Consolidating Microscope 20Aug2013

As microscope getting strengthened with each passing day , I m able to see properly where is GADHA/POTHOLES around my city to where is AMRUT TORLLY is placed deliberately (normally its around the khallikote college , where SUVENDU PANDA met , it must be sounding , TWO BIRDS FLYING . but reality is something or else is happening around that area , as everybody were well informed about my being there well in advance) . So , as everybody able to see , what I m doing at few CHINESE centers during the evening hours . In the coming 6-8 months , the microscope on these CHINESE centers only going to increase . So , I m decided to write something about the strengthening microscope , so that many things got cleared in front of everybody . Mostly related to WAITER GL aka AJAY SAIGAL , AJAY may be attacking me via the maoist attack , but the real culprit in AJAY SAIGAL becoming the WAITER is TAKLA . This will be understood by the strengthing of microscope . After I left from HCL , TAKLA want to champion the cause of IT professionals , by doing whatever HCLites telling him to do . He doesn’t want to listen anybody . At the rate TAKLA put CLONE at our hometown , if I m not raised the alarm of showing asli aukad of SUBHA SATHPATHY via driver, laundrywala, chai wala , everybody at our hometown would have become SUBHA SATHPATHY within no time . This is the lightening speed with which TAKLA is moving at that stage , to champion the cause for IT professionals , my marriage is not that important for him during that stage . Now Mr WAITER GL aka AJAY SAIGAL , by the time u enter the scene , I think after my kolkata visit , TAKLA had enlarge the microscope so much , to see at least one atom like good quality in Subha Sathpathy , so that he will make out as atom bomb expulsion(he had the same army of TOUNGE CUTTER , who were working with u , the number might be less at that stage, but its substantial) .With the microscope in place to see one atom like good quality , it works for Shravan Dabi , who benefited most out of it , as he had done less wrong things compared to Subha Sathpathy and I had mentioned about how RATHOD SAHAB had arranged long term onsite for him . As the microscope TAKLA put across to see , only good quality of Subha Sathpathy and his sympathizer , all the good quality of Shravan Dabi were got visible larger than life , in front of which all his deficiencies become negligible . most important , I m mentioned  related to Shravan Dabi “ he is involved in groupism “ its not visible to anybody , since TAKLA enlarged the microscope to such an extent to see only good quality of Subha Sathpathy and his sympathizer . Subha Sathpathy ka kuch achi quality mila nhai , lekin Shravan Dabi got benefited by it . Now , Mr WAITER GL aka AJAY SAIGAL , how Shravan Dabi got exposed , during july2011? . When I m at the TCS , the microscope is enlarged to point out the deficiencies in me , as spotlight totally on me , means on all those who were dealing with me . As Shravan Dabi is main person who is dealing with me for longtime , the microscope via which everybody were seeing my deficiencies , its got visible to everybody the deficiencies of everybody except me . In this , GL AJAY SAIGAL ur include , u goes onto become WAITER and Shravan Dabi goes onto become GOLD MEDALIST MOTHER . I hope AJAY SAIGAL , would have this much SAMJHADARI left to understand my point of view , as he himself personally  involved , in changing the microscope from CVS caremark DOMAIN knowledge to CHOWMEIN/SOUP in our hometown . It cant be done in one or two day , it took full two years to do it , from july2011 to july2013 . Now the focus totally on the CHINESE centers at our hometown . This is reason why , I m repeatedly saying don’t discount the TAKLA’s role while dealing with me(the reason why top leadership were totally silent , so as HCL leadership , by seeing rough handling of TAKLA) and don’t underestimate his capabilities of doing blunder and escape unhurt from that , BHISMA of manipulation . This is reason why , TAKLA becoming the bus conductor is less impressive for me , since real culprit is not Shravan Dabi , its TAKLA who gave an oppturnity for persons like Shravan Dabi to present their case as they wish and successfully hide their incompetencies and persons like Pradeep Rawat who fired a BRAHMA ASHTRA without consulting anybody . why should i blame a Shravan Dabi for this purpose , leave him where he is . Persons like PRADEEP RAWAT who had years of experience in dealing with a team of 4-5 people , couldn’t understood how to deal with PUBLIC , why I will blame a Shravan Dabi for this purpose , he didn’t know the basic knowledge of dealing with a small team of 4-5 people. Ask Shravan Dabi now , he will tell everybody , he is better prepared now to deal with the type of situation which were there for him during july2011 . He might be thinking , the oppturnity for him came early in his career . Well Shravan , oppturnity never comes like this , whether ur prepared for it or not . As I m saying in the case of Shekhar Gaur “ will diffcult situation at office will come for Shekhar Gaur , by asking whether he become father or not . Abhi Shekhar baap nhai bana hain , toh maine thodi der intezar kar leta hun , thodi der ke baad aunga , when Shekhar Gaur is ready “. Its this attitude of TAKLA , that taken me from the revolutionary role , now also he going in same path , to keep at least some portion of it , via that maoist attack . this is typical arrogance that a govt employee had , the way TAKLA described Sridhar Sir as “ his LUND KA BAAL , abhi maine ache kaam ke liye ja raha tha , nhai toh ek rapta deta toh budha kahin ka nhai rehta . This MEENA episode from which BAL THACKERY derived “ I want to ask TAKLA , “ will such a oppturnity of becoming revolutionary come for me asking , aap ki shaadi ho gayi ? agar nhai hua toh koi baat nhai , maine thodi der intezar kar leta hun , as ur father is busy in solving the problem of Subha Sathpathy . unka jab kaam khatam ho jayega , maine aa jaunga . The way , TAKLA decided to throw out SATHPATHY from our household now and SUBHA SATHPATHY gone to museum like TELEGRAM. According to TAKLA , revolutiorary role mere paas abhi ana chahiye tha , as his obligation towards IT professional (mostly the problem of Subha Sathpthy) is completed now . Everybody at top leadership , must have waited till now , to give me importance , after the judge reference came at TCS aka Pakistan jail . The way TAKLA is agitating/complaining now in front of everybody , of becoming the lonely like my brother once I left Mumbai , this PEGA episode , and on which everybody were sympatic towards him . I want to ask all those persons “ how much is the visibility of a retired state government clerk , for which TAKLA is agitating about “. He will go to his original position , since he did not able to grad the oppturnity when it touches his feet(in fact he played a major part in destroying it and created such a condition that I wont never considered for that position) , now there is no point in becoming emotional about it , which wont never return .PUBLISHED ON 20AUG2013
