADMA concept …..Swati , I hope better sense prevails over Lokesh Sir and ….Swati , I think , last week there were some anticipation , I knows what’s related to Sridhar Sir planned , I m aware of …….Swati , forget about , what I mentioned to Saurabh and Abhishek about Synon sort of thing related to Sridhar Sir, while having launch …..Swati , why I m forced to sit at CHITWAN (CN NC)’s seat when I entered at CVS Caremark…..Saurbh Saran and Swapnil Khatir come to CVS caremark  alongside(while I m guiding Kushal and Parul for OES sort of thing) ….Swati , there must be something in it …Swati , Sridhar Sir knows , I wont work , once I got to know about it , reason once the reception encounter with Murali Sir…reason why , when ,I decided to resign after , TC 13 event of Venkat , I talk to Saurabh about this….same as about discussing about Sridhar Sir with Saurabh during launch ) ……Swati , as my father thinks there were dirty politics going on at HCL , in the name of making me manager ….something similar going on over here in TCS …in name of Sweta …..on
