Nation of NAUKARANI'S 2July2013

As per earlier proceedings happened , whatever I wrote gone in vain , with my net getting down at right time, I had lost portion of my writing . I don’t know what to do those people . But , I remembered , what I had written , I m writing those things again , nothing else . This thing I m mention in my earlier blogs also , this thing coming happening , as I will continue with my writing . lets get started after the introduction . In my last few blogs , I m discussing some serious topics that were affecting me , once such topic is Mr.BRAJA concept that were put across over here . As , Mr BRAJA is now active in facebook , its time to discuss about it . I would have added in profile , then he will become lead in doing chutiyapanti in front of me . the reason why , I m desist from doing this . while Shantanu Sir and others at HCL not able to stand by me , then BRAJA kis khet ki muli hain , how he will stand by me . Then , I will discuss of slamming Shantanu Sir and others , afterwards in my blogs , in this blog I want to discuss something else . Its related to BRAJA concept . Then what’s BRAJA concept is “ let what happened , at then end , BHAI BHAI will come together and friend friend will come together “. As per my understanding , Mr.BRAJA phase did not started yet , as toughest condition were still coming , while I m slamming Shantanu Sir and others in last few blogs , the restless among others visible , so they brought Mr.BRAJA into prominence. I want to discuss something over here , so that people will know , what's the wrong they were doing and why i m reacting angrily for their act . Now coming to what Ajay Saigal and Vinita Singla were doing , the persons whom i m slamming hard for last few months , in front of everybody . What exactly they were doing , for which i m so much angry .AJAY SAIGAL , doing same SAMJHADARI thing , "HUM TOH USKI SAMJHADARI PAR JA RAHE HAIN ...."(while i will think its over for SMARTNESS sort of thing , but in actuality its same SAMJHADARI sort of thing all over ) and Vinita Singla for that LOCK sort of thing (its also same over here, things were LOCKED somewhere , something like while i m working with KOMAL , things were locked with ALKA , which is released by VINITA SINGLA . Similarly things were LOCKED by ACHYUT of cuttack, while i m at ACHYUT hotel , and this time LOCK wont be release early , the way its required due to BACKPAIN . it will be released by ACHYUT from cuttack(after 2014 general elections, let whatever happened it wont released before that) , other than nobody else can release. according to current naukarani Tulsi , his condition is pathetic(both mother and daughter were acting against him) . this is reason why , few days back , when everybody tries to release the LOCK related to SOUP , i m objected . As , lock is not placed over SOUP . LOCK is placed over there in DAL FRY at ACHYUT hotel . Which , will be released by ACHYUT from cuttack , nobody else (One more thing LOCK is not placed at DIWANI's tiffin center . These were only deceptions , like SOUP sort of thing). Lets , tell this thing to , TAKLA and Pradeep Rawat , i dont need RCCFEP file this time , to understand where the LOCK is placed . I m not going to this point now , i m talking of something else now . My point is why , Ajay Saigal and Vinita Singal were doing this thing , the indigenous IT professionals , who termed me as outsiders . While on the path to the managerial thing doing same thing . As in my ist mail on dec2008 , i m mentioned , i knows managerial mindset very well , so let me tell what these indigenous IT professionals were doing , as nobody is telling me anything ."they were doing this , by giving me some tougher conditions in front of me , and a MAOIST attack , so that nobody tomorrow nobody will compare them to SWAIN the traffic constable , who deferred his traffic duty , since he cant stand for long hours . They want to defeat me , on my own turf at least once (whatever the method is , my objection is over there), so that i will respect them as managerial substance in long run , then after they were ready to surrender via that Mr.BRAJA concept and for that ready to accept any consequences afterwards ". I want to ask , this thing to everybody , is i m right or wrong in my assessment . If this is right , then it will clear my approach as manager , why i got into prominence at HCL during 2007-2008 . Lets take few examples from those days , so that it will be clear . Lets talk about artichet  of  GHODA via AK47 , Deepak and Rajiv  . As these people understand now , the mindest of a manager via Ajay Saigal and Vinita Singla , they will understand this point now , so as the KIND HEARTED person related to SHASANK SHARAN(for which MICROSOFT come into prominence) will be clear now , in front of everybody . Lets ask , this question to Ajay Saigal and Vinita Singla , as these people understand their language," while Deepak and Rajiv  doing chutiya panti in front of me , like passing whatever i m talking to them , if i wont have used them , will they would have respected me as manager in long term.The way they were