B.E. To MTech : Its Long Journey_TCS 13May2012

Swati madam , as there were some developments at our household ….so there were some anxious moments on our household , about what my views regarding them ….how , I m looking into them …as I did not reacted to them at all , its taken positively (but how far I m positive regarding then , that’s I m writing )…..that’s why I felt , I must write a mail today , otherwise the tension will only grow ….and pressure on me , will also grow , to write about it …..so before writing anything ,lets start the mail over there …..Swati , as I understood there were something happened on 10may2012 , on the anniversary of my brother’s marriage ….what’s being declared as marriage fixed for me , its something my marriage with Santoshi ….Swati , as COLD sort of thing goes on , its redefined as  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Independence_Day_(film)  …. my dad , got idea , how to represent our marriage , without actually talking about it …..its come from , my clarification mail on that day , VIGARA incident happened , related to Tarun and Sapna ….over there , I deliberately missed out SHWETA’s name , to give importance to her ..which , Ajay Sir not able to understand it …something similar situation were given to me , whether I understood it or sending across CITRIX mail….….Swati , for past few days , there were air India pilots strike is going on , along side kingfisher …Ajit Singh is also commenting on this regularly ….Swati , on that day 10may2012 , Chidambaram is giving clarification regarding his and his family members involvement in lok sabha for aircel – maxis deal related to, 2G scam …..Chidambaram is answering to Yaswant Sinha’s (our Ajay Sir) allegation …..and on the same day , GAS leak in rajya sabha , due to which its adjourned for sometime ….its said gas might have leaked from air conditioner….Swati , this to signify the SNAKE incident related to orissa assembly ….pointed towards , SHWETA sort of thing …..Swati , on that day , Sonia is talking to (KALI)Kesh Singh Deo , on the issue of role of women in our society (this is the concern of my wife , while feeling as KALANK) …how a DIG talking of honor killing in UP( Akhilesh taken action against him) to JUDGE in orissa harassing his own daughter in law for dowry….so, its being cautioned me , there were every chance of , I m behaving as KALI DAS ….just become hyper sensitive and react more aggressive fashion…..Swati , finally my dad able to come out of that , GOL CHAKAR …..on which he is traveling for long time …Swati , now I realize the importance of , Pakistani president Asif Ali Zardari’s visit to India on that particular day , when I m suppose to visit hinjili …..Santoshi , its good news , finally some progress happened on our relations …lets see , how far things progressed ….Swati , this is all happened last week , which everybody wants to know anxiously ….Swati , as I said before , my dad must involve in dismissing the dates such as 9feb and 29april , which had become headache for everybody (I m mentioned this thing before also)…..so its not totally unexpected for me , I m just waiting which date he is targeting …finally its come as 10may, on the day twitter comes across , even JAGAN also in trouble due to CBI freezing account of his SAKSHI TV ….Swati , now how he is doing all these , it’s the same person who is accusing top leadership , PADHE LIKHE GABAR , PEHELE LINE MAINE KHADE RAHENGE , PHIR FORM BHARENGE , PHIR ILAGE HOGA ..AGAR THODA KHOON BEH RAHA HAIN TOH MAINE KIA KARU….YEH RULE TUM LOGON NE BANAYA HAIN ……Swati , its complete U turn from my dad’s point of view , the way he become BHAGWAN for so many people ….Swati , as Shravan Dabi got gold medal for emotional pitching and Harveen being redefined different way ….time had come to understand the COMMON MAN’s anger …. now come for more serious issues tackle …Swati , u must be hearing for past few days , (SUHAS) Parikar is in trouble for his cartoon in Ambedkar …..Swati , here SUHAS is me , Sridhar Sir is Ambedkar (top leadership is going my way , at ist clear the person , before writing about him ….something similar here , once Shravan got GOLD medal and Harveen defined differently now comes real issue )….Swati , I will come to it bit later ….lets talk about something else …Swati , its in the subject line of the mail ….B.E. ,which is going on for long time , for donkey in the hands of b** bangali…..” Swati , reason why during oct2009 , its told difference between sales and IT industry is something like army and policeman …Swati , as there were lots of debates on , difference between sales and IT industry , the way I had come into prominence …Swati , this is what Ajay Sir as HAJI aka YASHWANT want to convey RATHOD “ wahan upper IAS ke position par hum maine REVOLUTIONARY)  …..Swati , then what is IT professional’s religious places , on which Sridhar Sir and myself put TAX on it ….its this EMOTIONAL PITCHING , in front of managers , about which Ajay Sir is suppose to