Encountering the Encounter 12July2013

The encounter everybody afraid of were already taken place , its happened way back in 25may2010 , the day i m being told to leave the revolutionary role . Which nobody able to understand till now . What i m want to convey during the dec2008 , TAKLA understood now , now he decided to throw the SATHPATHY at our household wants to redefined , the condition i put acorss for writing the ist set of mails from dec2008 to nov2009 . So , how i will expect TAKLA will understood , what i want to convey or what's in my mind now . In similar vain , he will understood this thing during 2016 or 2017 . He always lagging me by 4-5 years . It still continuing . No matters who ever with him (talking Pradeep Rawat and others )or not , that doesnot matter , he had this knack of convincing others on his point , or else he wont come out in front of others . They way , he is unwilling to come in front of me at this stage , since he cant defend himself now . Now , everybody were , not feeling like disassociating from Subha Sathpathy , its something like MAYA told in SHOOTOUT AT LOKHANWALA , when police gheraoed then , one of his henceman said " maine pehele hi bola tha , mil kar nhai rehan ka .." on this MAYA said " abhi bolne ka time gaya , abhi yeh log humara enounter karne ke aaya hain " . On this he called AKHILESH , which he even unable do , by offering him lots of money . As the order is from very top . Everybody's feeling like something similar , this KEDARNATH yatra tragedy that happened few weeks ago . Now TAKLA and Pradeep Rawat , feels something similar , they cant escape the encounter since they were all united on this SUBHA SATHPATHY issue , not even bothering the top leadership , they way SP being redefined via SUFFIX and PREFIX BASTARD BETICHOD and SIRJI . To replace B** bangali . Now , coming to B** concept , its comes from SWADESH movie , while YADDON KA BARAT movie is going on , SRK aka MOHAN BHAGARV shown to the kids , how stars can be formed . So , the number of BARAT's shown to me , were something similar , BARAT of SWADESH movie . The MOHAN BHAGARV theory . means , it all depend how u see the stars , i m placed for B** BANGALI . It can be seen as , BASTARD it can be seen as BETICHOD . Now everybody were feeling the consequences of planning the BETICOD sort of thing ,via COB claim , BGC check , FASTLINK , NAUKARANI at TCS , YASMINE friend of SAPNA ETC all other things , as everything started during feb2010 , with Mulayam Singh firing Amar Singh from his party , to signify the meaning of SP as planned . Now , TAKLA and Pradeep Rawat feels , they all will be encountered , for that phrase of " EMOTIONAL DONKEY AT THE HANDS OF B** BENGALI " . Now , i want to tell TAKLA , how many DOCTORs u change , u cant change the fate , of what already happened on 25may2010 . i want to say , TAKLA and Pradeep Rawat , its good that u all had started recognizing what happened on that fateful day , but it will take another 2-3 years to fully realize what happened on that day . When GOLD MEDALIST MOTHER aka Shravan Dabi or somebody named DUMP SQUIB(or even same SUBHA SATHPATHY for whom all the tamasha is being done as BETICHOD) , starts talking against u both . U both , will realize this at that time , what happened on 25may2010 . The way , Pradeep Rawat ,fired a BRAHMA ASHTRA against me . Why i m thinking this way , everybody must be want to know . Let me explain it via TAKLA and ACHYUT from cuttack’s pet project , creating something like world bank and IMF for the welfare of IT professionals . Lets call this TRIBUNAL in my BLOG . Then , I want to ask , TAKLA and ACHYUT from cuttack, those who contacted then during jan2008 to may2008 , did they would have contacted the TRIUBUNAL if it existed at that time . Lets ask this to NAUKARANI , who is going to lead the TRIUBUNAL , as she thinks she is worst suffers for this matter . KYUN NAUKARANI will u answer this thing “ the way , Prasant Samal resume is planned to forwarded for Suraj Samal before , anything going to happen” , will Suraj Samal would have approached the TRIBUNAL if at all it existed . KYUN TAKLA , will u answer , JIS SUBHA SATHPATHY ke liye tumne BETICHOD create kia hain , aur jis SUBHA SATHPATHY ke liye tumne ASSAM gaye the , who SUBHA SATHPATHY approach karta TRIBUNAL ko . yah , jis PAWAN GUPTA ke liye , tum FAN laga rahe the ,mere AC room par during 2008 days of HCL , aur jiske liye tumhara tyre puncture hua tha during moving for SE’s daughter , who approach karta . Probably , TAKLA and ACHYUT from cuttack don’t understand this point , unka dukan abhi tak chal raha hain , kyunki everybody feels , their wrongdoings got hidden in some form or other, and they both were their bet in this regard . Nobody wants solutions for their wrong doing , everybody knows what’s wrong they had done , and their ramifications . Nobody were willing to come forward and discuss , what the wrong thing they did . Here people donot feeling comfortable discussing their wrongdoing with , their managers , how anybody is expecting they will discuss with a TRIBUNAL in place . As I m saying , in my earlier mail , this TRIBUNAL will become hunting ground for , whether INCEST SEX properly implemented or not . If at all anybody approached over there , its for getting clean chit