behaving at that stage?" This is reason why , i defeated then on their turf . Once , i had seen how IP addess being checked on my seat , when i told to Deepak and he still continue the samething for long time , so defeat him on his own turf , i used his phone calls , during launch hours , to send message to top leadership over there .so , that in long term he will respect me as managerial substance , later i put across Mr BRAJA concept over there . by visiting kolkata during 2009 and after writing the IMPORTANCE OF SRIDHAR SIR . something similar , were Rajiv , once i talk about the PASSWORD sort of thing to him , i had seen how PASSWORD flows in my ODC . and he keep on doing samething for longtime . So ,when he come for asking , whether mails were getting tracked in office , I had given him the REPORT theory , from which he will keep on respect me as managerial substance in long term . When he will come into know , what’s the wrong he had done , then after the Mr.BRAJA concept put across , he remain my good friend till now . Let , me tell this thing to everybody , the ist thing tested on me , while making me as manager is this applicability of Mr.BRAJA concept. Its started with the BHASKHAR GIRI’s farewell , if everybody remembered correctly . I had shown my skills to everybody , its time to apply the Mr.BRAJA concept over there , by arranging a farewell for him . while , everybody keep on showing MICROSOFT as KIND HEARTED person , everytime I m applied Mr.BRAJA concept . I think , if AJAY SAIGAL and VINITA SINGAL will tell this thing to these indigenous IT professional , then they will understand , which I m unable to do . Now , I want to ask everybody , where is the place for blood sucking and other things come into effect . If u feel competent enough then come and compete . Now coming to what I wrote during my mails of dec2008 to nov2009 , these were for everybody’s understanding , what actually happened during HCL days,  nothing else . As , all the punishments were already given to everybody , so nothing going to happen everybody . Its due to the panic of everybody that , monkeyman scare comes across nothing else . I want to ask , did anybody got punished from there after . I knows , nobody going to accept these things for the time being , as per the cameraman concept put across over here . This cameraman , concept is not related to , SHIVAJI RAO . Its related to MISSION KASHMIR . The way , that cameraman , cut his tounge via blade , so that even if he tortured ,  he wont reveal anything . something similar over here , nobody will reveal anything like the cameraman , if required they will cut their tounge, they were radicalized to such an extent . TAKLA and Pradeepa Rawat , had brainwashed then to such an extent . But , TAKLA and Pradeep Rawat also forgetting one thing , once they tried to outsmart the top leadership of india , they got taste of their own medicine , by letting me down the revolutionary role on 25may2010, so that in long term they will regard them having more managerial skills then theirs . I think , they must consult , AJAY SAIGAL and VINITA SINGLA in this regard . Then after Mr.BRAJA concept is put across , by having secret pact between HCL leadership team and team lead by TAKLA/Pradeep Rawat . Now I want to ask , one simple question to AJAY SAIGAL and VINITA SINGLA , who were doing all these to impress me , just to defeat me at any cost , “ they all got united since , I m outsider to IT profession , having sales background . For which they want to ask RATHOD Sir , why cant there be one indigenous IT person as at that role , I m got it . for which ,I had to left that position , since BRAHMA ASHTRA is fired upon by Pradeep Rawat . In the similar vain , I want to ask these two indigenous IT people , how they were accepting somebody called TAKLA is comparing their wives and daughters , to a NAUKARANI’s and its acceptable to then . Why ,cant they complaining at RATHORD Sir , r u we going to have a nation of NAUKRANI’s ? just the way they asked ru going to have nation of sales man and woman ? in my case “ might , be TAKLA had said this thing with lots of emotional pitch , the reason its acceptable to them . To give the teaching to commitment and sacrifice for ur family ,  most importantly to learn the family values , u had become NAUKARANI somewhere . Am I talking right , AJAY SAIGAL and VINITA SINGLA . There were something getting mixed in my foods for long time , so its time to talk about it . during TCS ,days something getting mixed in the sweets , so that I will go to toilet , this thing started after the backpain incident . Sweet also ok , people don’t sprear the , vaishno devi Prasad also . Most notable , Vaisnho Devi Prasad getting something mixed is that of ALKA RAO , so that I will go for toilet . then others also . Tarun also done this thing once . I cant refuse those thing at that point of time , not to create panic out there . Here, at home something mixed sometimes , mostly to cool my tempers . by giving some BP medicies in food . here also , most notable one is during the visit of UPADHAYA’s at our household and on 3rd june  .