tell as HAJI to RATHOD ….Swati , u must have remembered , on NC (14mar) , peheli baar boli laga tha Monica Chopra ka , with Aneesh ….Swati , this BOLI lagana via sametime , between Vivek background , I don’t understand IT industry functioning , which Mr HAJI(aka Ajay Sir) wants to convey to RATHOD , via Harveen’s common man …Swati , the difference between , sales and IT industry had been cited as , difference between English films and hindi films …..Swati , this is why SONG making comes into prominence ….just like a hindi movie is not complete without , dance and songs ….which is not the case for English movies ….something similar , IT industry is incomplete without emotional pitching in front of managers ..which is difference cited between , sales and IT profession…...with sales profession being termed as English movies and IT profession being termed as hindi movies(Swati , this is reason why , Sridhar Sir changed his SAMJHADARI to SMARTNESS….i will come to bit later) …Swati , this Rajnikant sort of thing will end over there ….Swati , how I m being revolutionary seen by , IT professionals…its something like BABARI MASJID placed in AYODHYA …(Swati , remembered AYODHYA verdict on the day , I m suppose to join in TCS…again during may2010 , last year same time , while returning from my home …and if everybody remembered correctly , its during dec2009 , Prabhat aur who wahi sikh kar aayi hain ….” Swati this what Monica Chopra wants to say related to Shravan Dabi and Saroj Dabi to Sridhar Sir….am I talking right Monica ….Swati , there is helicopter crash with JHARAKHAD CM on board(Swati , as SAMJHADAR people wont  believe me , without proof , so I m showing proof ) ….Swati , HITLER is non other than , its Sridhar Sir , who had gone on merciless killing of JEWISH…..Swati , here JEWISH is IT professionals ……Swati, all these MALINI like condition created in front me , just to signify same point , I must talk emotionally in front of Shravan Dabi (Swati , u must remembered , once I gone for Deepak Sir for my ZID , on that day , Ajay Sir had come across to Shravan Dabi …..since , I had not done that , in his case ….reason Shravan behaved very badly with me , on the pretext of Ajay Sir wont take any action against him ….and now TIMESHEET had also come into prominence)…and once , Sridhar Sir talk emotionally to Shravan Dabi , then he will show is AUKAD or UNKI ASLI JAT(so as my dad via ALOK) ….Swati , as per my understanding dog is also , Sridhar Sir …KUTTE KA DUM , kabhi sidhi nhai ho sakti hain …something similar , Sridhar Sir is IT professional , he must EMOTIONAL PITCH  in front of Shravan Dabi ….while Murali madam aka Leena , had taken commitment from me , I wont leave TCS …..Swati , I don’t have much to say on this , as everything is finished by now…..nothing remained with me …top leadership agreeing upon the IT professional demands , they removed the BABARI MASJID from AYODHYA and removed reservation from IT profession , which Ambedkar had put across ….with I m leaving the revolutionary post , and all the chances of returning to that post had been put on rest …with I m being compared to ex prime minister GORDON …Swati , I had seen both sales and IT profession from close quarters , so I knows both positive and drawbacks of both professions ….nothing much to comment on this ….Swati , I m very fortunate enough to work on some of the finest managers , whether in sales or IT profession …about , what Mr HAJI(aka Ajay Sir) talking to RATHOD…Swati , my job is to unite everybody …what they will talk unitedly that’s not my together , and not talking his manager is doing politics , and believing his manager will do something good or them , its my and Sridhar Sir’s effect….Ajay Sir , after the rough way u handles everything out here , still everybody feeling emotional towards to , its due to me …since , in IT profession nobody believes his managers doing anything good for them …reason , why everybody felt , Sridhar Sir as GIRDHAR for Shravan Dabi ..since , nobody willing to think positive side of it , what happened with Shravan Dabi ….Ajay Sir , all these problem today come across , since everybody at HCL feels , they will outsmart their managers(starting with Shravan Dabi)..persons like my dad , complicated the matter , by not believing on his own son , going after the others , for his stature of BHAGWAN….if they , thought of talking EMOTIONALLY to their managers out there , today this problem wont have arisen…” Swati , as I said all the problem come across , since Lokesh Sir and others , while planning anything did not felt once to talk to HCL leadership or me while planning anything …they had all gone via , what I had written in mail and what Shravan is doing at that stage …Swati , I m asking “ will Shravan stop doing work now , as he got GOLD MEDAL for emotional pitching ?” ….Swati , the way , I had talked about EMOTIONAL PICTHING in my earlier mails dec2008 to nov2009 , something similar way I had written about SAMJHADAR in my “_TCS mail”…..