from whatever he did , as TAKLA and ACHYUT from cuttack were making INCEST SEX common practice for this . For getting clean chit , these IT professionals were willing to hear as DOGs to sharing their wives or daughters with anybody , who ever going to assure them on this front , of hiding them from their wrongdoings . I want to tell TAKLA and ACHYUT from cuttack , it’s the interference of persons outsiders , that making things complicated at IT industry , as everybody feels its their own den . Earlier its , people from outside India , once they checked people like TAKLA and Pradeep Rawat taken precedence . The best example is , the way , Shravan Dabi feels its his right at HCL once he left it citing some wrong things and on this everybody supported . Everybody supported it , by telling , its his legitimate right , since one day he worked for HCL . Here , people donot want to confess their wrong doing in front of their managers, they prefer to resign from company , how they were expected to approach TRIBUNAL , while they had easier option of approaching a ACHYUT from cuttack , who is willing to postpone his daughter’s marriage and got lifelong suffering , for few days of glory . I want to ask this question to ACHYUT of cuttack , “ humare desh maine , tumhare jaise emotional donkey ki kami hain kia ? who were willing to do ,these sort thing for few moments of glory , then suffer for lifelong “ Then why a IT professional will approach TRIBUNAL to get a long hardship apart from its got recorded for lifelong their wrong doings , not approaching a ACHYUT of cuttack , who will give instant clean chits for their wrongdoings . Now talking of what happened at HCL and afterwards till the time monkey arrived . Everybody were forgetting one thing , nobody were willing to discuss anything openly by putting YASHPAL BHANDARI concept , we wont accept anything , in front of RAMAPATHY , everything is happening for him . After I resigned from HCL , TAKLA also supported this thing , not to acknowledge in front of me , this famous bus ride from tirupati is one instant , from which he wants to continue . Nobody ever at HCL were afraid of discussing this thing , even MONKEY also arrived for this purpose , which everybody were forgetting . They want to  make things baseless , as MONKEYMAN SCARE . This thing got exposed with in few months of TCS , when they want to discuss openly , as problem is over there . I had shown at TCS one instance ,  how somebody’s mistake will be used for team building via Shekhar Gaur , once he accepted his mistake (its different matter he feels his DHAKHA sort of thing were best thing during his TCS tenure ) . RATHOD SAHAB and others except ,when everybody understand this point , how ur mistake will be used for team building , there will be rush for it . everybody will have faith on their managers , but what happened is is exactly opposite .The purpose of exposing by sales back ground , and giving importance to it , what i learnt during those days . Its TAKLA and ACHUYT from cuttack , apna dukan khol kar baith gaye , of giving assurance of hiding their mistakes , by making me truck driver to medical representative , by asking for TRIBUNAL for indigenous IT professionals . But , they were not telling the full story of the reality of TRIBUNAL , u will approach the TRIBUNAL if u had worked hard and honestly . U cant approach, if u committed mistakes like SUBHA SATHPATY or all those who had formed the GHODA via AK 47. once u approach a TRIBUBAL , u cant escape from there , by the medival ideas that TAKLA and ACHYUT from cuttack were bringing , like INCEST SEX or eating somebody’s SHIT or throwing ACID or preparing for MASOIST attack . If u will approach a TRIBUNAL ,with ur mistake , there will be permanent marker on ur career , that u approached then for ur wrong doing . It will be something like , approaching court , the way , once a case is filed against u , it will remain on u for ur whole life and u had to move on like that . Now coming to , what happened on 25may2010 . As , everybody want to go any extend to hide their wrongdoings , not to accept them in front of HCL managers or anybody . For this the beneficiaries were TAKLA and Pradeep Rawat , not HCL managers . They acted swiftly , of telling me vacating the place itself , now everybody’s wrongdoing were vanished with that . WOH POSITION NHAI RAHA TOH KIA KAREGA , HOW IT EVOLVED . It will take something to realize this thing . It started with the feeling of encounter of MAYA concept (yesterday , allahabad high court given verdict on banning caste bases rallies, as everybody wants new caste from that BETICHOD sort of thing ). That's why I said , everybody were expecting encounter , which already happened . Since , everybody were approaching in philophoical manner or in other words SL SLOW LOCAL way , its taking time to understand this thing . They will fully realize this thing , when GOLD MEDALIST MOTHER aka Shravan Dabi or BASTARD BANGALI aka SUBHA SATHPATHY , will ready to fire a BRAHMA ASHTRA at then (mostly against TAKLA and Pradeep Rawat ) . Abhi toh who dare hua hain , they did not understood this point fully , their mistakes had been gone and they were free from them , on that fateful day 25may2010 . This is what ANEESH concept , as per my understanding .
