SLOVING NAGA PROBLEM 17May2011

Naukrani , i want to put forward two aspects , of what is going on right now ......one aspect , i had written in "Assuring Smita" mail , nobody wants to give correct information ....everybody wants to confuse me , still its ok , i will found out myself .......what's the real fact .......but , what i will do , while creating confusion for me , everybody press the panic button ....this thing had been repeated many times ......mu madhya bahut thara , seithi payi clarification dei sarichi , in TCS itself ......Naukrani , something similar is this RR issue .......few days back everybody found out different ways to express , how PDE is getting balanced , via RR successful .....its nice , people were getting new ways , for expressing things......since , in IT industry nothing got repeated ....Naukrani , but the problem lies there , as i told before , while creating confusion for me , everybody press the panic button ....i think people did the same thing in Saturday .....Naukrani , i cant understand the logic , of everybody if ur doing RR as reverse and resubmit for the time being , what's the problem in accepting in it .........certainly for the time being , RR doesnot means reward and recognition , it will come later ....or it will come via RR team , the way it come in town hall meeting .....there i found the hangover of what's happened in last month , certainly everybody at top leadership felt the pinch of it ......Vinod being shown as senior person , delivery head and many times mentioning of Partik PAL .....Naukrani , one more person who had pressed the panic button last week , is Nidhi as per my understanding .....i cant , understand from where she pressed the panic button , probably after the POWER CUT SESSION - I mail(there were some interesting thing happened after that POWER CUT SESSION -I mail , immediately Mayawati comes with the statement , by refering Rahul Gandhi as "congress ka YUVRAJ......"...coincidently , the discussion surrounding , kanpur girl i mentioned in the mail , were YUVRAJ Singh and Poonam Pandey ......but , in the evening while discussing about this , ist Ravi Shankar Prasad came and said its Mayawati govt allowed Rahul Gandhi ....but real thing , that struck me is , when Vikram talk to (VILAS)Rao Deshmukh ....who is going to draft new land accusation bill...mora jetiki mane achi , jemiti Firoz is character in ab tak chapan movie , VILAS is also character in the same movie ....so who is VILAS ....yesterday , Rahul Gandhi published photos of his visit ....Kazam Ali of BSP said " he had released 74 photos , while discussing with Jayanti , on this subject......whats related 74 and 47 so much important..here also we stuck with TC 47) , but i dont find out mu emiti kana lekhichi seithire , for which she will press the panic button(probably related WAQT movie , not sure about it ) .....i want to say Nidhi , no need for panic .....Naukrani , this is one aspect of what's going on ......the other(2nd) aspect is what's happened yesterday.......Nitish is arrived for u finally ....its , too much of difficult for me to understand , until things really happened ......i must go by my own instincts ,not intention nhai , to interact with those sort persons , unless or until somebody called Lokesh Sir came and wish for their pardoning like Batch Yadav , to swap what he all did for me(i writing without .....always stays in present and look to the future, learn from the mistake i had done in past ......Naukrani , due to Nitish arriving last week , i m restrained myself from interacting with Zeba on saturday , since i cant understand what's u expect from me .......Naukrani , Yeduraapa govt in bangalore in trouble due to coming of few MLA's due to SC order , did some of the earlier colleagues going to reappear now .....karnataka governor recommends , presidents rule for the state , on this L.K.Advani said " RECALL for the governor " ,......Naukrani , this means, CALL going to replace RECALL ....my mom saying , bhendi going to replace pata gobi ......my sister trying to bring correlation between , display file and SYNON ....so SYNON will be pointed towards , Sridhar Sir ...i had tried to convey this to , Saurabh yesterday ...i dont know , whether he understood or not ......last week , Anjani talk of Nagraj ....she is currently working with him....she gave me vital clue , on the basis i m able to corelate ur thinking to leadership thinking(Naukrani , i m happy as i m nearing end) .....Naukrani , tumara jeu new ritual,caste ,kumbhmela sort of thing is , top leadership were comparing this with , NAGA's seeking independence from republic of india .....remembered , feb2010 , jete bele mu thik se chali baru , Chidambaram said "its something like marathon , its something like sloving NAGA problem ....if they give up the sovergenity issue , we can think of giving greater autonomy" ...last year during this time , there were around 60-80 days long strike at manipur , for the arrival naga leaders over there ...its happened around the savitri amavasya ......G.K.Pillai(IG) repeatedly comes in to give updates......Naukrani , so leadership had cleared their stand on this , if u give up all those things , then i can consider on WISH sort of thing .......otherwise , things will be remain as choatic as NAGA problem ......Naukrani , now comes to WISH sort of thing.....u and others might be thinking , i m might be feeling excited over this prospect .....yes , i m bit excited , but  i m more nervous and feeling more embarrassed , to write about that ....Naukrani , my female colleagues over here , using costumes according to the need of the situation ...certainly semit heba katha ......from dressing up lavishly to executive attire ......i got to know this , after following Alka very closely .....i must say she had been , stressed to maximum in this regard ...well , Alka u might be interested to know , what i think about it .......Alka , i m very realistic person ....before , doing anything , i must have graphical idea what could be the output be .....u must have found out in my mails also , many times mu last stage ku jai kari , i found out the path i m supposed to follow .......Alka , my thinking for the time being is , whatever the path i will follow , at the end of the day ....i had to fulfil some WISHes , like Swati Singla and urs ...so that , Firoz wont haunt anybody over here , since u all voluntarily had this WISH .....afterwards , i will become addict to it  or not ,that i dont know ......so , Alka it will take sometime in my part , to get used to this new reality ......Alka , i hope , u got my point ......now its , Monica having lavish costumes , i feel mote tara sahita interact kariba darkar ......lets, see what extra i will got , after interacting with her ....Naukrani , i think , Janmeet's akbar birbal going to add up with Shilpa .....if i wrong somewhere, then let me know .....Naukrani , whats related to Arvind is so important ....Arvind Kejriwala is alongside , Anna Hazare in his fight against corruption ....but , real doubt i got from somewhere ...its repeatedly shown , Kanimozi is being investigating in 2G spectrum allocation case ......she is accompanying his family for court appearance .....her husband's name is Arvind ....just let me know , what's so significant about him ....2G spectrum costs DMK the election , its JAYA who defected Karunanidhi .....and in bengal Mamta defeated left party ..its GREEN celebration in bengal , as RED comes to an end ...for me it will come after , 29sept2011 , as Jagan won election side them.......its MANISH who defeated Budhadeba in bengal ...Gautam going to lead the cricket team for West indies tour .....Naukrani , what's related to Ashish so important , even Saurav Ganguly replaces Ashish Nehra , in pune team of IPL .....here also , i found the guy , sitting at Ashish seat many times in front of me, at certain patterns .....is it something like that , what Sridhar Sir commented about him , when he rejected me on my ist interview related to subfile "we know how others got to this position ".... just confirm me this point .....Naukrani , now coming to one of the most contentious issue .......my dad wants my clarification in it ...its related to , changing the residence from there ....well , i want to ask everybody one single question" can anybody give one single reason why we must be staying over there , on so much of inhuman condition......while throughout the day , i will stay in controlled temperature....... "...just , give me one reason to stay over there , i wont insist for change .....or make the conditions livable over there , i wont insist for change .....Naukrani , i think , mu dad got the answer ...Sumit , asking repeatedly one question related to my marriage...probably he wants to say , his Himanshu adventure or my dad's Ganga were , something like ur dad's adventure on 29april2011 ....jadi au kichi add kari bara achi , let me know....Finally , I LOVE U , Naukrani.........
