"HypocraT" Still a month away 20July2013

For last few days , THAKUR from various parties were debating the LAUNCH tragedy (MIDDAY meal) in Nitish’s land , strictly warning if I go one step ahead , then it will become starting of THAKURANI yatra , for which ADAM and EVE were eagerly waiting . The type of response , I got in facebook , with my post related to ADAM and EVE , I thought everybody at home , will start slamming me for type of language I m using with respect to NAUKRANI  .As TOUNGE Cutting phase going on , nobody is willing to talk about these , except the current NAUKRANI . Today , there were discussion related to GADHA (in English POTHOLEs in delhiand Mumbai , due to rain) . So , I must prepare for another round of 11000 volt of jhataks from NAUKARANI . My mom added new dimension to it , by saying u just don’t think of , THAKURANI Yatra or JAGANNATH yatra alone , there were PRAHALAD Yatra is also in QUEUE . Mr PRAHLAD also discussing the POTHOLES aka GADHA’s in our metros like delhi and Mumbai , just to give its approval . All these YATRA’s were in pipeline for long time , just waiting for starting , once I discuss something with SPECIAL NAUKRANI . In my last blog I m discussing about TAKLA and Pradeep Rawat leadership quality . Everybody , thinks how I m able to understand action of politican’s so accurately . If anybody who were dealing with TAKLA and Pradeep Rawat , closely analyze their action , then they will also understand the actions of politician’s correctly , just the way I did . There were no need of doing any YATRA for this purpose . Just leave the emotional attachment towards TAKLA and Pradeep rawat , while doing analysis of their action . What they were doing literally is some sort of extraordinary achievement , if they fulfil the same . Both TAKLA and Pradeep Rawat , had fired a BRAHMA ASHTRA at me and sent SUBHA SATHPATHY to MUSEUM (just like TELEGRAM gone to MUSEUM ) and declared other IT professional as DOGS , and in the process maintained same DEMI GOD status among the masses , even their outreach had increased many folds in the process  , with the type of decision they were taking . What , i m trying to convey is , its very critical to know , where the public had changed and act according , that’s exactly what TAKLA and Pradeep Rawat did . By declaring all IT professionals as DOGs and sending SUBHA SATHPATHY to MUSEUM . And , in the process they still except to maintain emotionally link both of us . I must tell , these thing only politican can do , not persons like me , who will change their position accordingly . I must suggest , everybody try to understand this as CASE STUDY , as how leadership works . If , everybody will understood properly , then they will also know , how leadership works. Certainly I cant work like the way TAKLA and Pradeep Rawat did . I will be good cooperate leader or good manager/employer , who stood by his ethics or values . I cant change my  position so radically in such a short span of time . If I m committed something wrong , then I m ready for punishment , but if I did not them I wont concede a single inch , whatever the public mood against me . This is the difference between TAKLA and Pradeep Rawat . Certainly , if TAKLA will fight elections , with the help of these TOUNGE cutters , he will be more successful . The way , he change his stand so successfully . It reminds me of , MAYAWATI , whether she supports , congress or BJP , her core constituency will remain loyal to her . This is totally true for TAKLA and Pradeep Rawat , whether they support me or Subha Sathpathy ( in effect entire IT professionals calling them as DOG and their daughter and wives as NAUKRANI) , their core constituency will remain intact , they will willing to cut their TOUNGE’s for this purpose . This is the one quality , I m lacking for which , I m being told to vacate the post revolutionary . Since I don’t have this quality , of firing a BRAHMA ASHTRA and sending somebody to MUSEUM , still expect to emotionally attached to both of them , who were totally different in nature . All these thing they able to do , despite being outsider to IT industry , who had nothing to IT industry till august2008 . In such a short span of time , they had grown so much , this is a classic CASE STUDY for me . What I m proud of my dealing of SNEHA SAHU as , CASE STUDY , this is much bigger CASE STUDY for me . How , this can happen , its challenge for me to understand , which I m unable to do , with all the support I have . As my friend Shekhar rightly said , “certainly u lack the capacity to become friendly with these BUDHA , if u try to be friendly with them , u will got glasses on ur chest “ .As Subha Sathpathy had gone to MUSEUM , lets try to understand , what exactly TAKLA and Pradeep Rawat were doing now . If , anybody remembered it correctly , few years back , while writing about how to resolve crisis(related to Subha Sathpathy) , “ the basics of crisis resolving is going with the mood of the team , sometimes giving away that thing , which u considers it wrong “ . But , what different I did in crisis resolving and TAKLA/Pradeep Rawat did in crisis resolving is ,   “the extent to which u go , while giving up to the mood of the team members” . I m restricted myself after a point , talking about my marriage , I rigidly stand in my views , by saying it will be decided by my dad . But , what TAKLA and Pradeep Rawat did is , they gone any extent , to fulfil the aspirants of team , with TAKLA becoming the librarian who thinks at such a short span of time this amount of success is not possible , TO Pradeep Rawat firing the BRAHMA ASHTRA against me , so that everything falls . This is the difference of approach between me and TAKLA/Pradeep Rawat , to crisis resolving . With these , they become goes closer to IT professionals , he starts plan according to their needs , did not bothered about me . Now the consequences were here in front of everybody , all the IT professionals were willing to listen to as DOG , since TAKLA/Pradeep Rawat had said so , and they were willing to cut their TOUNGE’s for this purpose .One , of the funny incidents related to Subha Sathpathy coming to my mind, after my break up of marriage on MARCH 2008 , SUBHA SATHPATHY is sent onsite , so that he wont feel any humiliated or left out corresponding to me(the way things were unfolding for him) . But , what he did subsequently , once I m fired from HCL he come with four people , while I m leaving HCL premises . Now , after the BETICHOD project become failure , he is readily willing to go MUSEUM , since TAKLA /Pradeep Rawat is saying so and willing to listen as DOG . I think , probably HCL managers did not talk this in EMOTIONAL MANNER to him , which TAKLA/Pradeep Rawat did . My conclusion is , a politician  will understand another politician’s mindset better . This is what being planned for me . This ANEESH phase , after I become scared of ADAM and EVE , actual project of TCS guys come across . I will write what ever they wanted . One of the things , I m mentioning in my mails today , this feet touching sequence that going on . I m got to know about this , for a long time , just waiting for things to happen so that I will mention about it . This is related to , what I said WRT Swati Tyagi “ I had already crossed that phase “ .As I m being planned as GUNDA , so what is the next logical step in this regard , its to POLITICS . This is how I m become POLITICAN . This is what not planned for me in earlier settings , which had been planned now , this PANEER sequence . This time those things will happen , what were not planned for u , last time . This is ,what GOVIND NAMDEO , saying to MANOJ “ kuch bhi karne se pehele puchne ka “ . I m got slightly sidetracked now , from discussing what , TAKLA and Pradeep Rawat doing to , what’s planned for me . I m not saying TAKLA is not crying for family , for standing against me . In fact , he is the person , crying more than anybody else . But , he is very smart in this regard . He is crying in front of those , who matters now (just the way , he gone to ASSAM alongside Sriram , so that later he will spread his respect in PWD office)For him I did not matters now , so there is no use of crying in front of me . IF RATHOD SAHAB had given me , some sort of positions now , even if complying with the TOUNGE CUTTERs not recognizing my position , then TAKLA would have come crying in front of me with the CDs of RAJESH NANDA and LAXMI NANDA(talking of whats planned , for working with GOLD MEDALIST MOTHER aka Shravan Dabi) . Abhi aisa kuch requirement nhai hain , so why to waste emotional energy in front of  me . He will again cry in front of me , when RATHOD SAHAB will give some position to me . I think this is same for Pradeep Rawat also . So , please don’t have this misconception that , I don’t agree TAKLA is not crying for me . Another reason that I consider for this complete turn around in decision making , of sending Subha Sathpathy to MUSEUM , declaring Shravan Dabi as gold medalist mother in hurry , is probably TAKLA /Pradeep Rawat thinks , they were doing what Randip Singh did for Saurabh Tripathi , and what Suraj Samal did for NAUKRANI , failed to such an extent that from which they never able to recover . I think both TAKLA/Pradeep Rawat were realizing this aspect of failing so many people , since BETICHOD did not able to see the light of the day . It buried in planning stage . To get some sort of respectability for those , who will be failed due to their association with BETICHOD , things were changed hurriedly . Well in this regard I want to convey that , I m not the artichet of entire thing , so I m not the right person to pass any judgement on anybody’s conduct . Earlier also I said , I m not here to give any character certificate to anybody , let’s make this thing very clear . It’s the RATHOD SAHAB , who is artichet of everything and he is right person to pass any judgement on anybody’s conduct . So , please excuse me on this regard . As I said before , I m very rigid on my values and principles , I don’t bother anybody cut their TOUNGEs for this purpose or let their wives and daughters sleep with anybody . I m not a politician like TAKLA and Pradeep Rawat who will change their position quickly . This is the work of RATHOD SAHAB , and he will discharge his duty , not me . So , please excuse me on this regard. Another reason ,  I think for TAKLA/Pradeep Rawat’s turn around is , this DÉJÀ VU , factor , which I said at the starting of 2010 mails WRT to ACHYUT from cuttack . TAKLA and Pradeep Rawat wants to erase some portion of how BETICHOD had planned and how its being executed , via Maoists attack . This is also a certain possibility . Now coming to GANESH YADAV aka HUSSAIN’s story . It will come from COMPANY movie , when he ask PANDIT “ log Mumbai maine MALIK bhai ka naam bhul rahe hain , sab log sirf CHANDU bhai bol rahe rahein “ . This is one of the reason behind this MAOIST attack conducted by ADAM and EVE , as there were certain possibility that , I m forgetten NAUKARANI completely , like what GANESH YADAV mentioned . If I keep on counting the possibilities for the sudden turn around , then it wont end in a single BLOG , so better discuss them in upcoming BLOGS . There were sense of gloom over here , since yesterday , why didn’t I react to that , PROVACATIVE VEGETABLE sort of thing , well I want to say this thing , HYPOCRAT phase is still one month away , its start on 20august , when Sonia Gandhi and PM will start distributing free RICE (this is what ASSAM about) to everybody , under the food ordinance bill . So , why , there were so much of gloom out here . As what they want to convey by this , I had already conveyed . I m taking seriously to both BASTARD AJAY SIAGAL and RANDI VINITA SINGAL . Whether , I found the BOMB in VEGETABLE TROLLY that doesnot matter . So ,my request to everybody is cheer up , as HYPOCRAT phase is still one month away , when I will come and discuss everything with SPECIAL NAUKARANI .PUBLISHED ON 20JULY2013.
